True to size

First, I want to say thank you Zappos. I Bought shoe for my son to wear back to school and it goes perfect with his school uniform.

I always throw insoles in, but these always hold up great over time. Hardly any break in time and give a nice relaxed look

Fit great and love the style!

We've been buying slip-on Vans for a while. It continues to be consistent in sizing and fit. I wish they weren't quite so heavy, but they are still great shoes.

I absolutely love my Vans. I went with the slip ons over the laced counterparts because I have wider feet and the laces always seemed to look maxed out on my feet. Comfortable but not cool. I normally wear a women’s 7.5 but because of my wider feet I buy an 8 and have just a little extra wiggle room in the front. I would highly recommend wearing them with socks for at least a few weeks while they are breaking in to your feet so you don’t get blisters, then you either get the vans low socks or go barefoot (put dryer sheets in them at night to fight any smells.) These shoes were my skate shoes growing up and now I can’t wait to dust off my board and teach my kids in these.

My son loves these particular vans. Has many pairs but favors these. Size and fabric is perfect! Very stylish!

The shoes are comfortable and look great. I originally ordered a size 11 (same as a different brand of shoes I own), but the Van's were way too big. The size 10's were perfect.

I love them!!!!! I ordered the same size I wear in all other types of shoes and they are perfect!!! Super comfy but may not as comfy feeling after a long day. Just gotta break them in!!!! I recommend

Bought these for a granddaughter, she loves them! The fit is perfect!

I was so happy when these shoes arrived and soooo sad when I discovered I could not get them on. The top of the shoe is cut too high up the foot for me to be able to get my foot into the shoe.

Great shoe. Very comfortable for me. Easy to put on and off.

I was on Zappos- feeling kinda nostalgic- looking for sneakers like I remembered wearing as a little kid in the sixties. Eventually I was looking at the Vans. They were very similar, but the shoes I remember had a blue line all the way around the rubber sole, near the canvas. When I concluded that the shoes of my childhood were no longer to be found, I went back to the Vans. I pictured myself wearing the true white slip-ons with shorts. Yep. With jeans. Yep. With capris. Yep. With dresses, long and short. Yep. Yep. And then I pictured myself wearing them at the beach (after I had let them get kinda dirty- not in a nasty way, but in a casual yeah-I-wear-these-all-the-time-and-they’ve-been-washed-a-lot kinda way.) Also yep. I ordered my regular size and there was enough room to add a 3/4 length insert for some arch support (Hint: a 3/4 length insert will prevent your big toe from rubbing a hole in the top of your shoe.) I did not, by the way, picture myself wearing these with socks, so I have no idea if they would accommodate socks, too. Socks were not part of my vision. These shoes are fairly stiff and they do need breaking in. I am wearing them for short periods of time and making sure that I take them off before my heels are rubbed raw. They get a little softer each time I wear them. Now I’m picturing me wearing them tonight with a pair of white cut-offs and a t-shirt, enjoying a steak dinner with friends. Yep.

Vans slip-ons fit the same as any other pair of Vans, if you know your size. Be warned, the break in period takes a second - they're brutal to get on at first and stretch out after a while. Nothing else to say really, classic shoe that hasn't changed in ages.
