Vans always for my daughter well. BUT she doesn’t have much of an arch. She does however have very narrow heels and I was worried about slip ons, but they fit great. She loves them. Now, let’s see if she can keep them clean......

You can't go wrong with a classic. Our whole family wears Vans.. My 11 year old wears a size 5.5. I purchased him the green and white checked ones in the Zappos kids section but could only find the gray/black checked ones in toddler size 5.5. I chatted online with the friendly Zappos agent and she helped me figure out that Vans are unisex and the men's 5.5 would fit my son. And they do. He loves them, I love them... and I love Zappos!

Nice looking and reasonably comfortable. Poor quality though. Bought two pairs of Van's Off the Wall shoes. Both pairs were coming apart on the outer seam on both sides in less than six months. There are similar brands and styles with better quality.
