The pair I got had some issues. The left shoe fit much wider and looser than the right one. I have these same shoes already in another color, so I know I ordered the right size. I returned these.

Loved the color. Loved the fit. I’m sending them back. The elastic gore was sown so poorly into these shoes that they became unwearable. What’s happened to Vans?

What happened? I went to replace my favorite go-to shoes for comfort and what I got looks the same but it feels totally different. The part on top stretches much closer to my ankle and is super tight. You can see the material on top covers more foot. This happened on another pair I ordered recently and I thought it was a fluke. Such a bummer.

These were a little tight when I bought them, but I had purchased a half size larger than I normally wear. I assumed these would stretch out over time and I was concerned they would get too big if I bought a full size larger. However, these didn't stretch at all. Even though I feel they are expensive shoes (for Vans), I stopped wearing them due to discomfort.

The shoes is true to size once you manage to slip in your feet. It's a good looking shoes! Problem is, it's very tough squeezing my feet in there. Unfortunately I needed to return the pair.

They had no cushion in the sole so I got the same style but not the core classics.

We returned these because they were really big. My son wears a 16 hard to find these anywhere so we had to order them. He tried them on and his feet are sloshing around in them. Ordered a 15, we will see.

Uncomfortable shoes with tight toe box.

Somewhat disappointed. I've worn Van's before so I know how they fit and feel. I don't wear them for support...more like a casual loafer or sandal. But a few days after they arrived they started to change. I noticed a large circle of discolor on the top of the one shoe, which at first I thought was some liquid I had spilled only to realize the material on top was separating from the material beneath it creating a sort-of bubble in between. Similar smaller bubbles are starting to form on the other shore. I'm guess poor workmanship (made in some 3rd world workshop?) Also, the material on the inner sole at the heel is starting to come loose. Not good.

These look like you would expect, however, they have absolutely zero support. None. Wore them once and ankles and feet were dying. If you need support and plan on wearing them for over 30 mins, go with something else.

Love the shoe except for the color. I ordered two pairs of vans. One called white that is pale yellow. Another called vanilla cream that is pink. I was looking for white/off white. Why on earth are they being so deceiving with the co,ors?

I ended up returning these shoes. I bought them to replace an older pair I had, which I thought were the same style. This pair, however, had a reinforced toe. The reinforcement is on the inside and pressed down on my toe. It made the shoe very uncomfortable. I would not have been able to wear them. Too bad, because the style is simple and looks good.

Loved them until the material started separating after only 4 months of general casual use.

These look like hospital shoes, I like vans, but not these in white

I have a pair of Vans Authentic™ Core Classics in 10.5 men's so I bought a pair of Vans Classic Slip-On™ Core Classics in 10.5 men's to try since i figure it would be more convenient and stylish. For some reason the slip on was much tighter and narrower than my authentics. I could barely get them on without socks and with socks on it was super tight. Luckily I was able to return them without hassle. Maybe next time I'll try to get them in size 11 men's to see if they will fit better. My rating has nothing to do with Zappos as hey have been nothing but great, however I'm surprised the two shoes fit so different.

I’ve been wearing Vans for about 20 yrs- these seem to be fake. I only wear these to run errands! They are falling apart- I’ve had them for a yr! I have a pair of vans that are 5 yrs old and they are in better condition than these.

Between the first and this pair, apparently, I forgot how uncomfortable these shoes were to wear. Based on the style, one would think that it has to be comfortable, right? Wrong...There is not much arch support along with the fact that there is not much sole/padding. If you plan on being on your feet for an extended period of time and/or walking, then don't wear these shoes.

Terrible design. The back digs into the back of your ankle. no way to get around this. Have blisters on the back of both ankles after wearing these a day. No arch support either. I generally love how Vans feel, but these ones are terribly uncomfortable.

Even though this says white they're more like a light yellow. Kiddo did not like them as she was looking for white. Also huge on her feet in both size and width. Returning these and going into the Van store today to figure out sizes and get an actual white pair!

I ordered Van's core classic slip-on in black/pewter checkerboard design, Women's size 6. I have several of the Van's core classic slip-on's in size 6 already, love this style and the size 6 has always fit me perfectly. When this order arrived, I could not get my feet into the shoes. I have not gained weight at all and since all of my Van's core classic slip-ons in size 6 fit me (my most recent Vans core classic slip-on SZ 6 was just last week), I ruled that out as a contributing factor. I called customer service and was offered a return label and another pair of size 6 to be sent to me. I took the return label offer but wanted to think about what I planned to do. I was thinking that maybe the size 6 I received was just a manufacturing error in sizing. Because I like these shoes so much, I placed an order for another size 6 and a size 6.5, just in case. The new size 6, also did not fit my feet. The 6.5 was a bit too large for me, so I am returning both of the shoes from the new order and the first pair I received is being returned as well. I am disappointed witht his sizing and do feel it is a manufacturing issue. The service from Zappo's however was as expected; polite, helpful, prompt, easy, curteous, I could go on. Hoping Zappo's will evaluate if mine is an individual event or a manufacturing issue. I will still use Zappo's and wear Van's, as long as they fit.

I love vans slip ons and have had multiple pairs throughout my life. Always a size 7.5, but the leather ones do not give at all. Couldn't even get my foot in them, I imagine if I went a size up they would rub too because they are so stiff. I want to love these so bad!

This is my first pair of slip-on shoes I've had since I was probably 5. I've worn skate shoes for the past 18 years and have just gotten lazy with tying laces. I really like the style of these shoes but they aren't the most comfortable shoes in the world. They don't have much padding in the soles. The thing that bugs me the most about these is the heel tab digs into my achilles tendon area and has rubbed a hole in my skin.

These were replacements for a pair my husband has had for 10+ years. Granted, the original pair were "much loved" and somewhat stretched out, but I don't remember there being any fit issues when they were new. This new pair appear to be tighter both in length and width (or my husbands feet have spread), so they must be returned. I don't know if the lasts have changed, he has to size up, or if Vans just aren't an option for him anymore.

Nice looking shoe and seems to run true to size. However, one of the shoes had a terrible sewing job and the seam felt like it was going to give me a blister on the top of my foot as soon as I tried to wear them. The other two pairs that I purchased (same style but canvas) are very nice. Unfortunately, these must go back.
