I love Zappos and Uggs! But I have to disagree with the 5' tall lady who bought these in a kids' size 4, when she normally wears a women's size 5. I'm the same height and shoe size, but I've had my kids' Uggs, the Classic listed here, for about 6 years. I had purchased a youth size 3 and within a couple of years they stretched out, both length and width, and now mine are flopping around on my feet. Wear socks, you say? I have found with all my Uggs that socks fall down around the heels (unless they're knee socks) and that's quite uncomfortable. My "floppy" Uggs are still in perfectly wonderful condition, just too large for my teeny feet. So, I will be ordering a youth size 2 from Zappos. Just a heads up -- they definitely fit very well at first but due to the nature of suede or leather they will stretch after a while. While that's probably fine and dandy for children or teens who grow, if you're a small adult -- not so much! Do yourself a favor and check the shoe size chart and foot length listed, then order a smaller size than you would do normally.

Love this company and love the shoes! I was hesitant to order Uggs online because I ended up buying counterfeit Uggs on an online "Ugg (NOT)" outlet last year. I went with Zappos because they have free shipping and free return shipping. I figured I couldn't go wrong. When they came, they were packed beautifully. I am very happy. The Youth Size 6 is a regular Ladies size 6.

I wasn't an UGGs fan, but both daughters wanted a pair so I gave in. Well, the girls absolutely love them and wear them constantly -- the fit is great and their feet are warm. I'm surprised at how nice the boots look on them!

These boots are ideal for all-purpose winter wear. I've been getting them for my daughter for the past two years and they keep her feet warm without being excessively bulky. I treat them with water repellent about twice a month and they're literally the only shoe she needs during snowy winter months. I find that they run small so I always get then 1 full size larger than what she wears. For instance, she's currently a size 11.5 so I got her the size 13 and they fit her very well. Plenty of room for thick socks.

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter who loves them. I was able to get them for her in a youth size rather than a womens size and saved a bit of money.

These are exactly what my daughter wanted. She is a women's 5½ or 6. I bought her these kids in a 6 and they fit perfectly. Shorter size also suites her petite stature. They are cozy and warm too!

I wear a women's 6.5 and I bought these in a 6. They were huge. I sent them back and ordered a 5 and they fit perfectly. Love them. I ordered the right size on a Tuesday around 1:30 and they were on my door step by 2:00 the next day! Wonderful!

I love Uggs, and these are my absolute favorite. Feels like walking in a cloud! I'm usually a size 5 in women's shoes but I wanted to save money and order a kid's size. I just bought the size 4 youth and it fits just like the adult sizes do. I don't even notice a difference in height of the shoe in comparison with the adult sizes. I recommend ordering the youth sizes for women with small feet, as it seems to fit mine in width better than women's do. I am also just 5 feet tall so I feel like the kid's shoe looks better proportioned on me. Great shoe, great customer service, and the easiest ordering website ever! I received my shoes 26 hours after ordering them, and shipping was free! That's what I call excellent customer service!

I ordered my niece a pair of the youth Ugg boots & she has several pairs now, all the colors. I put them on & loved them! I ordered myself a pair. I'm a size 6 in women's so I ordered the 4 in big kids & they fit great. I'm an Ugg girl now!

So soft and wonderful. I worried if I bought the wrong size, but they fit perfect! I'm a size 5 in woman's, so I got a size 4 in youth, and they're perfect! I love them. Everything I expected, and the shipping was incredibly fast!

You will love these boots! I wear a 7 to 8 in woman's and bought these boots in a size 6 youth. Great fit and cheaper!

These shoes have solved a great problem for me. My son has sensory issues, and finding shoes that fit right is nearly impossible. They are easy to put on, warm, and super comfortable. We are both in Ugg-Love.

I ordered Uggs for my daughter, but when we received them they were too big. Apparently Uggs run big. She measured a 5.5, and we returned them for a 4. We called Zappos to return them and the customer service person took care of everything - she offered to have new shoes shipped out without charging my card again. I was thrilled, and even more thrilled when we received the new pair of Uggs less than 24 hours later! I was extremely impressed with the helpfulness of the customer service agent and the no hassle return policy.
