Great product, the only problem that I had was not with Zappos but with UPS - when they dropped off my package they put it in a place where I didn't find it for 2 weeks and the only way I knew I had received it was by tracking it and they said that it had been delivered. Other than that my experience was good.

These are my 3rd pair of Reef sandals and they are so comfortable! They have more support than most other flip flops and I can wear them for hours and not have any sort of discomfort from them.

I love my Reef Fannings! I thought the wide strap might bother me, and the arch seemed high. Then I put them on and they felt supportive like a shoe, yet free like flip flops!!! Oh, and you can open a beer with them!

LOVE my new Reefs! This is my 4th pair of Fannings--I find this style to be the most comfortable because of the support in the arch. They do fit true to size, but tend to stretch out some after wearing. These said "buy me!" because of the bright colors--even though they are white and you need to bleach them occasionally to keep them looking new. Also love the fact that they’ve put the bottle opener on the girls sandals now, too!

I ordered these to take on my trip to Australia. Sooo happy I had them. Regular flip-flops are too non-supportive for my feet. These were comfortable the moment I hit the beach (and pavement.) I normally wear a size 9 shoe so I ordered a 9 and an 8 to see which would be better. The 8 worked perfect for my slightly narrow foot. Thanks to Zappos, ordering two and returning one is a breeze. While I wouldn’t climb the lighthouse look-out trail in them (I brought my Ecco hiking sandals for that) they were perfect for walking around town and going from apartment to beach. I like them so much I think I need another color!

These are some of the most comfortable flip flops around! They have great arch support for those of us with high arches, but love flip flops! And the bottle opener on the bottom is a nice plus. These are my second pair of Reefs and I wish I had them in every color.

Reef makes one of the most comfortable flip flops ever! Not only are they comfy but the features are a plus! I love the bottle opener on the bottom and the other styles with the hidden compartments. I have been buying Reefs for 5 years. My friends and family love them too! \\r\\n\\r\\nAn added plus is purchasing from Zappos. Their team is always courteous and the service is the best!\\r\\n\\r\\n

I\'m very pleased with these flip flops. So pleased in fact that I\'ve now bought two pairs. They are very comfortable though perhaps a bit wide. The sole is less flimsy than most similar sandals, so they\'re great for walking in and wearing all day. Added to that Zappos give fantastic service. I ordered them on Saturday afternoon and received them on Tuesday. With free shipping and returns there\'s nothing to lose!

Generally I say that I will not wear flip-flops - that I even hate them. When I saw these on a friend with the cool bottle opener in the sole, I had to have them. They are really comfortable - both between the toes (my issue) and they have a supportive, well cushioned sole. I wore them working for 14 hours this weekend at a festival. Cute too. I’d definitely recommend them!

I absolutely love love these flip flops. They are very comfortable and light. Size fit well. I am typically a 7 1/2 but these only come in whole sizes so going up a half of a size was no big deal. They still fit well and I do not feel like they would fall off.

When I recieved my Reef Fanning W, I was impressed on how attractive they were. The gel pad is very comfortable.The key under the shoe does not get in the way, I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it works. At first I thought the shoes were a little pricey, but the comfort is worth every penny.

Love them. They are my 3rd pair of Reef flip flops. Not as squishy as the Lucias but still more comfortable than regular flip flops. The built in bottle opener is a conversation piece to say the least. I will only buy Reef's from now on and I have lived in them all summer. I have even purchased kid ones for my son, who has flat feet and needs an arch support so has only been able to wear sneakers all summer. He loves them, too! Bought the ones with a built in flask for a gift. Now that's a real conversation piece. I recommend them to everyone!

Love Zappos. Reef Fanning W are the most comfortable shoes. I work standing on concrete all day. And they are so cute. I have black/white polka dots pair, too.

Love these shoes. This is my 3rd pair this summer. No break in period needed. I normally cannot wear flip-flops, but with these shoes it feels like I'm walking on air. They also clean-up nicely. I just throw them in the washer and air dry.

I am a 1st time Reef buyer. I tried them on and have not stopped wearing them. Wore them on a 5 day trip to Boston. Walked the Freedom Trail and saw many sites. I never once complained about my feet hurting. The arch support is wonderful for a thong type sandal. I will definitely buy again as this is the first thong sandal I have ever been happy with.\r\n

I had a friend that had these shoes and thought they were cool because of the bottle opener on the bottom, but I did not like the color. I came to Zappos and found the Black with White Polka dots and loved them. They are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever had. If you wear a half size I would go up a size. I want these in more colors, just wish they were a little less expensive.

I purchased these flip flops for the beach. The added bottle opener on the sole of the shoe is a definite bonus. They are very comfortable, although they are a bit big. But I have a narrow foot and most sandals fit that way.

I bought these shoes from Zappos 3 years ago, was the best money I ever spent on a pair! Well I finally need a new pair, only because my puppy chewed the left one. Only pair on flip flops I will ever spend more then 10.00 on.
