My fourth pair - This is by far the best-fitting shoe for my high instep as it is available in wide width. An added bonus is the extra wiggle room for my toes. I purchase a replacement pair every few years and although the style changes a little, it is still the best shoe for my feet and my money.

Chiropractor Recommended New Balance Shoes - Recently I began a job in which I am on my feet for extended periods of time on concrete floors. After just a few short weeks, I suffered hip/joint aches & back aches from being on concrete. After several chiropractor visits I finally asked for a recommendation on which brand/s of shoes might be best to wear when on concrete... the entire chiropractor staff unanimously agreed... NEW BALANCE... the higher the numeral of the shoe style the better! I decided to try these WX621 and will order again in a year or whenever needed! A+++++

Extremely comfortable - This is a great walking shoe with good arch support. I've found it to be just a great shoe.

New Balance Walking Shoe comfort - I find the New Balance WX621 shoe very comfortable. The sizing seems to be right. You never know when you order shoes if they will fit or not. I have ordered two or three pair of shoes from Zappos and I have been very pleased. Jannette Johnson

The only problem I have had with this shoe is that the heel portion of the insole is a little firm. I have a problem with heel pain, and it doesn't cushion the heel pad as much as I hoped. Otherwise, the look and feel is great.

I wear them everyday - I have worn this particular shoe type for the past 3 and 1/2 years. I love them. My feet don't hurt; they last for a very long time and working in retail on my feet all day that really matters.

Great Shoe - I've tried many shoes I have very big feet so I usually have to go to a man's sneaker. I was very happy to find girly shoes. They fit great no break in time for me. I'm on my feet most of the day and they don't hurt when I get home.

New Balance - Consistently Comfortable - It is so refreshing to know that if I purchase my size - 9 1/2 Wide from New Balance that I can put them on and wear them all day without ever feeling any pain. They are ALWAYS comfortable.

Casual and discrete - I only wear sneakers, so I want them to look dressier when I wear khaki's. These are perfect. They have a very subtle look. And New Balance is always comfortable!

All day adventure shoe - I recently bought these shoes and took them with me to Disneyland, Sea World and the zoo. The first time I wore them ever was in Disneyland and I wore them all day and kept up with my 3 year old with comfort.

I have never been a huge fan of athletic shoes, except the vintage-y looking ones. However, after reading the reviews for this shoe, and needing a really proper shoe for weekend walking errands (oftentimes 5 miles plus on city streets, carrying grocery bags, etc), these seemed like a reasonable and comfortable choice. I ordered the brown version, which are more in keeping with my style - the brown is a bit lighter than I expected (more of a tan, almost) but they are quite nice-looking; more importantly, they are brilliantly comfortable, which is also nice for working out, in addition to purposeful outings. A top-notch shoe!

Excellent work shoe! When I learned that I needed black, closed-toe sneakers for my job I was nervous. After 6 months in these shoes, I'm impressed. I spend my days on my feet, running around with little stop. Even after a long day my feet are in excellent shape. Even with my wide feet, the shoe fits like a glove and doesn't rub.

Excellent athletic shoe! This shoe has been comfortable the moment I tried them on. Sometimes I wear a wide, and sometimes just a regular width. This one I needed a wide. They are very comfortable and supportive, with good cushion. I also replaced the insole for a Sorbothane Ultra Graphite Arch insole, which makes them even more cushiony and supportive. They are good without it also, but I need the extra arch support for my nearly flat feet. (I get this arch support for all my shoes.) I usually wear a 9.5 in athletic shoes, and that is what I wear in this one also.

These shoes are great. I ordered some more expensive pairs of tennis shoes and they hurt my feet (Thanks, Zappos for a great return policy), but these have felt good from day one.

My first pair of new balance - Very comfy work shoe for me. I am glad I ordered wide. Maybe New Balance is made more narrow than I am familiar with. Other than that...overall, very happy and satisfied with the shoes.

Very good looking shoe. Wear it at work with khaki pants and looks good with our uniforms. On my feet all day and they still feel good after a long day.

Very good pair of shoes. I use them to work out in and they are very comfortable and supportive.

I finally found what I have been looking for. I have a wide foot. I usually have to be satisfied with a very small selection of women shoes or buy a man’s shoe. When I saw an advertisement for the New Balance 621 in a recent shoe store add , I went and tried them on. The add showed a variety of colors. But when I asked for the white with pink trim, I was told because of the "wide" size, I was limited to navy trim only. I was disappointed again! Then my son suggested Zappos. Was amazed at my choices. I ordered four different pairs, in different colors. They fit terrific and I am so happy with them.

Great Shoes - I have wide feet and always have to break in new walkers. I felt that these shoes were ready from the get go and didn't need to be broken in. Very comfortable and cushiony.

Love At First Step - I love my wx621's. I have not had a shoe that fit this well in a long time. This shoe is the most comfortable athletic shoe I have worn.

Love them! I ordered these because I have plantar fasciitis and my Dr suggested New Balance shoes. So far I love them and use them mainly for the gym. They work great with my orthotics as well.

New Balance WX621 - Great shoe. I need a comfortable shoe to wear with black dress slacks when my feet are tired - this is great.

Extremely comfortable, great for being on your feet all day. A tad hot in the sun, and they look a little like orthopedic shoes because they're all black. These work well for work or the gym (I use them for both!). It took very little time to break them in, perhaps two days, which was great.

WX621 woman's cross trainer - Very comfortable. I ordered them a size larger than my regular shoes to accommodate thick socks and an orthotic. I do a lot of walking. I also bought this shoe in beige suede.

Most comfortable and best looking walking shoes ever - I have a hard time finding attractive shoes in my size "12". These New balance walking shoes are great to look at "I love the white with pink accents". The first time I wore them I took a 4 mile walk. Very comfortable no sore feet great cushioning.
