This shoe is the best! I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I tend to have problems with my feet. These shoes are comfortable from the minute they are on your feet. And, I always get compliments when I wear them. It's great to be stylish and comfortable! I already bought another pair in a different color. Zappos is a wonderful place to purchase shoes.

Great shoes! I bought these shoes for an all day trip to a theme park, and they worked out beautifully for that adventure. They are perfect for slipping on running errands, too. And ZAPPOS.COM is the best on-line shopping there is! They shipped to me in 1.5 days for free!

Oh My Goodness! I bought this shoe at first because I loved the blue color of them, but as soon as I put them on I was the happiest customer alive! They fit so well it's as though you're not wearing a shoe at all. They are great for anyone who loves the water but has a phobia of things touching their feet. Not to mention I think my favorite part of these shoes is the mesh/breathability and the hard toe covering which makes them not just perfect for water but hiking also because of their superb traction and toe protection! I was upset at the beginning because Salomon makes about three shoes that look like these ones but vary a little bit. I suggest these ones because they work dually as sneakers/hiking/sandals and rocks can't get in. No doubt the best outdoor shoes on the planet.

Comfy and great for summer - These are a cross between a water shoe and a running shoe. Just slip 'em on and go. These breathe with the mess upper but there is plenty of support. Great shoe.

Nice and light - I was looking for an alternative for hot & clunky athletic shoes to wear to amusement parks, these are very comfortable and lightweight. Love the adjustable heel support! They are equally comfortable with or without socks. Not crazy about the color I chose though, I wanted neutral so I ordered the "light gray/light clay/bamboo". They look a little drab.

Great shoe for my purpose. I was spending 17 days in northeast rural Jamaica interviewing farmers in the mountains. This shoe was ideal for this purpose. it was light weight, breathable, and dried quickly. I would have liked more support in the arch because i have a high arch. because of the way the shoe laces up and the adjustment to the heel fit, i was able to get a snug fit. Often shoes slip in the heel area and this one did not. Highly recommend.

Trendy but comfortable - I tried these shoes because I was searching for a good supportive walking shoe that would still feel light and look colorful and trendy...these shoes answered that call! They are very comfortable and suitable for a full day of walking on your feet. I love the variety of color combinations. I would not recommend them for running nor walking on unleveled terrain since the top is "flimsy" though. I wear these when I still want to look fashionable but need better support on my feet. (They were perfect for our recent summer vacation in Disney...my feet never hurt and never felt hot.) The insole is thin so you may not want to wear them without socks...I just wear the short ankle kind. They do indeed run large...about a half to full size larger! Overall a comfortable shoe and I always get compliments on them!

Great shoe, but needs socks - I wore this shoe for a very long, hot day at Disney World, with no breaking in period and was very pleased. However, I did wear socks, because I could feel some rough spots when I tried them on. This of course defeats the waterproof claim, so I can't judge that part. I have a very wide foot as well as a high instep and high arch, so it is a nightmare to find shoes that fit. This shoe was just barely wide enough, and slightly tight across my instep, but not enough to be bothersome (some shoes actually cause my foot to go numb from the tightness across my instep). Being able to adjust the "laces" helped. My arches were slightly sore afterwards, but mainly from being on my feet all day, and I was fine the next day. Overall, I am very pleased with this shoe, but I have not worn it in the water.

Lightweight comfort - I agree, these would be fine reef shoes, though once sand gets inside they are not so comfortable. I love the breathability, no need to break-in and no socks to boot. These are great for walking, lightweight if you wanted to pack for an island vacation. I wouldn't recommend for hiking on uneven terrain. There is only limited support from the shoe. Without socks, I went a whole size down.

High quality tech shoe - I bought these specifically for whitewater rafting in mind with the objective of having a shoe that can grip the rubber well, keep the foot secure, and prevent my feet from being scraped up trekking in the river. These shoes did the job very well. Venting is excellent and my feet kept pretty dry. My only complaint is that the canvas webbing near the toe area rubbed my skin raw and I developed hotspots. Solution? Wear booties or a skin underneath. Other than that, I'm very happy with these shoes. If you're into big time river sports, you will like these shoes.

I like this shoe - I got these so I can walk in the summer without my feet catching fire. I haven't had a chance to test them in the heat yet. I do like the breath ability so far though. I also bought Keen Sandals and have worn them more often. I think it’s because the Keen's are easier to get on my high instep foot.

I loved the look of this shoe both online and in-person. I have narrow feet, and usually Salomon women's ll's fit my long narrow feet. These looked great, but lacked padding. I tried them in the house, and found them uncomfortable, lacking cushioning. . .so I am sending them back in favor of something with an EVA insole that I will be able to hike in.

Very scratchy inside! I wanted to love these so much! They felt like socks, not a lot of support, but great breathability. Unfortunately, they rubbed in so many places inside, there was no way I could wear them without socks, I even felt it through socks. I am returning them. I bought them at the same time as a pair of Ahnu Tamalpais II, and I LOVED those.
