I have ordered 2 pairs of kids classics Uggs from Zappos and both times it was a easy process, available to me in the size I wanted, plus they shipped right away changing my shipping from standard to special delivery, getting them to me in one day without extra charge. They were perfect and fit well. Love them and I will be ordering another pair again. Can't go wrong with Zappos.

Love these boots. I don't buy women's sizes anymore because they cost too much! I always purchase a size 5 in kids since I wear a 7 in women. The candy apple red UGGS are to die for! Comfortable, fashionable and oh so cute! A must buy!

I received super fast shipping. I am very pleased with service. My only suggestion is that you purchase the UGG sheepskin water stain repellent spray before purchasing. We received the boots and they sat in the box for a week before wearing them as we had a hard time finding the UGG spray. At the time of my order, Zappos did not have that item on their website to order.

Daughter loves the Ugg boots, wears them every day. They look with any kind of outfit. Shipping was quick, no problems, will shop again!

I gave these to my 6-year old for her birthday. She is usually very picky with clothes and accessories, but they are a huge hit. The name of the color (Candy Apple) alone won her over. She wears them constantly and gets tons of compliments on the new color.

Love these Ugg boots, especially for children. Super comfy and warm. My 6 year old daughter reaches for them all the time! We love the new red; gorgeous shade & perfect for all her little Holiday outfits! Got to love Zappos; their prices tend to be a little higher, but it's completely worth it when you are getting exceptional customer service and overnight shipping! It's worth it for "this" instant gratification girl! We order tons of shoes from Zappos from Converse (in every color to Cole Haan for mom)! Perfect!

This was 2nd purchase I made at Zappos. Both purchases were gifts to my daughter. Unfortunately, the 1st purchase, she did not like the style. What do I know? Fortunately Zappos had no qualms with return and refund. They even paid for return shipping! But the 2nd was a home run. She loved them! The discounted price was way below what I would have had to pay if I bought retail at a store. And the shipping was free! She knows this site and if she wants something from here again, I have no problem purchasing again from Zappos.

The perfect boot! I purchased these for both my girls and they have yet to take them off. Fits well, but does stretch a bit as time goes on. Nice and warm for the winter.

I am very pleased with my new Uggs and with the service I received from Zappos. I had purchased the wrong size and was able to return without any problem at all. In fact, it was free shipping both ways. When I called to request how to do an exchange I was confronted with a pleasant as well very informative salesperson. I order from Zappos quite often and have never been disappointed. Whenever my kids come to me with something they would like to purchase online I always check Zappos first and if it is an item that Zappos carries I am always able to purchase at a cheaper price with a faster delivery. My purchases have always been delivered the next day. I cannot say one negative remark about Zappos.

I think that Uggs are amazing. I've never worn them, but my friend has them and I think they are comfy, cute and they are perfect for anyone looking for a shoe that fits their style. Don't wear hideous clogs, just buy yourself some Uggs.

I bought these Uggs out of intrigue. A lot of my friends have them and being an anti-trendy girl, I've resisted the temptation to buy them for three years now. I gave in about a month ago. These are the best shoes ever! They're comfortable. They keep my feet warm at all times. I feel like I'm wearing uber warm slippers when I'm walking outside. It keeps me in my lounging mode. A definite must buy, but you need to be aware that Uggs do not stay fresh. They start to get that worn look easily. The creases, the wear marks, the salt stains. You have to buy these shoes with the mentality that they're not going to look good for long and that they're going to get dirty. That reminds me, these shoes will never be the same once you wear them in salted snow.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter; I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. She loves them and has already worn them. I feel Zappos is very reliable and I was not worried about using a credit card with them. I highly recommend them as I called them about another matter and they were very helpful.

Wonderful. I have worn womens uggs for years and loved them, but I tried the kids size for the first time and like them better. I\'m a size 6 1/2 and the Youth 5 fits perfectly. I\'m about 5\'2" tall and the slightly shorter height boot is better proportioned to my leg. I wear M width shoes but my foot is not big and the kids\' ugg is a little smaller all around which feels and looks less clunky with still plenty of room. Zappos service was fantastic as always.

Although expensive, these are so comfy, they are worth it. The first pair of boots my daughter has actually worn. In fact, she wears them as slippers now (at least until the snow flies). Run true to size, although may seem a bit wide. However, I think it's just the wonderfully rounded shape that makes them a bit roomier in the toe box.
