Dependable - I have found New Balance to run just short enough to have to order the next size up, but they are nice looking shoes that wear well and fit my sz 12 foot. I currently own 3 pairs of NB, all different styles and colors and can depend on them for comfort if I have to be on my feet for extended periods of time.

White New Balance - Over all the shoe looks good. It does fault in comfort. After walking in them for several hours they do make one's heel hurt.

Long time with New Balance - I have worn the 608's that the 621 replaced and find the fit comparable. I wear orthotics and they will fit if I remove the original insole, but that also costs me some cushioning. I also recently started wearing a brace for my ankle due to my arch collapsing. My shoe will also fit with this… however, I had to go a full size larger than my 12 narrow to a 13 narrow… what I really need is a 12.5 and they are nearly impossible to find in any shoe. This shoe will do the job, I can do a lot of walking in it and still feel okay. I'd recommend it for a sturdy, if somewhat stiff shoe (takes some breaking in) if you spend a lot of time on your feet weather walking or standing. Thank goodness for Zappos without them, I would be barefoot with my crazy size.

Kickboxing instructor - I bought this shoe to use while teaching kickboxing classes. It has been very comfortable and has given me arch and ankle support. I sometimes have trouble with irritation due to seams or stitching on the shoe; however, this has not been a problem with these. I have not experienced any "hot spots" in the ball of my foot while teaching.

Women’s pink/white WX621 - The shoe is a great looking one, it is a bit stiff at first and requires a bit of breaking in but I have not had problems with blisters or tenderness from rubbing. Overall the shoe is a good one, though I think I may try a different brand next time.

Great walking and recreation shoe for the price. I like this shoe. It fits and wears well. I'm just finding them a bit stiff so far compared to other sneakers I own. I feel it's just a matter of breaking them in a bit. They look great, and the sizing is just right. I feel they're a terrific value for the price. If you think you'll need orthotic insoles, I would recommend buying 1 size larger.

As usual, NB is great - I was looking for a cross trainer for step aerobics and ordered three pairs from Zappos. These were the most comfortable by far. I'm partial to New Balance anyway because they are one of the few shoe companies that still have production in the U.S.

Pink lady shoes - The shoe is "good looking". This shoe felt a little more narrow than previous orders of the same style.

Very pleasant all purpose shoe - I have had these shoes for about a month. I got a pair to use on my nice floors in the house when I do aerobics and I have used them for 30-40 mins every day for the duration I have had them. They are very comfortable. It was easy to remove their insoles and put my orthotics into them. They are really cute (I got the white/blue ones)! Without my orthotics they don't have a lot of arch support, but if you need more then they provide, you probably have your own inserts like me. I wear a 10.5W and some brands who don't sell wides I have to go with 11M, so I ordered a set of both sizes and the 10.5Ws fit like a glove!

Relief! I am on my feet for 7+ hrs at my job, constantly moving around and I have wide, flat feet. While these shoes are not that stylish (I’m 19 and would prefer to wear cute shoes), they are soooo comfortable. The first day I wore them, I felt so much better. Def. worth the $$

Love this shoe with 1 exception. It seems very hard to get off and on. Perhaps it will loosen some with wear.

Woman’s shoe that looks like a man's - Once I got stuck in a mud hole and tried to walk with mud all over my shoes. These shoes appear to look about the size of those shoes plus the mud. Do feet actually need all that is going on on the exterior of the shoe? I wear an 8 1/2 N, but my feet look like size 13 in this shoe. Not a pretty sight!

Clunky but comfy - I'm very wide in front, have a high instep, and am narrow in the back, but the 2E in this shoe has worked out well for me. I have it in white, and unfortunately it's not very attractive; all that solid white leather makes for a heavy look. I usually find that a 2E isn't quite wide enough, but this style has a nice roomy toebox.

A very comfortable shoe - When I first put on my New Balance shoes, I was impressed that they felt as is they were "tailor-made" to fit my huge feet. The width was just right, as well. The only thing I needed was a better arch support. But overall, this brand is a very comfortable shoe, that provides great cushion for walking.

New Balance is a great product. The only criticism is that the laces could be a little longer. The look and feel are wonderful.

Great sneaker - Excellent sneaker with great support. A little heavy because of all leather. Does its job.

WX621 Review - These are comfortable. Very roomy in the toe area and I can walk around in them all day. They did seem snug in the beginning but have since broken in.

Okay shoe to keep at work - I needed a pair of black tennis shoes to keep at work just in case my plantar facilities or knee problems acted up and I needed to get out of my pumps. These are good enough for a short wear, but not that cushiony or comfortable for an extended period. Beggars can't be choosers - I needed an all black, inconspicuous shoe for court and that's what I got.

GOOD FITTING SHOE - I bought the wide and it fits beautifully with plenty of room for toes and not too much at the heel. My high instep is a little snug so the laces could be longer. I love the subtle pink trim on the white shoe.

Leather New Balance - I really like the style of the shoe. It is a very good quality and the leather is great because I live in a rainy climate and the shoes with mesh always leave my feet soaked when I am walking outside. I would definitely order another pair. However, it is a little bit too wide for an AA width but that can be solved with wearing thicker socks. It seems quite supportive and sturdy.

STEADY AND SHE IS READY - I purchased these shoes to wear incognito with my dress trousers I wear to work in a business casual office. I have bad feet and knees regular flat dress shoes are uncomfortable. When I wear these shoes I have no problem walking around downtown and in the office. They blend into my trousers or the floor so no one knows I am wearing athletics shoes. Please don't tell HR.

Good Purchase - I bought these shoes in pink/white for running. They're not quite as supportive as I might like (I have a strange bone structure in my feet that requires extra support when running), but all and all they're ok. Great price and very cute, so I would recommend.

Very good stable shoe - Not as comfortable at the 621, but a very very good shoe. I wear a narrow size and have arch support issues - these shoes have great arch support and I have absolutely no arch pain while wearing them.

Ugly but comfortable - I wanted a black walking shoe for a trip to London. This shoe is very comfortable to walk all day and inconspicuous enough for theatre, restaurant etc without going back to room to change.

Nice sneaker - I am happy with this shoe. It is very sturdy, and the brown color that I got goes with everything. I use it mostly for walking, and it suits me fine for that. I wouldn't, however, use it for an activity where I needed a lightweight, flexible shoe.
