Love These Boots!

The Most Comfortable Boot - I absolutely love UGGS for the winter. I love the color of the boots because they match with everything. I wouldn't trade them in for anything.

Amazing customer service!!!!!! I ordered a pair of chocolate brown Uggs for my niece and she loves them!!!!! She wanted them for her birthday and I checked all the local stores for availability and looked on Zappos.com as a last resort. I ordered them at 4PM and they were in my driveway the next day by noon. I should have started my search at Zappos!!!! What incredible customer service.

Extraordinary transaction !!! Not only was the item received in a condition as expected when purchasing from a store; the price and free shipping was unbelievable. The actual shipping time was shorter than the original quote and I was notified via e-mail. I will be shopping here again and will refer everyone I know.

UGG BOOTS - AWESOME - I wear a 6.5 - 7 womens shoe, and these fit great! A lot less expensive too.

Great buy, great comfort! I was thrilled to find that my favorite comfort boot was available to me (a usual woman's size 7 in Uggs) in youth 6 that would fit for quite a bit less $! They are incredibly comfortable--beyond words. Get the waterproofer and they barely get dirty. The cleaning kit works great, too. Zappos shipping & customer service can't be beat. I'm a huge fan!

First time to order from Zappos - I work in a pediatric office. One of our mothers came in with her daughter. They were both wearing Ugg boots. She told me she always orders from Zappos.com. Later I called this lady and went to try on the boots for size, since she and her 3 daughters had several sizes. The next morning I placed my order. The people on the phone was very kind and helpful. I received my order 3 days later. I love everything about the boots. Comfort is the main thing, warmth is the second. I don't want to wear any other shoe. I really want to order some other color, but so does everyone else. This is a busy time of the year. I will remember and order earlier next year. I will order from Zappos again. I love the free shipping and free tax not to speak of the fast great service.

This is my second pair of Uggs and I love them. I wear a women's size 7 and the Uggs Kids' size 5 is perfect for my foot. They are shorter and smaller around than the adult Uggs, but I am only 5 feet 3 inches tall, so I find the size to be perfect.

My daughter loves her new Uggs. Too soon to tell how they hold up, but so far so good.

I really like it, and they're relatively cheaper than the women, I'm a size 6.5 in women, and size 5 is a bit big for me, but overall, it's great that I finally got myself a pair of Uggs, and I really like it, and Zappos is a great website to order your stuffs, fast and free shipping! :D

Cute & Comfy - My daughter and I both wear a size 6.5 and I ordered the 5youth and they fit perfect with and without socks. Zappos is great! They ship fast and they have a lot of variety.

Warmest Boot ever - I love these boots, I had to order a size down because they run kind of big and they fit great. They are very warm and even more comfortable. Zappos was awesome, they got my order to me in one day.

Ugg kids boots - I have a very small foot for a lady so I was able to purchase the children’s boots and they were wonderful fit. I just love my boots, and yes a 65 year old lady can wear Uggs.

I Love These Boots and I love Zappos! I am usually a women’s 8 in Uggs and I ordered myself a kids 6 and they fit perfect! Also I ordered a pair the same day for my sister in law who is a 6 in women’s so she got a 4 in kids...we both love them and they fit perfect! Also I will never order from anyone but Zappos again for Uggs, they are cheap, they were on my doorstep literally the next day, and they are real! The only thing I had a problem with is. I wanted the chocolate also but they have been out of stock for a week...but I am so satisfied I’ll keep checking!

HAMI AND AQUA LOVE THESE! Wow.........these are AMAZING! I got each of my daughters a pair, as they go to an elite prep school and these are the fad. after stealing theirs, I couldn't resist buying my own, so now we all have a pair! i will probably get them each another pair for xmas, and I needn’t worry about them getting here late with Zappos' speedilicious service! Youth Uggs - My daughter couldn't be happier with these Uggs. She normally wears a size 4 but ordered a size 5 to ensure for next year’s wearing.

Will only shop Zappos for Shoes and Boots - Every year I order my Uggs for my kids at Zappos, they have the largest selection, best prices and I get my order the next day with regular shipping. I trust buying anything from Zappos because of their return policy. I have been a customer for years and never had a problem with my order.

Great Uggs! This is the second time I've ordered these boots for my daughter. They are perfect in every way. Comfortable like a pair of slippers. Zappos had my size and color when no other store had them in stock for at least another 6 weeks. And the best part, they came within 24 hours of ordering them. Can always depend on Zappos!
