Cool Looking but Schlocky -
Vans Classic Slip-Ons have the "normal" canvas shoe problems similar to the Chucks: The interior of the shoe rips out, the reinforced section inside by the heel starts coming out, the rubber surrounding the sole cracks/peels off. The only things I like about the shoes are that they look great and being slip-ons, are pretty convenient. If you're vegetarian and don't want to buy leather shoes, I instead recommend synthetics; all Vans Geoff Rowley models are vegan, and New Balance makes several models.
I'd also recommend:
adidas Ultrastars and Decade, Vans Geoff Rowley models (vegan)

Delivery shoes was a disaster, it seems to be that I got a women shoes in spite I select men size . Thats shoes is too thin foot , I wore yesterday and half an hour later i was walking without it . Totally bad invesment

I wear a women's 11.5. These are marketed for women but they are men's shoes. So, if you have wide feet they may work, otherwise they will be too wide.

Love the classic style, but gray slip-ons fade in the sun from day one. They just look too worn and uneven due to sun bleaching too quickly. Back in high school, when Vans were super cheap, this was no big deal. The price is still good, but they've gotten too expensive to look this bad this soon.

I bought these in my normal size for sneakers and they pinched my toes so bad! To the point that I checked to make sure I hadn't been sent the wrong size by accident. I put them against the classic slip-ons I had just bought in the same size and they were the same exact length so I don't know why they made my toes feel so squished, and now I'm nervous to size up because it seems like they will be too long?

When I got the shoes, the color was a bit disappointing. The denim part in the sides were a little more washed out/lighter than the picture shows and I didn't get the wider range of colors in the actual stitching featured on the top of the shoe. But my biggest complaint is that the opening of the foot was WAY too small- I could not for the life of me fit my foot into the shoe and didn't want to force it. Unfortunately will need to return these.

Disappointing quality. I've had the shoes less than a week and have worn them maybe a total of 3 days and they've already started to come apart at the sole. Really frustrating considering that these basic shoes are not inexpensive.

I love these, but the vinyl coating is rubbing off after a week. They are the classic slip-ons, so I love them. I'm just bummed out they look worn out after a week.

I've had these shoes for almost two months now and have wanted to like them so bad but I just can't. Length wise they fit my feet fine but they are kinda narrow. They are tight around my feet which is crazy because I already have narrow feet. They are also super stiff. Both of these things cause them to rub blisters on my heels and bottom of my feet. My toes also get sore after a while of having them on. I only ever have this issue with Vans bought off of their website. Guess i'll stick to buying in store.

Love the look of the shoes and they're very comfortable but they don't last. I have had the black leather slides for a little over 6 months. I don't wear them often and they started to crack/separate on the sides. Super bummed out.

even wearing thin socks, I could not hardly get my foot in these shoes I paid full price for. I'm a fan of vans but I guess I will just stick to the stores so I can try them on.

In the past, I've had a pair of the black and white vans for maybe 3 years without anything happening to them besides getting dirty obviously. Now I have to buy a new pair maybe every 5 months because they always rip on the sidesThey completely changed how they make these shoes. I wouldn't waste your money on vans anymore and just go find another shoe that's close to the same as these.

I purchased a replacement pair of my current vans EXACT same ones. Vans must have made some changes to the classics. There is now a leather material around the ankle which cause some pressure and discomfort. The material of the overall shoe is not the same as my others. They have no give to them and are tight. I already do up a size and still don't feel right. Very disappointed.

When brand new, they look awesome. Unfortunately the color fades rapidly in just a few months wear. The light grey turns beige - Vans should really figure out a better treatment to prevent fading. Would not buy again.

As much as I love these shoes, the last two pairs I have bought have both tore in the top foot portion. Each pair tore without having them for very long. I have bought these shoes in the past with no problems and wear them until I can't any longer. It saddens me, but I am very hesitant to buy these shoes again.
