I love these shoes. I am a fan of the style of Vans, particularly when I wear slim cut pants. These really complement slim cuts, whether that be jeans or a pair of rugged khakis. These shoes are pretty versatile and can fit with different styles, and they are quite comfortable too. Not only are they easy to wear around the house, but they aren't bad to walk in either. I go to school in NYC, so I've had the opportunity to walk in them. They're not Nikes or Adidas, but they work. And the support...it's there, but these shoes did loosen up on me as I wore them more and more. I wear them almost every day in all weather conditions, so that should be expected to a degree. I'm not dissatisfied with support, however, as they did not become significantly looser. I can probably also attribute that to the socks I wear. When I would wear thicker socks (i.e. athletic or wool socks), I think the material of the shoe would stretch slightly. Again though, I still get enough support to walk around NYC, so that should say something about the shoe. The one thing I will say is I wear a size nine in all other shoes but these. I had to get them in a size 8. Like a lot of other slip ons, you may need to get it one size smaller than what you typically buy. Otherwise, I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a shoe that's easy to run around in, slip on whenever, and look stylish while doing it. It's a great shoe.

This is the second year in a row I've bought these shoes and painted them for my boyfriend for Christmas. Last year's lasted until this Christmas even after coaching crew for 2 seasons, hiking, working/living at a summer camp for 3 months and constant wear. They fit perfectly (even with his two uneven sized feet) and he's always mentioned how comfortable they are. They hold acrylic paint like a dream! Highly recommended!

I buy these for my boyfriend every year, and he is obsessed with them. Please note, he doesn't "need" them every year -- they actually stay in one piece (two pieces?) for a lot longer than that -- he just loves getting new shoes. Anyway, Vans are always cool, and these ones are classically awesome.

It's a good basic shoe. I like having more than 1 choice. Size 14. I ordered it Saturday, got it on Monday. That's crazy. I only buy shoes from Zappos from now on!

Exactly what one would expect...canvas, black, inexpensive. Perfect!

I bought these a couple weeks ago, and was incredibly disappointed that they were closer to an asphalt color than neutral gray (as pictured). This is the color of Vans I have been purchasing for years, so to have the color I love so fondly not arrive was wildly upsetting.

These are great! You can expected to be noticed. Now as far as a shoe goes, these are Vans and that means good quality and comfortable. Be noticed!

I got these for my boyfriend for his birthday! He loves them and wears them often. He has only had them for a month so I am not sure how fast they wear out! Would highly recommend!

I've been wearing slip on Vans for years and I can easily say this is one of my absolute favorite shoes ever; super comfy, easy to get on and off, and super stylish, you won't be disappointed!

These are great classic shoes. I always have a pair in my closet. You can wear them to the office, out on the town, or for the weekend and they go with everything! They are a little cold for the winter, but with some Smartwool socks, you can get by. They run pretty narrow, but usually break in and mold to your feet. (Sometimes i get them wet and wear them for a little while to get them to break in faster.) I just wish they still made the lighter grey ones...

Easy on. Easy off. Comfortable shoes for anytime of year. And Spicoli wore them, so you win in the cool factor, too.

I have bought many a shoe over the years for my 4 teenage sons, and this one is always a sure winner. It comes in sizes to fit their now big feet (12, 13, 14), and the canvas works for the one with a wider foot by going up a size. I like that they are sturdy enough to hold up for guys who are hard on their shoes.

Great shoes, my only issue was the quality of the glue in the side seams seemed to wear out quickly. Thankfully Zappos is awesome and replaced them for me! Completely recommend these shoes.

I recently purchased the grey pair of the slip-ons, and I have to say they are probably my favorite shoes right now. I wear them everyday to class, work, and outside activities. They take a week or two to break in, but when they do they are very comfortable!

I live in these shoes. They are as comfortable as they come. Stylish, too. They look like they belong with any kind of jeans.

Bought these for my 16 year old son. I have to make him change shoes because he would wear them all of the time and he's not some skater kid. He just loves them! They do run at least a half size big so order size or half size down.

A soft canvas shoe, such as the Converse brand, is something that will always be in style. The benefits of this shoe is that its lightweight, has a visual texture, and can enhance any outfit. I mainly wear black and white, in my thirties, and I feel these shoes can be worn by anyone at any age.

This is a great little shoe. It's easy to slip on and off and sturdy enough for all day wear. Also washable!

I love Vans always have since I was in grade school. Can't tell you how many pair I have. But hey everybody needs a checkered pair, now don't they!

I was looking for a shoe that my husband could do yard work in and slip off before coming into the house. These are perfect. And they are good looking. They fit my need to keep the house clean and he can easily slip them on and off all day!

Awesome shoe, just as I remember having in the 80's! I wear them with and without socks. I needed a good slip on with enough support to wear in a pulmonary rehab program. These were comfortable from day one and no breaking in period!

Excellent shoes! True fit, slip on, comfortable. Only drawback - they do require a breaking period, so do not wear without socks for the first few days. The heel will soften and they will be great, but until then they can rub your heel raw.
