Bought this shoe for work, I bake and am on my feet all day/night. Not as comfortable as I was hoping for, but the non skid sole is excellent.

Shoe is tight around the top of the foot. I have a narrow to medium width foot and this shoe is slightly too tight.

Nice to look at but very snug on top - These are overall a nice looking shoe, but if you are doing a lot of walking all day at work they are very snug on top, after being on my feet all day the hurt and my foot felt like a sausage. I would suggest going up at least half a size.

The tongue moves around and hurts a bit at the top of the foot. At work I am on my feet a lot and these shoes make my feet hurt.

Second time - The shoes wear is comfortable and the slip resistant feature was great for my work. And the slip on style made it easy to get in and out. I did have trouble with the shoe lace the first pair broke inside the shoe in less than a month of use and my second one broke on the top on only the forth day of use. If this problem can be fixed it would be a great shoe also it helps that is available in wide width.

Look elsewhere - Just find a different shoe. Terribly uncomfortable...way too tight on the top of the shoe. I even cut one of the laces - didn't matter.

Elastic breaks - This shoe was easy to get used to and was comfortable but started falling apart after about 6 weeks. The elastic across the front started to break and come out. Doesn't seem like you should have to spend $50 every month and a half for new shoes.

These shoes are not exactly slip proof so if you work on slippery floors I would avoid buying these. They are very comfortable.

Dickies Women's Slip-On Stretch Lace Oxford - I bought these shoes for waitressing in six days a week. On the fifth day, the first top laces on each shoe rubbed on the shoe itself and each broke in the middle of the shift. It was very uncomfortable to work in shoes that did not fit properly. They were un-fixable because the laces were sewn in. I will not buy shoes with this type of laces again.

Dickies down fall - I was pleased with the way the shoes looked and felt. I am on my feet all day and these shoes were really easy on my feet. By my fifth day they felt a little loose I thought I must have been swollen. But when I looked down on the floor to pick something up I noticed that the two middle elastic bands on my right foot had snapped off one side. That’s why they felt loose. I was not happy.

Stick to clothes Dickies - A little disappointed by this shoe. The elastic permanent laces allow your heel to slip out if you squat down and the comfort level was shabby considering they mention some special built in sole. Their only saving grace is that they are in fact slip proof. If you are looking for a work shoe I’d look elsewhere.
