Don’t like fit (too bunchy) or color. Will return

These were the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased. I had to stop wearing them part way through the day because my feet hurt so much and they were going numb. I’ve never had shoes do this to my feet before, and I wear plenty of unsupportive ballet style shoes. I guess these just didn’t work with my feet.

I thought they were cute, but the moment I picked them up I noticed they were smaller than all of my other shoes. I tried them on and they were shorter, as I expected, but also more narrow. My feet definitely aren't wide, but there definitely wasn't enough room. I decided against swapping out for another size because they felt stiff in general.

Felt like it runs short. The toe box is too narrow, my toes felt squished.

The fit and size were fine. I don't think I would have had any comfort issues. The style, however, is another matter. Yes, I saw the pics and even watched the video, but in person, they just looked really outdated and frumpy. Like someone trying to keep up with a trend and failing miserably. Would have been awesome if they looked better because the price was great.

They seemed too short, and the toe-box is too narrow.

I am a 6 1/2 and I could tell before I tried them on that these sneakers were too small. They are going back and I hope the 7 is OK.

This review is specifically for the GREY/BLUE version of this shoe. I have owned other colors of this exact shoe and would give them 4 or 5 stars, but this colorway looks and feels cheap. The fabric is very rigid and slick, the fit isn’t bad, but not good either, and just as another commenter said, the look a little “orthopedic.” I will still be a repeat customer of Saucony because I’ve been beyond pleased in the past, but this specific pair (the GREY/BLUE color way) is disappointing. I would also like to add, that this is not an athletic shoe. It is a more casual shoe for walking around, not running or working out (That’s true of any color/version of the Jazz pro).

This is my go-to sneaker. I thought I wanted a light color for summer, but in the end I thought the light blue looked a little "un-hip middle-aged ". Also thought they'd get dirty quickly.

Fit was fine. Minimal to no arch support, which I understood when I purchased them. They look good. Buuuut, the color ran excessively! I walked in some drizzle, with an umbrella, and when the shoes got a little wet the dye ran all over the shoe, through my socks, and onto my feel, making my feet blue. Additionally, they started forming a hole at the toe within a couple weeks. They're cute shoes, but I wouldn't purchase them again.

Something changed and not for the better with the Jazz Low Pro. I've been buying a fresh pair of these every 6 months for years. YEARS. I just bought my newest pair and they are noticeably different and hurt my feet! I've been wearing them interchangeably with my last pair for about a month and the older ones still have tons of cushioning and feel like a dream. Then, I put the new ones on and it feels like there is no cushioning at all, the balls of my feet hurt after every wear and there's a stretching pain under one of my feet that goes away after I take the new one's off. I'm so bummed. I guess it's time to find a replacement everyday sneaker.

I ordered two pairs of these Jazz Low Pros - 1 in the gray with teal laces and 1 in the light mint color. Both were size 11. However the gray ones were at least a full size smaller than the mint. I am keeping the mint because they fit perfectly true to size but I do wonder about the quality if Saucony can't make two size 11 shoes the exact physical size. So, I guess if you receive a pair that is too short for you, try a different color because they appear to not have consistent sizing.

As a disclaimer I’m returning these. I was excited because they have great reviews but what I got was a joke. These shoes are very cheaply made. The soles are barely glued on and look like they’ll fall off if I spend more than five minutes in them. The tongue is not sewed in properly and bunches up if you have to tighten the laces. The saving grace is they are pretty comfy (at least the 3 minutes I had them on my foot). The shoes look adorable in the pictures here and they are cute shoes, but honestly not worth what they cost. Purchasing a similar style in another brand and hoping for a better made shoe.

Wow, these are horribly ugly in person. I was trying to find a cheaper pair of tennis shoes to last me until spring when I'll buy a more high-priced pair. Nope. Not even for a few months.

The shoes are absolutely pink and light green. There is no red about them. The outer leather is light pink and the inner cloth is dark pink. I'm sending them back as I am not a pink kinda girl.

These are cute but they just are not thoughtfully designed. While the soles are comfortable, it is not just that there is not any arch support, the shoes actively rocked my feet inward and felt like they were messing up how I walked. The tongue is so thick that my feet felt crowded. And there is this weird thing where the sole is too big for the rest of the shoe. You can even see how extra sole material sticks out in the back. I think they just make one sole and stick it to shoes of different sizes. It us a pity, they are so cute and the sole had a great grip to it.

These offer no support and are terribly uncomfortable. I cannot walk in them for long, and my feet (especially my heels) always hurt after wearing them. I do not recommend these.

I wear Saucony's to jog, so when looking for a sneaker that was cute to commute to work in, I was sold on this one. Unfortunately, I hate this shoe. The shoes give me blisters on my heels, have worn holes in socks in one walk (twice!) and all the fabric inside the shoe has torn in some way. These are the same size as my running shoes, so I was not expecting issues of this kind. Very disappointing.

The back part of this shoe (between the heel and ankle) is too tall. Every time I take a step, it digs into my ankle. Not nearly as comfortable as a remember from maybe a decade ago. Also, no arch support. The insert has an arch shape, but the actual shoe does not.

Disappointed in this shoe - I recently purchased this shoe and I am a little disappointed. I own a pair of saucony's now and could not wait to order another pair. This new pair does not have a good arch support. I need the support and after wearing them an entire day my feet are killing me. Now, I need to find some sort of inner sole to support my feet or not wear the shoe at all. Really liked the support of the first pair.

These got great reviews and a great price point but “for me” just weren’t comfy. Returning, unfortunately.

Runs small. I don't recommend this style if you have larger feet - it made my feet look bigger. I wear a size 12.

These were too tight and stiff!

I wanted to like these sneakers! I have a pair of Saucony running shoes and I love them. These had a weird tight fit and the material is a nylon similar to winter boots. They just felt bulky!
