Flat but great for wearing all day as your feet spread out there is no cramping.

These are great "boots" and I wear them in the winter with heavy socks so I ordered a whole size larger than I usually wear.

These vans high tops are always spot on in size and they have a little more room in the toe area than the low riders that’s why I get them. Love the black on black.
