I asked my sister, (she hikes Mt. Precipice, Maine on a regular basis), which sandals are the best. She said Chacos! Glad I took her advice! Zappos has the best selection of shoes that I can find. And the service is incomparable! The agents are so professional in every way. I am definitely a regular customer. I am always in a hurry to get my shoes and always receive them the next day. Can't beat that!

Great shoes for summer and water sports! Once you get the hang of adjusting the straps and realize there is a quick release on the buckle - you will love them!

I cannot say enough good things about these sandals! I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis from running for years now. There are admittedly few shoe brands that feel comfortable, let alone supportive enough to quell the pain, but these sandals are it! I cannot believe the comfort! They stay put once tightened; they do not rub or cause blisters; they look awesome; and my heel pain is non-existent while wearing these. I highly recommend these sandals for supreme foot comfort during all of your outdoor and summertime activities!

These are the best shoes ever! I have been wearing a pair for the last 5 years nearly every day, and I ordered a second pair so I could wash one and wear one! Very comfortable arch support and totally cured my plantar fascitis.

My daughter loves these! Very comfy and no "toe strangling" with these. The wide straps work better than the narrow ones for her. Perfect camp shoes!

Incredibly comfortable sandal. Size up if you are a half size. The infinite adjustment assures a perfect fit. Not terribly stylish, but the comfort is worth the compromise.

Solid sporty sandal. Very comfortable, wore them out of the box without any issues. Great arch support, mine are very high.

Very sturdy. I walked all around Florence and Rome in these. My feet started swelling and then started chafing, but if you adjust them, it's fine. Great arch support.

I love, love, love these shoes! This is my 7th pair of Chaco sandals. I have lots of colors, because I wear them all the time. I've been wearing them year-round for the past several years since my feet feel so good in them (I've had problems with plantar fasciitis as well as inflammation of the nerves between my toes). Chacos make my feet feel better than any pair of regular shoes, even with my custom orthotics. Chacos are also very durable and can be thrown in the clothes washer. I highly recommend Chacos! I also recommend Zappos and they have great selection and service.

Chaco Z/1 Unaweep is my favorite shoe. I have been wearing them for about 10 years. I would wear them in the winter if it weren't for the snow! These shoes are great for everyday wear, hiking, water sports, etc. My orthopedist, chiropractor and physical therapist all agree that this is an excellent shoe. I have bouts of plantar fasciitis; the sole of the Chaco is a help in healing. We love shopping at Zappos! Large inventory. Quick free shipping. Reasonable prices. These sandals are super comfortable. I bought these to replace my Keens, which are several years old and falling apart. I didn't want to buy another pair of Keens because I wear an 11 and Keens run so small, forcing me to buy man's, so I decided to try these. I'm very glad I did. At first they felt different and kind of clunky on, but after wearing them around the house for awhile, I found they have very good support in all the right places. I have lower back and knee problems, and pronate. These are the perfect sandals for me!

I have short, wide feet (5.5 EE) and have a really hard time finding shoes that are comfortable, but these are great!I bought a size 6W and they are a little long for my foot, but the width is generous and the adjustable straps keep them very secure. The only thing I do not like is that my feet and heels seem to be quite dried out after wearing them, but I have comfortably walked all day in them, so it's a small price to pay.

Because you can adjust these sandals to whatever quirky shape your feet might have, they fit perfectly. No rubbing or blistering. The thick soles are supportive and comfortable. I\'m planning to wear them around Europe so I tried them on a five mile walk. Perfect!

My Chacos live up to all the hype that I\'ve been hearing for years! I thought my foot was too chubby for comfort but I ordered the wide and whaddya know: they fit just right! I generally wear an 8.5 but ordered an 8, as recommended by Zappos, and it fits just fine with plenty of room in front of my toes to serve as a bumper when climbing over rocks or tripping on tree roots. I splash from water to trail with ease. I recently went on a beach vacation to Mexico and I only took my Chacos! Never felt like I needed anything else from the beach to dinner to excursions. What a great shoe!

Zappos is an excellent e-retailer. I spoke to a representative on a Sunday at 4am and my item arrived the next day, barely 24 hours later! The rep was great, answered my questions, assisted with tech support, offering other options. Moreover, by ordering a pair of Chacko's from Zappos, I saved money because a local store selling same pair of shoes had them priced higher! Zappos happened to have the same pair on sale. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the outstanding customer service offered by Zappos.

I have a high arch and a wide toe bed. This is the best sport sandal I have ever worn they do look a little big on but the comfort is worth it.

I love these shoes. This is my second pair. I bought my last pair 5 years ago and still love them so much that i wanted another pair but in a different color. Great shoe!

Great sandal! I've had mine for several years now and I've hiked, backpacked, boated, and work in my Chacos. The sole is finally starting to come apart but I still wear and love them. They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned.

Since I said goodbye to my comfortable Rainbow flip-flops, I've been wanting a pair of Chacos! My street size is a 10, although I can sometimes go 9 1/2 with flats and other "thin" shoes. I do not have wide feet. After reading other reviews, I decided to go ahead an order a full size down from my street shoe size. Good idea! The size 9 was the perfect length. However, when I adjusted the straps, I found that the buckle ended up almost on top of my foot. Thinking this looked a little odd, I ordered the 9 wide, hoping to get more strap length. The 9 wide really didn't have enough strap length to make a difference, and it was too wide for my foot anyway. I am very happy with these Chacos. They do have good arch support, and I have worn them for both hiking and walking around town. Not having a toe loop makes these easier and faster to get on/off. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a sturdy pair of sandals!

These are definitely the best all-terrain sandals out there. They're incredibly comfortable for every day use and I love hiking in them. Especially on those trails up to waterfalls. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 in most shoes but I have a very long and narrow foot and the 9s fit me perfectly. These are also much more comfortable than the Chacos that have double straps. The woman's Z/2 with the double straps irritated my feet after an hour or so but these are giving me zero problems.

These shoes rock. This is the basic model. These are the only shoes I wear, year round, because the footbed supports my foot the way it wants to be held. I hope they keep making this shoe because I want to keep walking!

I've been wearing Chaco sandals since way back when they were called Gecko. I've loved them ever since. I don't really wear them for long hikes, though. I'll end up with blisters and rocks easily come between my feet. But for chillin' or easy hiking they are perfect. They last forever and are pretty stylish, too. My only complaint is in hot weather, above 85 degrees, my feet start sweating and then the stink comes on. Something about all that rubber touching my feet makes them super sweaty and stinky. It's all good if there is a river nearby, though. I take them in the shower with me every so often and give them a good scrub down. Other than that, I love this company and the sandals they make!
