I love the shoes. I also love Zappos' free and fast shipping. I'm a little embarrassed to have taken so many orders and returns to get the fit and style that I wanted. Zappos hung in with me and today I'm very satisfied with my new shoes.

Great looking shoe in the army/earth color, but they are probably more of a fall or winter shoe, and I needed something for this summer.

These are GREAT shoes They fit great and have the typical Keen round toe. Arch support is great and they seem to be very durable.

My husband loves these shoes. He has a hard time finding shoes because he has very wide feet. Usually buys the widest he can in New balance. He says these fit very comfortable and has a nice wide toe box for space. Granted they are not as wide as his wide new balance, but he also isn't running in these. He ordered the size he usually does. So if you have a narrower foot, this might not be the show for you. They also just look like solid well made shoes!

I love these shoes! They are very casual for work but still dress up if need be. I will buy another pair when these wear out.

Great heavy duty shoe

My husband has tall feet, high instep, and often can't wear normal width shoes. These are not "wide" but Keen shoes are generous in width. He wears a uniform boot to work everyday, I bought him these because I don't want him wearing neon gym shoes on our dates. They are comfortable and casual, and not too orthotic looking, which he likes. He wears them so he must like them!

I have been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis for about 2 1/2 years. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a shoe with arch support. That includes two separate foot doctors who said they could help me with my foot pain by making custom orthotics both doctors failed miserably. So after two doctors and a couple of years I finally got a pair of shoes that support my high arch. These Keen shoes has given me my life back I'm out walking and enjoying my life again free of foot pain. I've been wearing Keen shoes for many years finally a pair that supports my feet. Thank you Keen for making the shoes.

I have a pair of the chocolate brown that I bought in 2013 and have worn nearly every day. Recently, the soles have broken down and the shoe has aged well. Shoes normally last me about a year at best maybe two so for these to last nearly four years is a testament to the quality of Keen's products. One of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever worn, and perfect for California weather. They are wide with a large toe box and very true to size, never had any foot problems because of them. Just ordered a pair of the gargoyle/gray color. Was intending to get the brown color but they were sold out of my size. You can never go wrong with Keens.

I bought these shoes for work. I am a retail manager and on my feet a lot. It is so hard to find a solid black shoe/sneaker, but these fit the bill and are attractive. I am a woman and have large feet, but these shoes actually give the illusion that my feet are smaller. The first few days, the opening was very rigid and they felt a bit clunky when I walked, but after two weeks they are just right. I love Keens, they are my favorite brand, and this is my 6th or 7th pair.

I've had my Austin's for about four years now and absolutely love them. They are among the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have. I like the wide toe box and overall comfort. I've not worn them on a daily basis lately, but they're in sight and I'll start wearing them again, since the weather is warmer and drier. Not that, they couldn't be worn all year round. The suede has become shiny, because I wore them so much, but they're still in good shape and my unflexible orthotics slide right in. These shoes work great for thicker and more substantial types of orthotics and have great support.

Third pair of this style shoe. These are long lasting and extremely comfortable. On our production floor, I'm often out of my office on the work floor with our teammates, you cannot scuff these shoes like you can office dress shoes.

Ready to wear right out of the box!

At first, i thought that i would have to return these because the tongue of the shoe was too long. It was jabbing me at the ankle. But not wanting to give up, i removed the laces one eyelet away from the top, pressed the top of the tongue back, and voila!, these shoes are PERFECT! My feet are very happy. Lots of room in the toe box. I can walk forever in them and not have sore feet.

Always reliable, plenty of room in the toe box. Happens to look great too!

Shoe feels fine, except half size too short. Am returning for size 10.5. Please return ASAP Thanks Eric Lalicker

I have extremely wide feet and went through a few different shoes and finally found the Keen Austin. Great for all you guys with those wide feet. They are a little bulky for my taste, but that is easily overlooked for the comfort and support. Excellent shoe and will purchase another pair once these are worn out.

Nice looking shoe, robust. Good arch support. Good for wider feet, nice wide toe box. My husband is recovering from plantar facitis and these are the only shoes he will wear. We always have two pairs on hand.

Sorry, the Gargoyle style was charcoal gray.

Comfortable shoe, ordered the Austin model expecting a brown shoe and received a charcoal gray shoe. Thought I was sent the incorrect model so I exchanged it for another Austin and got the same design. Charcoal gray with light gray border around the bottom, stylish green thread on sides and black sole. I ended up keeping because they were comfortable.

I am coming back a year after purchasing these shoes to review them because they are still in incredible shape. They are not only more durable than any pair of shoes I have ever owned, but they are also more comfortable. The style is a bit 'unique' - you won't win any fashion awards for wearing these around town. But you will be very comfortable.

After an injury, these are the only shoes my husband will wear.

Great shoes. I love Keens, I've bought this pair of shoes twice now. I like the darker color grey better.
