I have purchased this shoe before in a store. Zappos had it online much cheaper than anywhere else and it is true to size and fits comfortably just like my older pairs.

I have several pair of these shoes in different colors. They are comfortable and great for walking. I go down a half size of my usual size so there is no rubbing on the heel and they fit great.
