My daughter loves her Uggs! Ordered them in the evening and they were waiting for her when she got home from school the next day! They run a little big, but her feet weren't slipping out. Very comfortable and go with everything. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I purchased 2 pairs of Ugg boots for my granddaughters.I had a terrible experience with UPS. I called Zappos to complain.their customer service rep was remarkable. He reshipped my package 1st class mail and followed up with an email to insure my satisfaction. I guess I will only shop Zappos from now on! I highly recommend the cuts service dept 24/7. I felt right at home after working cuts service for 25 years myself. Thank you Zappos.

Uggs are great! The fit is good. I ordered a size up for both my kids so they can grow into them but it doesn't cause any problem for them now as the fur inside helps. Of course they got here super fast from Zappos!

FABULOUS as ever! I'm a big Ugg fan and love these classics in youth size. I have small feet so they fit me just fine. Can't say enough good things...they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!

Great investment - These boots are the second pair I have purchased for my daughter. The first pair lasted two winters, as they adapt beautifully to growing feet. I truly cannot say enough about how much she (and I) love them. They are cute, comfortable, and keep her feet warm and dry in winter which i firmly believe keeps her healthier than she might otherwise, Zappos has made my life so much easier-I get exactly what I want without the usual "shopping hunt", and I get it delivered. What more could I ask for??

Uggs kids classic! I love them!! They are so extremely soft and comfy! I'm normally a size 6.5 in womens and found the 4 youth just a bit too big, but still great. Even though they are highly fashionable, I still think they're not that great looking. Now I just need to find the perfect jeans to wear with them! Shipping wasnt as fast as I expected but my shoes still arrived in a timely fashion. I want more!

Awesome Uggs! I ordered these for my sister--she wears a size 8 womens, but the size 6 in Youth fits perfectly! She absolutely loves them, just as I love my blue ones! There is no difference between the kids and the adults, so if you can fit into the youth sizes, save a few bucks and go for it. Either way, they're worth it!
