Quite Good - I like these shoes -- and they fit my orthotics well. I have wide feet, and normally find it difficult to find shoes that are wide enough. However these are almost overly wide for me! This may be because I have to order a size bigger shoe now that I have the orthotics. I guess I am saying it would be better to have more support in this shoe. However, for those without foot problems, this shoe looks good and is unexpectedly versatile in terms of what you can wear it with.

Practical and very cool looking shoe - I stopped a woman on the street to ask her where she got these shoes…I ordered my own pair later the same day. They are really feminine for a sneaker and they match a lot of different casual outfits. What you can't see in the pics is that the velcro is unusually smooth and "refined," with very small hooks and loops so that it doesn't catch on everything and get frizzy. My only complaint is the back of the heel rubs a little (getting better now), and that the shoe is pretty unstructured and doesn't offer a lot of support, in any direction. Feels just about a half size bigger than my usual size. But it is comfortable, practical, and well-designed. Very happening twist on traditional Converse.

Sporty maryjane - Very cute Converse. I love Chuck Taylor’s and John Purcell’s. However, I wouldn't say that these particular shoes are the most comfortable. They rub a bit on the back of my heel. I still decided to keep them because they are so cute and I'm hoping I can break them in.

Better than traditional All-Stars! Much more support and comfort than traditional Chucks. I am 27 and think they may look a little young for me, but at the time they were out of the black/white ones. Overall good shoe. Comfortable and cute.

Great casual shoe - Ordered a half size smaller, as I know Converse often runs a little big. This is what I would call a "soft" shoe. It does not have a lot of supportive structure to it. If you require a lot of support in a shoe this is not for you. For me, it is perfect. A nice comfortable, leather shoe for casual summer wear. It is more stylish than a sneaker, but not out of place at a ball game, or the supermarket.

Just had knee surgery and needed flat shoes. I was tired of tennis shoes. This was a great option. Can be worn with or without socks, easy to get on and off and is comfortable.

Cute shoe! I love the shoe. It's really cute and comfortable and fits well. My only problem is that they've given me blisters on my heel, but that always tends to happen to me. They just need to be worn in!

Comfy, light, and easy - These are really cute, and it only took a day or two to break them in without socks. They're really light, but have just enough padding in the inner sole to be comfy. Better constructed than the newer Chucks.

Super cute - I recently purchased these shoes and found them to be the perfect option to transition from summer to fall. My one issue is that the top buckles a little near my toe. I'm not sure if that is the shoe or my foot, so I wear them anyway.

Not as comfortable as regular Converse shoes - Very cute look, but rubs the back of your heel. I did place in heel liners and that helped some. Otherwise, they are nice. If you wear socks there should be no problem.

I know it seems strange to write a review after a year+, but as I have now finally chucked these in the bin I can give them a lifetime review. They are cute and they fit well, but here's the thing. After a year of regular use they still cut the back of my heels to shreds. I cannot even wear them for 30 minutes without they causing a cut. I only wear them with jumbo size band aids, which even then they will push up and cut me. Why it's taken me this long to give up on them I don't know. I really want to love these shoes, but after this long I need to face up that they won't work for me.
