I've owned pairs of these for all my life. Last pair I got were absolutely awful. Quality has gone down an insane amount. Really bums me out were my favorites for a while

Not the same quality vans anymore at all. Cheap built. Looks like I could glue things down already straight out of the box. They will hurt your feet.

They are very tight in the tongue, even with the laces spread out as much as they will allow, and much more than previous hi top styles. This is only amplified by the massive new heel raising cushion insole. If you take out those insoles, you are greeted with some loose side stitching TAPED to the bottom of the inside area.

I've purchased about 20 pairs of Vans in the last 12 months and have not had a single issue until receiving these red ones. The red dye on the suede is bleeding EVERYWHERE, on my pants, on my socks, on the white shoe laces and the white leather. I just went and read through the reviews (which I did not before ordering) and see this has been an issue for over a year. What's up Vans?? Why is this still a wide spread issue? For the first time ever, i've very disappointed in the quality of my Vans. I highly do not recommend purchasing their dyed suede shoes until they fix their quality issue.

The shoes feel incredibly cheap. The "suede" feels like sandpaper. Overall, they don't feel as durable as they previously were.

Unfortunately I'm extremely disappointed this time around. First I got sent the wrong size and had to return them. Which was pretty smooth and easy, except it has been 3 weeks no since you all have received my return and I still have not received a refund. I have purchased and received the right size shoes and a separate pair of shoes in that time frame and tried to contact you all several times with no response. I absolutely love all of my shoe's I have ordered but this whole experience has been very disappointing and I really hope to see a refund soon.

Thanks for NOT posting my honest review about not offering a full canvas vegan sk8 hi in the standard black/white and gray/white colors. I appreciate it.

These would be great in an ALL canvas, even down to the fox stripe and NO animal products (no suede). The so called canvas ones offered are a sad excuse being completely white or completely black AND BOTH LINED ON THE INSIDE WITH LEATHER!!!! I've been requesting a vegan version of a hi sk8 for no less than 2 years and it continues to fall on deaf ears. Vans simply refuses to do this and in regular black/white and dark gray/white hi sk8. Doesn't have to be special bmx or anything, nothing fancy. Just common sense sales of a regular on the roster completely canvas/cloth shoe for its vegan CA native clientele. They are a southern CA company after all.

The red dye on the shoe turns the laces pink, making the shoe ugly. This happened on the first wear. The red dye gets on everything

Not only was the sizing completely wrong but I paid for over night/next day shipping and the shoes show up 4 and a half days later!!!!

This is the third pair of shoes that are not sized right that I have bought. I have always been an 8 in woman's and these are atleast 2 sizes to big even though they say size 8.

Been wearing Vans for about 20 years now, and never had a pair split open after only a month of use. Customer service was ZERO help. Do not recommend.

I've worn size 12 Vans for years. Currently own 3 pairs. Ordered these, wore them out for the first time. Bigger than 12. Not same sizing. Bummer.

The design is awesome, the sale price even better, but I should know by how that if the shoe is on sale, there's something wrong with it. I couldn't even get my foot IN the shoe to try it on! What's going on with the consistency VANS?

Got my shoes in the mail today with absolutely so shoe laces. How disappointing.

I ordered size 11.5, but the pair I received were at least a full size smaller than my other Vans slip ons despite being labeled 11.5. This was disappointing.

These are the worst tennis shoes ever. The inside is hard and flat with no cushioning or support. After having these shoes for just a few months (even after buying insoles) I now have plantar fasciitis. I have worked jobs where I have on heels or skates for 10+ hours and I have never had this issue.

Slightly disappointed that Vans' return/exchange process is somewhat stuck in the stone ages - especially considering these fit about a full size too big. I've been wearing vans for years and ordered these in my normal size so I don't know why they fit so different.

Not all copper/bronze like the picture makes it seem. Toe is regular gum sole color. Drawing on shoe is grayish. The eyelet definitely isn't copper/bronze. Would have been a great shoe if looked like pic.
