The build quality of these is at least equal to anything that was available when I was a kid. I see no reason I shouldn't get two summers or more out of them. They're a bit stiff when they're new, but once you're past that they'll be your buds.

I've had different Vans over the years but they were made specifically for women and I never had a size issue. I read all the reviews from females stating these ran large but I took a chance on my actual size anyway since it's extremely rare I ever need to size down. I did need to size down a half size in these. The width seems pretty true to size and comfortable for my foot. I wear these all the time and they required no break in period for me which was nice. I can wear them with our without socks. I purchased the Vans no-show socks and they work so great with these. My favorite sneaker

Classic Vans. Classic black on black on black. These go with everything and never get dirty.

Shoes fit exactly as expected. Super comfortable and reliable, as Vans always are! Fits narrow to medium width feet.

I like Vans sneakers so I really enjoy wearing these. They are a nice black color that goes well with jeans to go out and about. I would not recommend them for long walking as there is no arch or much cushion. They are comfortable, though.

Love these shoes! I wear Adidas Sambas a lot, and forgot I have to get a 1/2 size bigger with Vans. Zappos is so quick and hassle-free, and the customer service guy I spoke with was super cool, so it was no problem exchanging the 7-1/2 for an 8. Anyway, these shoes were surprisingly way more comfortable than I'd expected. They've pretty much replaced the Sambas as my go-to sneaker.

Fits as expected, super-comfortable, and stylish while remaining modest (for this color -- you could also get something loud it you want to stand out!). A great all-around casual shoe. Zappos top-notch service as always.

Awesome classic Vans. I wear a 9.5 and sometimes a 10, depending. I will go with a 10 next time. The 9.5 are fine without socks. Love them.

Of all the checked Vans I've owned, these are my favorite. Something about wearing primary red shoes that feels awesome! Great color, style and comfort. Go for it!

These are great shoes. Needed something I could throw on quickly to run out and get donuts or run other errands. We call them my donut shoes!

These are great for pretty much anything aside from serious hiking or running. I wear them with shorts and pants. I have worn them for a full day of casual walking and have been very comfortable.

I love these shoes. They're comfortable and stylish. I purchased for a vacation that will involve a lot of walking and had no issues with rubbing or discomfort.

These shoes are fabulous I have a pair of Vans I purchased in So. Cal. in the early 80's and still have them. I know these will last a lifetime as well.

These are my 5th pair of Vans. Love the fit. Love the slip ons- they are great for this mom of three who doesn't have time to tie her shoes! Ordered the Navy blue which was lighter than I thought but no big deal to me.

Always able to get my Vans fix at Zappos! I love having multiple different versions of these slip-ons, they're great for many occasions.Vans brand have always stayed true to form/fit, which I love. Some other brands get crazy in sizes over time,such as Nike and a few others.Wearing a sz 12 can get tricky these days when ordering shoes online, but I can always count on Vans and Zappos!

Have never worn these shoes before and so far I am liking them. They are a little loose, but that's only if you tie your shoes like I do (tight). Otherwise they are comfortable and the sizes go to the traditional Vans sizes, so a half size smaller then what you would normally wear. Great buy and quality!

The Vans Classic slip-on is perfect for the warm months, whether wearing at the beach, on the patio/deck or making a quick run to the store.

I liked these Vans and they fit just fine. I usually have trouble across the top of step in shoe but these were comfortable. However, I wound up giving them to my granddaughter because I kept another pair of Vans that I ordered at the same time. She was thrilled and so was her mother because she kept stealing her mother's white Vans.

I saw a friend with these shoes and I had to have them. They are great but do require some mild breaking in, mostly with respect to the tongue/top part since it rubs on your foot. But after 1-2 times wearing them everything is all good. I get compliments on the shoes and folks always asking what brand they are. I really love them.

I've been wearing these for about one week now. They're very comfortable! I'm often complimented on the style, too. Fits true to size. My last pair of vans lasted a long time and I hope these do too.

Typical Vans...they have a great look and feel. Not as much support as I would like but for wearing around town they are perfect.
