A last minute purchase for my daughter for our trek to FL. They are perfect, as usual, per the VANS way! The kids love just being able to slip them on and off per their "busy" schedules! Honestly, shoe laces these days are a nuisance if they have that waxy material which promotes what we call "auto un-tie"! These are the 5th pair of vans in our home! With the quick return, exchange policy of ZAPPOS, I can order multiple pairs to find the right fit for growing feet!

Always a hit in our household! It is funny how vans span 2 generations or more! Great fit, great workmanship, great value for the dollar. My children's feet grow faster than the shoes wear out! That is saying something!

The shoes were marked men's 9.5 which is my shoe size, but it was obvious that the shoes were way too small. I could not even begin to get them on. They also appeared to be very narrow. I am re-ordering a size men's10.5. If that is too small, I will give up.

These look great with a cute sundress or skinny jeans.

This is my second pair of this exact shoe (I also have them in a suede high top which I love) I like how they look and they are surprisingly durable. They’re a bit narrow, that’s all I’d change. I waterproof mine to keep them nice looking and easy to clean, I think that contributes to their longevity. I’ve always had great customer service with Zappos and that’s what really keeps me coming back here- plus the free shipping and especially free returns.

This review is specifically about the Checkerboard Black/Pewter Vans. It fits like all the slip-ons, a bit stiff at first and then becomes very comfortable. The checkerboard design in the black/pewter is subtle and almost classy enough to wear to the office (on casual Friday).

White as white can be....Vans are where it's at. Orderd 10 1/2 for my son, but felt like 10. Other than that, once a Van's wearer, always a Van's wearer.

This was my first pair of Vans. I will absolutely be ordering more!

Size will fit correctly but problems arose with the leg lift. I think with wear they will become free

I wear a size 11 shoe and so I thought a size 11 in this slip-on style would work. Big mistake. The stretch gore is so stingy that even when stretched to its limit I couldn't get my heel even close to sliding in. And the width just wouldn't allow my instep to get past the gore. I felt like one of Cinderella's step-sisters. They sure aren't "true-to-size" and they definitely are going back.

My husband has two pair, and both of my sons have at least two pair of these Vans. Now, my daughter has just ordered her third pair. They all love the Vans!!!

Ordered these shoes for spring late last year and just wore them. They initially felt comfortable but within a few hours, I had very bad blisters on the lower part of both of my heels and an area of skin on my "little toe" had literally been rubbed off. Three days later, my feet are still killing me. Certainly too late to return these but please learn from my lesson and only order shoes in the season you plan to wear them. This was my first pair of Vans and I thought they were so cute but an awful experience - won't but them again.

Needed them for sailing. They work perfectly so I don’t smash my toes on the hardware. Easy to slip on and off.

My daughter loved them! She has a skinny foot, they were a little snug on top but overall fit fine. She is a size 7. I ordered up a half size.

I ordered 3 different paid of slip-ons for hubby with high arch. This Skechers was only one easy to get on and comfortable. Not much arch support. I ordered 1/2 size larger than his usual.

The fit was great! They're very comfortable and easy to style.

Love the shoe except for the color. I ordered two pairs of vans. One called white that is pale yellow. Another called vanilla cream that is pink. I was looking for white/off white. Why on earth are they being so deceiving with the co,ors?

I ended up returning these shoes. I bought them to replace an older pair I had, which I thought were the same style. This pair, however, had a reinforced toe. The reinforcement is on the inside and pressed down on my toe. It made the shoe very uncomfortable. I would not have been able to wear them. Too bad, because the style is simple and looks good.

Love vans slip ons, these are my 3rd pair, I have them in white, and gray leather already. I wear them all through the spring summer and fall. They are so comfortable and I think they are great when its too warm for ankle boots but too cold still for sandals

These shoes are unmistakably yellow. Pale yellow. Not white, not off white but pale yellow. Fit is great if you want a yellow sneaker. Will be returning.
