City slicker meets cowboy boots! I love these. I also bought Ariat Legend, but I liked the Heritage R toe much better, so I sent the Legends back. I'm a 9.5 and that's what I ordered and they fit beautifully. I suggest researching how you properly size cowboy boots. The distressed brown is gorgeous and the comfort is very impressive. I love them! And I love the quick shipping from Zappos, and the ease of returns.

I am not a fan of online clothing or shoe purchases because without trying them on you just never know and I just don't have time to deal with returns. But Holy Cow, was my experience with Zappos incredible! The boots looked good in the picture - in person, they are beautiful. My daughter is between a 8 1/2 and 9 and I thought I read a review that they ran big so I ordered a 8 1/2. They were too small. The return process was incredibly easy, customer service was incredibly nice and professional and I had her size 9 boots in hand even before they credited and rebilled the new ones because Christmas was a few days away. I definitely would order from Zappos again!

I absolutely love these boots! They are beautifully embroidered, well constructed, true cowboy boots. The scalloped top is a lovely touch. I have large calves and these fit great!

I have a relatively wide toe area and a somewhat narrow heel, but these boots fit me well in the normal (not wide) width. I have worn them for several hours at a time and found the footbed to be well cushioned and supportive. They look like the photos shown. I wear them around town. Overall I am very pleased with the fit, comfort and look of these boots.

I love these boots! They are the perfect height/shape for shorts and skirts, as well as looking good with jeans.

Love these boots! They are amazingly comfortable and no need to break them in due to the great sole. Wore them the first time to a Cardinal's baseball game where I walked and walked! No troubles at all!

I love the style but I should have sized up from 8.5 to 9.0 like some of the reviews recommended.

Wonderfully comfortable footbed (the ball of my foot is 3.5" not standing). Stiff shaft and shoe that might take some breaking in. This shoe is really difficult to get off when wearing heavy socks and moderately difficult to get off when wearing regular weight socks. Could be because it takes some breaking in. They are kind of long so if you really love the pointed toe style then these are the boots for you. Get your actual size because I have tried a half size smaller in other boots and I can't even get them on.

I'm so glad I finally bought these boots! I wore them for a college football game and was able to stand and walk all day! They were a little tight across the top of my foot, but I have high arches. They fit my muscular calves great.

These were my second pair of Ariats, and they didn't let me down. They are comfortable to wear all day long, they have wonderful and supportive insoles, and the boots themselves are just made well. I normally wear a wide, but none were available, so I tried a medium width boot, and it fit perfectly. The color was also exactly as the picture showed. I did oil them (mink oil), and they turned a little darker, but that's just what happens. After a couple days of wearing them, the boot molded to my foot and I now like them better than my other pair. Great buy that won't disappoint.

Love these! I ordered 7 pairs of leather winter boots and these cowboy boots, and the cowboy boots were the only pair that fit my extra-wide feet and calves comfortably!

Absolutely love my Ariat boots. They are comfortable and fit my foot really well. They are gorgeous and look good with jeans. I am also using them as working boots to ride horse.

I have a high instep and thick legs. It is very hard to find boots the fit. These work great. They have a wide shaft and come in C width to accomadate my high instep. The insoles are very comfortable, removable and not what you would expect in a western boot but more like an athletic shoe. I recomend these boots!

Comfortable, a little tight at first through the middle, but they loosen up after a half hour or so. Great boots, love Ariats in general, well worth the money.

Even though this is a wide, the fit is still really narrow. I wear a 7W nomally and my toes went numb when I tried it on. Otherwise, Ariat makes beautiful boots.

Cowboy boots at last! I wear a size 11. Needless to say finding a boot was difficult. These are beautiful and so comfortable. I just put them on and wore them for the day around town. I bought them purely for fun and they deliver!

Look no further! Ladies, if you want your first pair of cowboy boots to fit right the first time, with loads of comfort, buy these! Thanks to the other dead-on customer reviews, I purchased this Ariat Western R-Toe in 7 1/2 Wide, and they fit great with a pair of heavy socks. I probably could have gone down to a 7 but would rather have them a half-size too big than too small. Plus I have high arches, and they provide terrific support. The big bonus is they're great looking- I get compliments all the time, especially when I wear them with a mid-calf skirt so it really shows off the cool design. Love them! Would buy another pair in a different color if they were offered!

Classy style boot - I normally order a size 7 because my foot is wide. The size 7 was to big so I had to go with a 6 1/2C for that wide comfort. This boot is classy looking and most of all very comfortable to wear. This is my first pair of western style boots and I love them.

Nice Looking Boots - These boots are not only good looking but comfortable right out of the box. No break in period needed at all. Found them true to size for me. They are not as flashy as some western boots but the stitching pattern is pretty. Construction is solid.

The best footwear I own! I have been wearing these for over a year, I also own lots of Dansko clogs for comfort and these boots are more comfortable standing all day long than anything I own.

Boots for High Arches- Although a native Texan, I have never owned a pair of cowboy boots- because my arches are so high, I couldn't ever get the boot on over my arch. I decided to try these because my Ariat clogs and little black boots are so incredibly comfortable and Zappos makes returns so easy. Eureka! They pulled on over my arches and are just as comfortable (even on first wearing) as my other Ariats. (I got my usual length but one width bigger so I can wear them with heavier socks.)

Just the best- Really sharp looking, and have a wonderful fit. The B width was plenty wide for my wide feet- also plenty of room at the calf. The decorative stitching is beautiful. Could not be more pleased!
