Love them - This is my first time ordering from Zappos. I am very impressed and satisfied. I made the order late Saturday night and already Monday first thing my Uggs were home. As to the Ugg I got a size three in kid’s chocolate brown. Wouldn’t trade them for anything else, they are so comfortable and warm that I don’t want to take them off. Love them.

Can't get better service - I ordered these for my eight year old’s birthday. They fit great. She loves them. I loved the shipping. I ordered around 10 PM and they came the next day by noon. This amount is a big splurge for a kid’s shoe for me but...she wears them every day. I've wasted a lot of money on inexpensive shoes that just sit in the closet, hurt their feet or get ruined too quickly! I haven't sprayed them yet for the weather but they still look great a month later. Crocs and Uggs! Not the most attractive shoes but gotta have 'em! I hope I can pass them down to my 6 yr old next year. We bought lookalikes last year but the fur is uncomfortable inside now and my girls won't wear them.

These boots were sold out in many other places. From Zappos they came within a few days. They run large. A youth 4 is about a women's 5.5, which is great if you know this because the youth boots are cheaper than the adults. They're great boots.

Must have in every girl’s closet. Looks great with jeans tucked in or out. Looks adorable with leggings and mini skirts. My kids wear their Uggs on average 5 days a week from Sept til June in NY. Totally worth the investment.

Great Uggs! I love these Uggs. I am an adult size 7 1/2 WW or 8. I bought the kids size 6 and they fit perfectly. I now have two pairs. My daughter also wears the same size and loves them. They are extremely comfortable and keep your feet toasty warm when outside. I highly recommend them.

Love Them!!! Bought these amazing boots for my three year old. They look amazing, are extremely comfortable and are made very well. I bought them in her actual size so she can wear a heavy sock for now and continue to grow into them (they run about a size large). My 13 year old niece has a few pairs of Uggs and I can now see why. I will even be asking Santa for a pair of my own. Zappos offers the BEST service- ordered them one day, they were on my girl's feet by the end of the next day and I didn't even select expedited delivery.

Nice fitting shoe and cushioning is great...BUT treads wear out very fast! I've only got ~200miles on these shoes (mix of treadmill and asphalt running) and the sole has worn down to the clear plastic, making a gummy/suction-like sound when walking on some surfaces. I really want to buy another pair because of comfort, but they wore out so fast - completely unacceptable for a shoe this price!

Love the Boots!!! Ordered these Ugg boots for my daughter. Couldn't believe how fast they showed up at my door. She loves them and would wear them everyday if I would let her. Very please - Very please with the product. I bought a pair in the mall and once I received these I returned the other pair. These were in perfect condition as opposed to the ones I previously purchased that many people had tried on. Shipping time was incredible and I was overall VERY pleased with the shopping experience from Zappos.

Great boot - I got this boot for my 2 year old daughter. She loves them. It's not quite cold enough; her feet get real hot in them. The boots fit 1/2 a size too big. Brown is a great color: it hides lots of things.

My daughter loves these! My 11 year old, has these in every color! They are expensive but are well worth it, we are travel cheerleading family, so these are great for her toes and comfortable for the flight. If you’re looking for casual, amazingly warm and comfy shoes then buy a pair of Uggs!

Ugg Boots - These boots are adorable for my 2 year old. He loves to wear boots but I was not ready for him to have "big boy" cowboy boots. These are the perfect compromise. He loves them ~ even with a John John. Comfortable, true to size and precious for a little guy. Perfect to just slip on and go since no socks are needed.

Perfect fit and AMAZING customer service!!! I ordered the size 4 of the Ugg Kid's Classic, and after reading some reviews here, realized that I needed a size 3. A couple of hours after placing my order, Zappos happily changed my order, no questions asked. And to 'boot', no pun intended, I sent in my order close to 10PM. The boots came in the mail at 4PM the next day! And I didn't even pay for Next Day Air shipping. In fact, the shipping was free! Zappos, knowing how to make customers happy, does the right thing time and again. They always treat a customer like he/she is #1. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. Very comfortable shoes. I'm on my feet for many hours per day. The first day I wore these shoes, I wore them for about 12 hours straight and they still felt great at the end of the day. There isn't much arch support, but I have low arches so it is enough for me.

I'm a size 5M and the kid’s size 4 fits perfectly! (Not the first time I've bought kid’s shoes). I also hate wearing socks, so I'm excited about the no-sock comfort!

Love these boots - This is the second pair of Uggs that I have purchased from Zappos. I absolutely love these boots. I have them in sand and chocolate brown. I decided to get the children’s size 4 since I am a size 6 in women’s (they fit perfect)!! I'm already planning to get another pair for myself and my girls!!!

Zappos and Uggs are the best! If you are looking for Uggs that are comfortable, fashionable, and will come to your door in two days…this is the place to be!!! My mom and I ordered Uggs Wednesday and they came Friday night! We opened the box, tried them on and they are amazing! They are extremely comfortable!!! We both ordered them a half size bigger and they're great. They will fit me for two years, before my foot grows! A must buy! I love these shoes so much; I cannot wait until it gets a little colder to start wearing them. I wear a Women's 5.5-6 and bought the kids 4. If you're an adult with small feet, I definitely recommend buying children’s size.

CUTE! These shoes are so adorable! I can't wait for fall so my little toddler can wear these. She already wants to wear her "buggs" all over the house in 100 degree weather. The quality of these shoes is that of the adult version. Once again, the Zappos service exceeded my expectations!

My Ugg - EXCELLENT! True to size...if you’re a 5 1/2 or size 5, the kid size 4 will fit your feet perfectly!! I love them, very comfy!!!

Uggs for small adult feet. With a narrow foot the adult Uggs are very cumbersome so the Kid's size is lighter weight and more comfortable. I do feel they are not quite as plush as adult counterpart.
