Bought these for a recent trip to Thailand involving a lot of walking. They were great, but highly suggest breaking them in ahead of time.

I'm very pleased with these. I just tried them on and they are so comfortable. They are super adjustable. I can't wait to walk every day in these.

I plan to wear these sandals on a trip in February to Costa Rica, so I can't give a complete opinion yet. But, I really liked the adjustable straps when I tried the sandals on at home and the sandals felt comfortable for the short time that I wore them around the house. A friend with bunions tried them on and thought they were comfortable for her as well, as the strap did not fall over her bunion.

While the style isn't my favorite (a bit boring really), these are hands down the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever owned. They are excellent for those that suffer from plantar fasciitis and I do appreciate these coming in a wide size! The foot bed is firm, but has just enough spring in it to work against foot fatigue. I wore these shoes heavily this year and they are still in super shape and wash up easily to look like new. Excellent traction too for summertime trail walks.

Very comfortable, great fit. Love the unique strap adjusting system. My only complaint is that the soles look a bit bulkier than in the photo, but they offer great support, so the trade-off is worth it to me.

These shoes were exactly what I needed - lots of support, great stabilization. Just in time for a trip to Brazil with lots of steep up and down walking.

These shoes are awesome! I had a pair with the toe strap but I found those too constricting. These are great for every day activity or creek walking! Love them!

I highly recommend this product. Very light, yet sturdy. It is also sporty, but feminine looking. Great for travel.

Extremely comfortable sandal with fabulous arch support! These were the perfect sandals for a trip to Hawaii. It's so difficult for me to find sandals with enough arch support for my feet (I wear orthotics in my shoes, but can't wear them in sandals). These have the most aggressive arch supports I have ever found in a sandal. Straps are smooth and soft, and very adjustable for a great fit. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the insole which is textured rubber and is just a little rough against my feet. Overall, this is a great, versatile sandal.

I have high arches and my feet were sore from wearing sandals all summer. Then, I heard about Chaco's. They feel like they were made for my feet. Take the time to adjust the straps (not too tight) and readjust if necessary. My feet feel so good. They do make a little "clomping" sound when I walk on hard floors, but it is the sound of happy feet.

My podiatrist recommended these shoes to me for a problem I\'ve been having with tenderness in the ball of my foot. The terrific arch support in Chacos has really helped my problem a lot. I just ordered a pair of Chaco shoes now that the weather is getting cooler. I\'m usually a 7 1\/2 or and 8 and the size 7 fit me perfectly.

Very nice and versatile sandals. Super comfy from the get-go, I did not have to break them in. It\'s my first Chaco sandal but I\'m considering buying another pair in a different color, because they are so comfortable and cute at the same time. They\'re a bit heavy, though, so if you\'re looking for an extra-light-weight sandal, this may not be for you. On the flip side, the sole feels very solid, durable and protective.

I love these sandals. I usually wear 7 1/2 and I ordered size 7. They fit perfectly and have adjustable straps. Super cute too. Lots of compliments... I ordered them on a Monday afternoon and they were at my home on Tuesday afternoon. I heart Zappos!

Chacos are the best! I live in the country and Chaco sandals are wonderful for secure footing while leaving toes room to wiggle. They are great for hiking, maybe adding wool socks, and for slipping on to run out to feed the cats. The wide width is perfect for me. I appreciate that someone makes a wide sandal that is easy to clean. Zappos delivery is the perfect finishing touch.

I love them, they are so comfy! A little hard to tighten and loosen, but all in all best sandals I've ever had.

I am very glad that I got these sandals! I will say, it took a long time and research to get the right style and size for me. I had never tried any Chacos on before, and actually ended up going to a store and trying them on before I ordered the right size from Zappos. I consistently wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 in other shoes/sandals, and left the store surprised that my size in this style (Z Vibram Unaweep) of Chaco's is a Women's 7 Wide. I have a wide spot on my feet that ends up being right where the straps meet on the outside of my foot/the sandal. The 7 wide is perfect! All the research was totally worth it! The straps are easy to adjust, and I have been on long hikes by the river that are both wet and rocky and I wasn't disappointed. I can even jog with my dog for awhile without them falling off my feet or rubbing. I would definitely suggest getting the heel strap and not the straps that go around your big toe (it killed my toes)! I love the arch support and can wear these all day no matter what I am doing...don't really want to take them off!

I've spent about six months a year in sandals of one kind or another for the past twenty five years. Always looking for a more comfortable and better performing sandal, I finally encountered Chaco's Z/1 and Z/2's. Incredibly comfortable and out-performing any sandal I had previously worn. When I finally needed new ones (after six years) they weren't available locally. Internet search turned up Zappos. With free shipping both ways, (in the event of a return), how could I go wrong? Had the new Z/1's in four days, exactly as promised and they were exactly what I wanted. Kudos to Zappos for making my feet so happy with so little effort on my part. Thank you Zappos dudes and dudettes.

This is my second pair of Chaco's. I loved the first ones so much I decided to purchase another color. After you master the rigging, you can customize your shoe to fit your foot any time of the day/month. Plus I have wide feet, so it's tough for me to find comfortable sandals. With my Chaco's, I can adjust the straps for normal days or those days where my feet are a little plumper. Plus you have the added bonus of cool sun tan lines. Always great conversation starts when you're getting a pedicure.

These are the best investment I have ever made! I recently went on vacation to Colorado, and they were the only footwear I needed. These sandals were perfect for walking around town, trekking up rock formations, and creeping through caves. The bottom of the sandals had enough grip to hang on walking up dry hills and down damp caverns. My feet were so comfortable. I have pretty high arches, and we walked all day. I didn't have any pain in my feet, ankles or lower back. Also, unlike some other brands, the straps are smaller and look more stylish. They easily adjust to make them super comfortable. I definitely recommend these Chaco sandals!

This is the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. They must be adjusted properly (which is what gives you the best fit ever); once that has happened you could walk all day without any discomfort. I have been wearing them every day. Zappos is great; your shoes arrive the next day and the return process is painless, so you can try a couple sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.
