Thanks Zappos for an awesome purchase. It was super fast, my boots came to my door the very next day and the size and item were perfect. I normally wear a size 8 in womans but purchased a size 6 in kids and the size was great! As well as the price! Can't beat free shipping and great price. I will definitely be purchasing from Zappos again!

After reading so many reviews about the sizes, I decided to buy the 6 (youth) instead of my usual 7 (woman). They fit like a glove and I saved quite a bit of money by buying the youth size, I am going to use my savings and invest on my third pair of Uggs. I love them!

This was a great purchase on my part. Zappos provided exceptional shipping and the product was wonderful, too. I love these, but I wish they had more color options in youth size.

I bought these for my daughters for Christmas and they all three wear these most every day. It is the oldest's second pair after a couple years worth of wear. I wear the "hand-me-downs" now as they are still in good shape. Worth the price. Slightly runs small to true.

These are yet my favorite Uggs - the color texture and warmth. I definitely will buy these for the third time. I love them.

I purchased these boots in the black color, size 6. I normally wear a US Women's size 7.5 - 8, but in Women's Uggs I wear a 7. I ordered the kids size to save some money. When they arrived I measured them against my Women's size 7 Uggs and they are exactly the same size. So keep that in mind if you want to order a kids size in Uggs, just go down one size from your normal Ugg size. With that being said, these boots are extremely comfortable and warm just as all Ugg sheepskin boots are and love them! Also, Zappos is amazing best customer service ever. I wish more company's could be like them. Thank you Zappos!

I was able to save money by buying the Youth sized boots instead of Womens. Same boots. Use the sizing charts provided by Zappos. Made my day! Great shoes, great shipping policies. I ended up going up in sizing as not exact cross-reference.

I am a size 6.5 in women's and the youth size 5 fit perfect! I absolutely love these boots, but I recommend buying the cleaning kit and the protection kit as they dirty easily.

My daughter loves these boots. They are cute and she says they are really comfortable. They run big -- huge really. I wanted to send them back & order 1 size down, but she wanted to keep them.

I love Zappos! Everything I need I will try and buy it from them! Zappos is so convenient and easy, makes my life a lot easier. I ordered these Ugg boots in size 6 woman at first because I had never had any Ugg boots therefore I didn't know what size I was. When I initially received the size 6 boots I knew definitely they would be extremely large. I called Zappos and they exchanged it for a size 5 and shipped it right away and received it the next day. After receiving the size 5 they too were too large so order changed for size 4 in youth and got it shipped next day. Once I received the size 4 they too were too big so I had to exchange them for a size 3 youth. Zappos made this happen for me, they exchanged my Ugg boots 3 times at no extra charge in order for me to find my right size. All shipments were next day and came neatly packed. I love Zappos!

Very warm and cozy. My son is very picky with shoes and he just slips them right on and off without asking for help or getting frustrated. The Zappos service was awesome and it came to my house right on time without a hitch!
