I could not get more than less than half of my foot into the shoe. I have a size 12 foot and the shoe was supposed to be size 12; it looked long enough but it was not a match for my foot. Thank you for your return policy, but I still need shoes.

Had to return these. Very disappointed that Van's changed the styling. I've worn these for years, but this year the upper came up so high on my foot that I disliked them the minute I put them on. Wish they would go back to style from several years ago.

Zappos through no fault of their own had to send me two packages as the first one was stolen upon delivery. I received one of 2 packages sent to me, enclosed was the right model, color, and the box stated it was size 13 (which is what I ordrered). When I actually tried the shoe on I came to realize the shoe was far too large. I checked the size tag inside the shoe itself and saw it was a size 14. Zappos has already refunded my purchase and given me a discount code to use which is great but I really just wanted a pair of size 13 van slip ons in blue; which i've yet to receive.

I returned shoe but have not received a credit

I really loved the look of these shoes. I wear a size 6 and bought a size 6. However, even though I had on very thin socks, they were extremely tight across the top and slid up and down at the heel. I have fibromyalgia and cannot tolerate anything tight across the top of my feet. I was also afraid that they would rub blisters on my heels, so, sadly, I returned them.

Sizing seemed to be true to size BUT these shoes were the most uncomfortable ones I’ve ever worn. 4 inch heels pain doesn’t even compare to the blisters these put on my feet on the first day. I do NOT recommend these.

Appalling decline in quality. My last pair of Vans was a previous iteration of this shoe. I loved them. These ones were cheaply-made with poor quality control. The soles were flat and hard. Yet the shoe was heavy. They rubbed a deep blister on the back of my ankle in a short time. Previous Vans, by comparison, were deliciously comfortable. They were bliss. The latest versions were made in Vietnam. Nuff said.

These say "white" but they really are ivory as pictured. :/

I never received the item how can I get an investigation on this item?

Not happy! I had to wash these and the glue around the rubber sole turned the canvas yellow. My daughter has a pair of these and this never happened to her shoes. I am returning them!

I was surprised with how hard they were to get on...Need a shoe horn !!

Shoe was at least one size too big. We need to make a return.

i have purchased two different size keds for my great granddaughter. NBeither fit. Now the Vans are too large. Is there a measure online which could be used for specific brands both length and width?

These shoes turned yellow and got holes in them so fast! I have so many vans and I’ve had these before but I have never had vans do this in my life! The worst! Not worth the look!

In less than a years worth of light wear, the side is pulling apart from the show around the toes/in the bend. $50+ shoes should not fall apart in less than a year, especially when they’re not even my main shoes and all I do in them is walk in and out of my office. Really disappointing.

This was supposed to be the main Christmas gift for my daughter. She’s a size 6 womens shoe. I bought 6 1/2 so she would grow into them. She cannot even get her foot into them. They are so narrow and won’t bend or allow her to slip them on. I think that if she were able to get her foot in they would actually fit but the opening is not wide enough or they won’t stretch wide enough or something. She has pretty narrow feet. There’s something wrong, I’m doubting they’re even real vans or there is some sort of design flaw. So disappointing because now it’s on me to box them back up, pay to ship them back, get a credit and figure this out.

Shoes are definitely not black on black . They are black and grey which was a big disappointment

They felt terrible immediately! I hurt myself using my fingers to help slide them on. People I know say these are comfortable shoes and Converse are not comfortable, but it is the other way around in my opinion.

These are probably the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on! They are incredibly hard, rigid and made my feet hurt just putting them on. I am returning them ASAP!
