I have an older pair of Ugg sandals which I adore so I was excited to find these on Zappos. I am a 9½ and was not sure whether to go up or down a size. I ordered the 9 but had to return them as they were too short. I now have the 10 which fit great except they stretched out a little too wide but then I have narrow feet.

Well, on the long run these have totally been awesome! I had recently discovered that my feet couldn't handle regular flats anymore and ended up walking into the UGG store in Chicago to try these on. Did a quick internet check and found that they would end up being cheaper on Zappos (it was good that I tried them on though since I am a 6 and different to what most reviews said about the shoes being true to size, I ended up having to buy a 7). They did need some breaking in and my boyfriend ended up putting a small piece of electrical tape around the thong part so I wouldn't bruise again. However, after that and they have been lovely! So much so that my boyfriend ended up buying man's size UGG sandals (flip-flops) for himself. Very comfy, great arch support and even though I was worried about the wool, quite nice for the summer. Will give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the breaking-in period. And, this being the first time I bought anything on Zappos and am utterly impressed! They arrived before the estimated delivery time and were shipped only a couple of hours after ordering. Safe to say that I am now a Zappos fan!

My first pair of Uggs. Love them. Very comfortable and keeps my toes warm when it is cold outside. Decent support considering the type of shoe they are. I recommend these.

Cute shoes, but I worried about being too hot in the summer with the lining. Also, I just didn't like how it felt between my toes. Not overly comfortable there.

Those with narrow feet, be warned: after wearing these for a week or so the shearling started to mat down and now they are much looser. Sizing down wouldn't have helped since my toes and heel already cover the stitching on the edges. They are also quite heavy so I feel like I am gripping pretty hard with my toes to walk in them. They are well made and look nice, though!

Cute, Fairly Comfortable - These shoes would be more comfortable if the stitching on the sole wasn't so pronounced (the white stitching around the shoe). You can feel it when walking. The toe strap is also on the thick side. If that bothers you, I wouldn't buy them. I have average width feet and they are just wide enough for me. They are very well made and should last forever.

Not a bad sandal - This sandal is pretty and comfortable. The only down side is that it is a little heavy and ran about a half size larger.

Uggs for summer - Very comfortable except for the logo on the heel. They should get rid of that or make it more smooth.

Ugg flip flop better than expected - I just could not imagine the UGG fleece on a flip flop, but it works! I tend to have narrow feet, so this really improves the fit and comfort. I would have liked to have the darker color, but they were all out in my size. I tried to make the next size up work and had to send them back. I should have known better. They are true to size.

Great flip flop, but not as good as the original version - This is my 2nd pair of Ugg's Layback flip flops. The pair I purchased last year had a different footbed which was a little more cushiony and had more of an arch support. These are still very comfortable, but not as fabulous as my old ones felt. The definitely feel flatter.

I really like the looks of this shoe and it seemed to be comfortable when I tried it on. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet-it's still cold in central PA! I am going on vacation next week and plan on taking them along-hopefully, they won't disappoint!

Nice shoe overall - A bit stiff out of the box, toe piece needs breaking-in, but comfortable to wear after a very short break-in period.

They're cute and I would say they are perfect, if I didn't buy the all suede version last year. The suede version is so comfy -- just like wearing slippers. These feel fine and look cool though!

Cute flip flops! I loved them when I saw them on the website, ordered a 7 (usually wear 7 1/2) but they weren't comfortable at all. Since Zappos has the best service and return policy I thought it wouldn't hurt to send them back and try the 8. Huge difference! Very comfortable and I can't wait to wear them all summer.

Comfortable shoe, have received several compliments on the shoe style! I needed to wear them for a day to soften them up. Love the shoe.

Ugg Sandals: Great but not as great as Ugg boots - Takes a few days of wearing to break these in, unlike the boots. But they look great. They are true to size and are excellent quality. As usual Zappos service and one day shipping cannot be compared to any other online shopping experience, it's excellent!!

Great shoe! Comfortable and stylish. More support than traditional flip flops. Felt a little wide, but not so much that it was uncomfortable.

Great Sandal ! This sandal is super comfortable. Great to wear with jeans, casual pants or even shorts.

Cute but UNCOMFORTABLE - The thong area is really, really thick and chafed my toes, even though I only wore the shoe for a couple hours at work. The toe box is also really long, so with my average length toes, the shoe looked really big on me (even though the heel fit perfectly). The wool is really comfortable on the top of the foot, and they're cute - but they were just too uncomfortable to keep. Zappos, as always, was great with shipping and the return.

Linen Layback - I have the Ugg Layback in black suede (size 8) and just love them. They could not be more comfortable. I recently ordered the linen but had trouble with the sizing and had to go up a size. I think the size difference is due more to the width. They stretched out and finally felt great. However, now they are a bit too long. Perhaps it would have been best to let them stretch out instead of going up a size.

Really liked this shoe, however I think they run about a half size smaller. My Ugg boots at a size 7 fit great with a little bit of extra room. These just barely fit at a 7, but the 8s are too big.

Comfy shoe - Very comfy shoes. I am not crazy about the look of the shoe but if I am going to wear flip flops they might as well be comfortable. And these really are. I thought they might be too hot because of the fleece lining but I haven't had that problem at all. Love them!

Heavenly comfort! Wearing this sandal is more like wearing a slipper; it's so soft, supportive and comfortable. I do feel a little too earthy sometimes when wearing it because of its furry edges and white stitching, but with jeans, denim skirts, and casual capris it usually works just fine.

I bought these as a gift for my niece because I have a pair and wear them every day. Even though they have some wool on them (they are Uggs) they are a perfect "go to" summer flip flop. I have problem feet and never find a comfortable shoe. These feel great from the start. Get lots of comments on them. I wear a 7 1/2 and bought the 7's. She wears an 8 and I bought her an 8.
