First time buying shoes off of a website. I was very happy with the quick delivery. The shoes fit perfectly. I actually bought two pair and I plan to continue to use Zappos to purchase sneakers because I hate shopping for them at the mall. They were reasonably priced and you can't beat free shipping! In all, this was a good experience for me and I'd definitely recommend purchasing sneakers from this site if you are a busy person with little time to go searching for gym shoes.

Love these shoes! I had initially bought in a 9.5 because that's the size I wear in Adidas and Nike, but they were too big. I recommend going a half size smaller in these.

Love the Saucony Jazz Low Pro and the Saucony Bullet. Between the two types, I own 5 pair. They are very light weight, offer good support and are very comfortable.

My go to running and exercise shoe has always been the Saucony Original Jazz shoe. So when we had a week in Disney to look forward to, I knew I would need a good pair of shoes for the trip. I have been waiting for Saucony to come out with a neutral color in the Jazz and was super excited to get my hands on a pair of grey ones, no less. When I packed my bags, I literally took these out of the box and placed them in my suitcase, minus the secondary pair of lime laces. Our first day at the parks was the first time I wore my new pair and just like every first wear with the Jazz, they are the most comfortable pair of shoes you will ever put on your feet. I wore them every day for 7 days at the parks in Orlando and no blisters or tiresome feet. Really. They once again have exceeded my expectations, as I even packed my back up shoes, but the thought of them in my bag never crossed my mind. The nylon/suede uppers and the cushy soles are comfortable, flexible and make the perfect combination for the perfect sneaker. Not to mention the compliments I have received while wearing them now that I tossed my old New Balance 574 street wear kicks. My feet have a normal to high arch, a little wide (age and babies can do that to a woman's foot) and these fit like a glove.

Love the shoes! They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day without even feeling like I just want to get them off my feet.

I love this shoe. I walk a great deal. My feet had been bothering me and I was looking for something comfortable. These were great, right out of the box. The interior is well-padded, and the toe box is roomy. I've hardly taken them off since, including a four day trip to Seattle where we were on our feet most of the time. And I've gotten compliments on their appearance as well.

Like a hug for your feet! This is the only shoe style I have ever bought again and again (and in multiple colors). I also have Onitsuka Tiger by Asics and Pumas but nothing beats the comfort/style of these Sauconys. I prefer the low pro - the regular jazz are like high heels!

I have a few pairs of these and they are really comfortable and still somewhat trendy. Can't wear the super low profile style because it aggravates my toes so this style is a good compromise - lower profile than the "classic". Quality shoe - they last awhile.

Great shoe, true to size, soft to walk in and needs no break in! Your feet can sweat a bit and not much ventilation. Had it for very long time, shoes get better with time!

I love these shoes. This is the second pair I've bought from Zappos and I've never had any problems. The sizing is always right on the mark, they're cute and comfortable, a real classic. Zappos also has an excellent array of colors and with the free shipping it's your best bet.

This is not the 1st Saucony sneaker I've enjoyed. They fit a high arch and are comfortable across the toes. I'm looking forward to wearing them out.

This was the best online shoe purchase that I've ever had. This shoe is really cute and flattering, and I think that these make my feet look smaller. I have some shoes that are size 9 that fit well, but I ordered these in an 8.5 and they are perfect! So cute! And Zappos upgraded my shipping so I received them in about a day! Thank you, Zappos!

Very comfortable shoe, even after eight hours. Super lightweight. Decent arch support. Love how they feel and look.
