Great flips! Love these flips! I have them in black and martini. They are as versatile as ever and Ohh so comfortable! I need arch support in my shoes and these have incredible support, especially for a casual flip. Well worth the extra money - I threw away all my cheap flips! They are true to size. I highly recommend these!

These are very comfortable and have great arch support! They did start to rub on my foot but that was after wearing them all day walking around. I can even wear them when I walk to work which is about a mile and a half. My feet are wide and these shoes would probably fit perfectly if they were just the tiniest bit wider, but they are close enough. Also, they have excellent traction on rainy days, which is important in Seattle! I have a feeling I'll be wearing these for years.

Comfort - Comfortable. I’ve been wearing them to walk to the train for work and back everyday, approx. 0.5 miles each and have had no problems.

Great flips, especially for those of us needing arch support - The wonderful Chaco footbed has an arch that actually supports your feet. Most flips are ok for an hour or two, these I can wear all day. One small problem I encountered was that I got a blister on the top of my foot where the long strap meets the toe strap. It was easily remedied by putting some moleskin under the strap. All together these are a wonderful flips, or as I grew up calling them, "zorrie" which is Japanese for flip flops.

Chaco flip flops are the best! These flip flops look great and feel AMAZING. I need good arch support, and these flip flops have it. I wear them all day long, every day. I just ordered a 2nd pair in a different color.

Nice flip-flop - I have to admit, the flip-flop hurt my toes for about a week. I had to take an emery board and file down a few places on the canvas where the plastic thread was poking my foot but after breaking them in and taking care of the threads the shoe rocks. The non-slip sole is by far the best feature; most flip-flops are like oil slicks! Would recommend!

The most comfortable flips I've ever worn - I am truly thrilled with my Chaco flips. They are very comfortable and I am looking to purchase more!

This is a great flip flop. It is so much better then any others out there. I have worn Teva flip flops for years and I still like them but this is much more comfortable and sleeker. My only complaint is I wish they were a tiny bit wider but I have kind of wide feet. Also they sort of squeak a little when I walk, I guess my feet rubbing on the rubber. All in all I love them and wear them all the time, it's great to have a flip flop that I can really walk distance in. They feel and look better them my sneakers. Thanks, they are worth the money.

Thought I was spending too much money but... Since I have a size 11 foot, I have tons of issues finding shoes that I like and that fit me right. Many times this leads to me spending more money on shoes than I'd like. I thought that spending this much money on a pair of flip flops was insane but I gave it a chance anyway. These shoes are SOOOOO comfortable. Well worth the money! And its true what past reviews have said - the shoe barely makes the 'flip flop' noise when you walk. I highly recommend these!

Pricey but worth it - I own this shoe in three colors. It's generally a lot more than I like to pay for shoes like this, but they are far and away the most comfortable thong you will ever own. The sole seems a little flimsy at first, but it's not. It conforms perfectly to your foot--it's like walking barefoot but with added protection!

The only flip I can wear - I've never been able to wear flip flops--my foot is wide across the toes. But then I found these. Not only are they flattering, they are so well made and comfortable! I can't wait to get the new leather ones.

Great Shoe to teach in! I love this shoe as I love all Chaco’s!! I am an elementary school teacher and I am on my feet all day, so finding comfortable shoes is a must! These are wonderful!!

Sweet feet- I was sort of embarrassed to spend this much on a flip-flop, but it is WORTH IT. The straps are a little hard on my feet, but they look and feel 100% better than your average flip- Very sleek and cute with excellent arch support.

More than a flip flop… These are the same as the previous version of the Chaco flip. I dislike flip flops but I love these sandals. Despite the fact the straps aren't snug; this shoe stays on my feet very well. I can walk all day in them on pavement with no pain. They're as comfortable as a Birkenstock and a bit sleeker looking than Birks. They have good traction on wet surfaces, and best of all no stupid "slap slap" sound as I walk. Being lightweight and versatile, they're a great shoe to stick in your suitcase. I wear a size 9.5 and both the 9 and the 10 fit me with regards to the foot bed. But my toes and heels came right to the edge in the 9's. If you like a super minimal look, and usually wear a half-size, consider sizing down. My Indonesian BF, a true connoisseur of sandals, started wearing them and he doesn't want to give them back (it's love for real if a woman gives you her favorite shoes). Did I mention men can wear this shoe? There's no difference between the men's and women's flips, so if the men's sizes don't quite fit, buy the women's version (and vice versa)... no one will know.

Great flip flops! I ordered both the Chaco Switch and the regular flip flops. Both have better arch support than any other flips I have (ie. Reef, Cobian) but they do run a bit small. I could have ordered an 8 instead of my usual 7. They are snug on the strap... but they stretch out quickly. Still, anyone with a wide foot would have trouble.

Comfortable and supportive, but could definitely look better - These flip-flops offer the best arch support I have ever worn. My feet don't get tired wearing them because they provide support to the arch area. The straps were a little snug at first, but stretched out easily. I only wish they came in some classier looks. They are extreme casual and the color besides black are too funky.

The quest for the perfect pair of flip flops continues... After trying a couple of styles & sizes by Chaco I settled on this pair. Other reviews claim the flips have a great arch support. So I decided to try them for that reason. The arch support is okay. I don't think they are worth their cost. I do wear them almost everyday mainly b/c I couldn't find anything else that fit in a basic black. To me they should seem more substantial for their price. I tend to expect a lot from products that are expensive. They run narrower than most flip flops I have tried (even the other Chacos) I usually wear a 9.5 med (on the narrower side of med) in shoes so it was a debate as to which way I should go 9 or 10. The 9s were too short & the 10s fit well length & width wise. To their credit I did not have to break them in but my feet are used to wearing flip flops. I wear them almost exclusively in the summer. I had to wait on the 10s (they weren't in stock). Zappos e-mailed me once they came in. I was very pleased with their service and patience. Zappos is an excellent way to shop especially since I have a newborn. Best of luck in your quest for the perfect pair of flip flops. Unfortunately, I will be embarking on my quest again next summer.

Great arch support - I'm planning to test this flip as a walking shoe for a trip to NYC. So far I've been breaking them in and they are very comfortable although at first they gave me blisters on the tops of my feet.

Best flip flop ever! I love this Chaco flip. My dog ate my last ones which was heartbreaking since I couldn't find the same color. I would have bought the same ones if they still made them, but these orange/red ones are cute too. They are pretty expensive for what they are since you can get a pair of Tevas for less than half the price, but they have much better arch support and last much longer (the Teva's flatten out pretty quickly and mold to your foot, not always a good thing if you have foot problems like I do). It took me a week to break these in, which didn't happen with my first pair. Overall, though, they are very comfy and adorable.

Overall very happy. The shoe is a bit heavier than what I would have liked. The texture of the footbed was uncomfortable at first and did take a little getting used to. I wore them about 2 days before they became totally comfortable. Now I think they're great! The arch support is really, really good. I have high arches and after wearing these all day my feet feel great.

Works well as a waterproof flip - The style is OK, but the arch support is pretty decent, which is why I purchased them. I'd prefer even more arch support, but it's so much better than most of the standard flip flops out there without any support. It's nice not having to worry about them getting wet. I wish they had half sizes, so went with the 7's (normally 7.5) as I didn't want them to fall off.

Sweaty - The footbed makes your feet perspire much more than Reefs do. The arch support is marvelous.

A Sturdy Flip Flop - I was looking for a flip-flop that was more substantial than your average Reef-type sandal. The Chaco flip-flop is excellent - decent arch support, sturdy sole, and fashionable colors (brown with teal stripe, very cute!).

Very supportive flip-flop, but not the best for high arches! I really like this shoe, however, my high arches caused the straps to rub the tops of my feet. If you have high arches just beware...it will take a little while for the straps to loosen up. "Reef" flip-flops work better on my kind of foot, but aren't as supportive as these. I'm still looking for the perfect pair!

I like it.. I have a plantar fasciitis problem and have been using Mephisto brand shoes and my feet is used to a high arch support shoes. I love this flip-flops to use at home and very comfortable and reasonable price compare to the Mephisto brand slip ons that I'm using.
