I had ordered a pair of Vans for my granddaughter and a spray bottle to spray them to help keep them clean. the spray arrived in a shoe box but that was it. No shoes! I waited a few days for them to arrive but they were a no show. I called the company and explained what had happened. I have to say it was a pleasure to speak to such a wonderful woman who helped me. She took care of everything and I had the shoes in 3 days. I have given the shoes last night and everything is right in the world! Will purchase with this company again and again.

This was my first purchase from Vans and my first pair of Vans shoes and I couldn't be happier. They fit great and the color is vibrant and pretty.

I use my white vans a lot because they go with anything you want to wear and they're very comfortable. They're also very cute shoes.

They are leather so takes a couple wearing to stretch them a bit but will soon fit like all others. LOVE these shoes.

Purchased the brown Sherpa slip on. Comfortable and good looking. Nothing negative to say about them.

My 4th pair in different designs/colors so I do like them. The width is slightly snug making them even tighter is wearing them with socks.

I purchased these for a kid I love who gave me the wrong shoe size and so rather than dealing with the hassle of getting them back to Vans (because she lives far from me), I just bought her another pair. I guess they fit because I haven't heard a peep about the second pair and in our family, silence means "OK". She really wanted these shoes and I'm grateful that Vans has them.

This is my son's go to shoe. He's been through several pairs through the years. He loves them so much he has repaired them with duct tape when they are worn out and he's waiting on a new pair.

I order three pair of shoes. After placing the order I got an email saying one pair wasn't available. I do understand with what's going on in the world today. Still sucks because there's a Christmas gift. The other two pair came in separate shipments. But can't complain with free shipping.
