I returned this item. Keen has changed this style over the years from when I purchased my first pair in 2014. I ordered the same size and I could barely get my foot inside the shoe. The shape and depth are different and the quality is nowhere near what it was. My shoes are all leather, inside and out. I called Keen to voice my displeasure and also that I would rather pay more to keep the original quality.

I have been buying Keens for years, frequently same style, and noticed the last few were not as good quality. For the first time, though, my heels immediately came out of the shoes when I walked. I am so sad, because Keens have historically fit me better than any other shoes.

These are NOT the same Presidios I bought years ago. For some reason, the top of the shoe has been redesigned, so that the the tongue and the laces end well before the ankle. Therefore the shoe is not secure on the foot, the heel wrenches around, and the shoes have been resized so that you must order at least a half size larger. Why do shoe makers ruin their winning designs?!

Keen dropped the ball on this shoe. I have been purchasing the keen presidio yearly. Or 2 pair a year for the last 5 years. This is my go to shoe for work as I work 10 hr days and run around all day, never sitting. I just purchased a pair and they have changed the shape of the shoe. The edge around the ankle is now higher and rubs on the ankle bone. The soft padded edge has been replaced by a thin hard opening. Also the leather sides of the shoes material has changed to an almost brushed leather, and they do not clean up so the shoe has a refreshed new look like the old ones did. They used to be 5 star all the way. Oh well... back to shopping for a new style. Keen is all I wear, many shoes and sandals.

Wore out the fabric lining in just a few months. Heels cut into the back of your foot - unlike any Keen's I've ever owned. Poor Poor Poor quality!

Woh! I'm a big fan of this line of shoes. So much so that when my last pair wore out, I simply bought a new pair of the same thing. But when I got it, it was about two sizes two small. I ordered a ten, but I imagine it fits about a size 8. Put up to my old shoe, sole to sole, it's a good 1+ inch shorter than my old shoe. Also, the leather seems to be cheeper. I was hoping that maybe it was a vegan shoe! That would be cool. But no, its just a cheep, cheep shoe. Is zappos selling keen knock-offs? This is what I would expect from buying off the street courner in NYC.

Keen and China have really cheapened this once wonderful shoe! They have reduced the amount of leather between the lace eyelets and the sole and have started using a cheap innersole. I'm so glad I have 3 pair of the old Presidios. I have purchased and returned at least 6 pair of the new cheapened model. So sad.

Comfortable walking shoe. No time needed to "break them in". Great in any weather and stylish enough to wear "everyday"

This is my second pair of Keen Presidio. I had my first pair for years and they were still in great shape, but my foot seemed to have gotten larger and I needed a half size up. The new Keens appear to be just like my first pair and the extra room feels so much better. Great shoes for hiking and travel where I do lots of walking.

I have worn this model of Keen shoes for years. I appreciate the wide toe bed and have ordered the shoes 1/2 size larger than my normal shoes, to be able to go up and down hills without hurting my toes. I also use Lock Lace elastic shoe strings, so that I can slip into and out of my shoes without having to bend down to tie them....much quicker and more efficient.

Love the shoe. Not bad looking and very supportive. I kept them but after five days one shoe box pinched my toes. I really enjoyed them but now I can’t return them. Very disappointed that this has happened.

My regular size fit perfectly. This is a great walking shoe—long on stability and comfort, but a bit short on style. This is my second pair, as it’s great for walking and I liked the red color.

The Keen Presidio shoes are extremely comfortable and sturdy for walking or light hiking. I own two pairs and ordered these for the red color. If you value style, however, these may not be for you.

Loved this shoe. Color, styling, toe box for my narrow foot. Not enough cushioing for all the walking I will have to do. REALLY wanted to keep them.

i'm sick of these shoes. i buy them over and over because they are the only shoe that is comfortable on my weirdo feet that are like duck paddles: wide at the ball, narrow heel. i really wish i had other shoes that worked for me, but i have been wearing clunky clodhoppers my entire life because of my feet, so i guess i should be grateful there's something out there that i can wear all day without thinking of foot pain. sometimes the stitching splits at the outer ball of my foot, and the heel fabric and padding is always the first part of the presidio to break down (despite using a shoehorn), but they're solid shoes overall. since they're all i wear, i would welcome more color variety, but that's just me.

I have wide feet, and usually Keen Presidio size 8 fits very well. However this particular color has leather that is much stiffer than the black leather Keen I usually wear. I LOVED this color, but for me, it was just not comfortable.

Perfect sturdy walking shoes with ample toe box.

This is my fourth pair of Keen Presidio. I have brown, black, purple, and now red. Great shoes and fit me well right out of the box. I have a right foot injury from many years ago that requires an orthotic, and the Presidio is very accomodating to an orthotic. And my foot. Bring on another color! Dark green? Medium green?

Arch support less than previous pair and tongue solar that ir rubs on my ankle.

These are my most favorite shoes in the universe!! I have been wearing them since they were first introduced and they are the best! Comfortable, durable and stylish - I wear them in the office and during play time :) very versatile Please continue making these forever!! Bring back more colors, too!! I have these in 7 different colors and wish there were more available!

I love these shoes...I wish they were still available. I use orthotics so the minimal support by Keen is not an issue.
