Ordered two pairs for Grandchildren. Both had to be exchanged for larger sizes. The little kid size in particular ran very small. However, Zappos service was fantastic!!

I actually bought this boot as a gift for a petite adult friend who has really small feet! I was a little unsure about sizing but I knew what super service Zappos has on returns! No need for a return! The shoes are perfect! Five stars for everything! My friend loves them and had a really special birthday! Thanks!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size boot for my daughter, so I had to return them. Zappos makes it so easy to return and it's free! I also called Zappos and they put my exchange in right away and I received the right size the next day. Best customer service, I will continue to order from Zappos!

These are awesome! Sizing was perfect for my nephew. He wears a 13 1/2 kids (he's 7 yrs old) and I got him a 13. Uggs do stretch out over time. He said they fit like a glove. :) and he looks like a rock star!

My niece absolutely loves these boots. That are warm and comfortable. She is a between a size 2 1/2 and a 3 so the 3 fits good with a tiny bit of room for growth.

I needed these for a granddaughter in time for Christmas. Zappos phenomenal return/exchange policy in case they did not quite fit, was great. (It ended up they did fit perfectly however). Mostly, I feel Zappos did a great job in shipping these out quickly, and when it arrived, what we got was a First Quality GENUINE UGGS product. In a world filled with so many fakes of these, I had every confidence that what I was giving my granddaughter was the genuine article. And with the competitive pricing and superb "stand by you" after the sale from Zappos.... Well, there is no reason to go elsewhere.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas, she loves them! I did spray with a stain/water repellant to try and keep them decent looking. These are a kids size 4 and her Lands End snow boots are a womens 6.
