I Love Zappos! It has so many things to choose from! The service here is so great! The return policy is also great because if it's not your size they send out another one. I just love the customer service here. I love the things hey have and the prices are fare. They are the cheapest place for uggs. Trust me I looked. Thank you for your great service

My daughter is 8 yrs. old and she loves these Uggs. She prefers to wear them without socks. She wears them all the time and I am happy with the purchase.

This is my 11-year-old daughter's first pair of real Uggs and she loves them. They are warm, comfortable and sturdy. She's been wearing cheaper imitations for the past couple of years, and they've been fine. But she can definitely tell a difference in the quality, support and comfort with real Uggs.

Purchased boots for my daughter. She loves the fit and quality of Ugg. Very easy purchasing from Zappos. Purchased youth boot instead of the adult boot and save money (she is in adult sizes, but fits in youth larger size).

I got these and they didn't feel right...the fur was different. We called up Zappos and even though I used them about 10 times they took them back in a heart beat and I actually gave them back 2 other times and I got them and they were great and I got 2 years out of them!

My daughter wanted warm boots to wear after swim team practice. After trying several different brands, she picked the Uggs because they truly were the most comfortable and warmest. She loves them.

This is my daughters 2nd pair and she loves them. You have to treat them and they will last longer. I bought bigger so she gets 2 seasons out of them due to the cost.

I spend the extra to buy Uggs for my daughters each winter after having bought a good looking, similar, but less expensive boot that did not hold up. Uggs have held up for my girls for sometimes two winters of constant wear. They look great with skirts, jeans, or dresses. I also love the ones with the rubber reinforced toes. They're comfortable and warm---good for playing and yet still look fashionable. The less expensive pair we bought broke apart at the toe within a few weeks and looked worn quickly--I'd have had to buy several pair to hold up through the winter! Uggs stay nice looking, and are a practical classic.

Uggs are amazing. I am 13 and got my first pair last Christmas. They are unbelievably warm, and I have worn them through everything! Mine are pretty worn right now and have some water stains in the front and some crease lines, but they are still as comfortable as ever. I am a size 9 but wear a size 8 in women's Uggs, and the new pair I just bought in kid's is a size 6. They fit perfectly!

I love these little boots! I might just get another pair in a size smaller.

What's there to say? My kids love their Uggs. They have been wearing the fake Uggs until now and say these are "much better."

I love these boots and Zappos' return policy! I ordered them in a size too large, and spoke with one of their friendly customer service representatives, who assured me that I could return them right away with their free shipping, both ways, policy. I was shipped my new pair in my correct size, within a few days. Needless to say I am very happy with this company, their friendly employees, quick shipping, just overall great products and service!
