So far, no holes in the soles! My 11 yr old boy only wears skater shoes, but the last 2 pair of VOX that we bought from wonderful Zappos got holes in the soles within a month of wear. These VANS seem to have a much thicker sole and he loves them. So far, so good!

Great Shoes - Sick shoes. Nice super minimal design. They fit similarly to Vans slip-ons. I usually wear size 13, but these fit as a 12.

Great Fitting - Cool Look!!!! I can't say enough about Vans shoes, having purchased my first pair over 30 years ago. They always look good and wear great!!! I now wear Vans and Sperry's exclusively, depending on my mood or occasion. These shoes look great; they are cut a little lower than the "boarder" shoes, similar to slip-ons. Looking forward to using these this summer on the boat!!!!

Great Shoe - I've never owned a pair of vans before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but these shoes are great. They're comfy, not clunky at all, and they're really cute! I'm glad I bought them!

Vans Era - Awesome shoe. Seemed to fit about a half size smaller than other pairs of Vans Era I own.

Great casual shoe - Fit and quality were excellent.

I feel like I'm back in junior high! I had forgotten, but Vans have no arch support and fit a tad more snuggly than other shoes. They also are a bit narrow, so someone with a wide foot might have difficulty. I wore them around the house for a day to decide whether to keep them because the right shoe felt almost a little too snug. I ended up keeping them, have worn them several times all day, and they are fine. If I wear too thin socks, the heel band area rubs my Achilles tendon a bit.

Turquoise Blue - I chose this shoe because Vans are classically comfortable and have bright and unique colors. It came with two sets of laces, one turquoise blue to match the base and one white. I find that I can wear it with a lot of different styles and am comfortable on my feet all day.

Van's Era Black and Tan - Black and tan is another cool color for Vans Era. Classic Van's are again the rage. They are super comfortable. I can wear a size or two larger than usual and still feel like they won't slip off. I like canvas retro sneakers for casual wear. They look great with jeans.

Vans - Great looking shoe, fits well, wears wear. Can slip on and off with laces tied.

The Blue Checkers - These are some good shoes. They're pretty comfortable, as long as you aren't going on a hike; they're great for school though. I got the black ones with the "scuba blue" checkers, and they are a snazzy pair if I do say so myself. I got a lot of compliments on them. And, I have to say, Zappos is great! They send me shoes right away, and never send the wrong size/color!

Sadiyya's Review for Vans Era - The shoes are great! I’m sometimes disappointed that I can’t wear them when I’d like to because of the weather conditions in Chicago. But overall I love this brand and style of shoe. They fit very comfortably and come in many beautiful colors. I plan on buying more in the future on Zappos.com.

These are so comfortable that you won't even believe it. I run between size 9 1/2 and 10, and found a 9 1/2 to be a good fit, so if you are between sizes, I would order a half size down. They are very lightweight and feel great on! I got the black ones and with the contrast white stitching, they are cute and not boring at all.

I ordered these shoes for a young friend and she just loves them. She has worm them just about every day since xmas.

The shoes are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn and buying them from Zappos.com was a breeze. I recommend Van's shoes and this pair to any guy looking for a pair of very comfortable shoes.

Cute and Comfortable- these look even cuter on. You can even wear 'em with a skirt because they then come across kind of like an old-fashioned saddle shoe. Great with thin white socks. Of course, they are also a great functional skater shoe.

Leather front is well worth it! In comparison to my first pair of classic Vans, these were much sturdier and more durable. It took a few times wearing them until they were totally comfortable, yet overall well worth "breaking them in." The leather is protective, particularly when riding the VESPA!

Never a disappointment - I've had soooo many pairs of Vans Eras and I'm never unhappy. These new suede croc print ones, however, are the best yet. Not significantly heavier than the standard canvas ones, but you can tell a difference. Normally I would get a new pair every month and half roughly, due to the canvas blowing out. I've had the espresso suede ones for about a month, and they're holding up way better than the canvas would. If you skate, and want your Eras to last a little longer, I'd suggest getting yourself some. Besides that, they are a good chill shoe, with all the colors and all.

Vans Era - This shoe is great. It's very comfortable and can be worn everyday.

Very Enjoyable! :) I ordered these shoes because my last pair of Vans slip-ons had worn out. I got the Cord/Leather pair in brown, and they look good with just about anything! I'm always very pleased with Vans, and even more pleased with Zappos! I received the shoes the very next day! The only problem I'm having with them is breaking them in. The heel is leather, and I'm used to the all canvas Vans slip-ons.

I was looking forward to receiving the shoes but was very disappointed when I got them. When I opened the box, all appeared well...until I took a closer look at the wedge of the shoe. It was not constructed of cork but of some kind of adhesive paper made to resemble cork (that was used to dress the exterior surface of the wedge). It made the shoe look very cheap! The rest of the shoe seemed to be really solid in that it was sturdy and the shoe fit my feet well. If it were not for the poor workmanship of the wedge I probably would have kept the shoe. Sorry...but I had to send this one back.

I got this in black and it's very comfortable. There is a sort-of lip surrounding your foot in the shoe, which holds it in place and supports the arch, I think. There's a lot of toe showing, which sort of emphasizes how big my big toe is, but the leather is so soft and the shoe is supportive, and the wedge walkable, so it's worth it. Nice shoe.

Amazing shoes - These shoes are great to skate in or just chill in. Don't even need to wear socks with them if you aren’t skating them. That’s how comfy they are… good padding, decent durability, fantastic board feel, fantastic grip.

Absolutely Amazing - I ordered my shoes not knowing anything about the Zappos service, and found myself ecstatic with the service I was given. Immediately after I ordered my shoes I was sent a tracking order and the great news that my shoes had been given FREE overnight shipping! Sure enough I got my shoes the next day handed to me by a smiling Fed-Ex man. The shoes were in perfect condition and fit perfectly!
