I read earlier reviews, and I ordered my regular shoe size; they were way too small. I sent them back and ordered a full size larger. The customer service from Zappo's was outstanding! The new boots arrived in two days and they fit perfectly! I love these boots!

I love these boots! I read earlier reviews and I ordered my usual shoe size 5 1/2. These were very small. I talked with a wonderful Zappos Customer Service Representative who helped me figure out what size to order. She suggested size 6 1/2 and I ordered them. They arrived the next day! I don't know how Zappo's did that, but I really appreciate it. And the 6 1/2 fits perfectly. Thank you, Zappo's--and thank you, wonderful customer service representative!

The boots fitted very well and are just like advertised. I love the style, great leather. Love them!!

I only came here to plainly tell anyone with a normally proportioned - to wider foot: Order a half size smaller + width. The normal size/ medium is designed for a NARROW foot and it runs LONG. So if you have even the slightest width to your footbed, order the wider size because it isn't even that much wider, it just feels normal. Also, I even think the wider footbed is better looking because the medium/normal combo made my foot just look weirdly skinny and loooong. To me it throws all the proportions off but, just my humble opinion. Summary: I'm usually a 9.5 Medium, I ordered both, tried both and the 9W was the best for me. Oh and it's gorgeous, really well made.

Just received my boots and am truly surprised how comfortable they are and color which I love is true to ad...I have a narrow foot and normally wear 10 1/2, but size 11M was perfect, however the calf is very, very wide ; I can live with that as foot and toe is really good fit. I would definitely recommend these to anyone for a dress or work boot.

These fit just like others have mentioned - 1/2 size too small and narrow. I always wear a 7B but got a 7 1/2 C and they were perfect. I have a 15” calf and these fit fine.

Exactly as shown! Really cute cowboy boot that is true to size and comfy. I'm a 8.5-9 and ordered a 9 and it fit perfectly.

We bought these for my teenage daughter. She LOVES them and wore them everyday the first week! They are comfortable and cute. A classic cowboy boot!

I bought these for my daughter and she loved them out of the box! Love the black color - very versatile. She is still growing and it has been a long time since I have had hand-me-downs, but I am looking forward to wearing them when she grows out of them.

Love these boots! I ordered the distressed black boots and I agree with an earlier review that they actually look navy blue when placed next to anything black. I actually like the blue-black color so am happy with my purchase. They are a very distressed smooth leather and oh, so comfortable! They feel great on like they are hugging my feet but not too tight at all. I don’t think they will require a break in period at all. Good quality leather, well made and fit very true to size. I wear a 7b and that is what I ordered. Great fit, great price, fast shipping. I will not hesitate to buy any Ariat boots in future.

Love these! I have ordered this brand before, so I know that they tend to run a half size big. So I ordered a half size down from my regular size, and they fit perfectly. They are awesome.

I love these boots so much that I bought two colors! They are just the right heel height, the distressed leather looks like I've owned them for years, they are easy to clean, and super comfy all night! They do feel a tad narrow, I feel like I have a normal width foot. But it was not noticeable enough to be uncomfortable. Excellent boot!

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was thrilled with them! She was fairly specific on what she wanted as far as the style went. The toe is rounded but not super pointy like some cowboy boot styles can be. The leather is a beautiful color and the craftsmanship seems to be very sturdy. She says they are very comfortable and she can wear them all day with no pain or fatigue. We are both very pleased.
