I love the comfort of this pair of sandals. Leather is so soft, and the sandals are very light. However, the major reason I have to return them is: They are quite slippery if you are walking on smooth surfaces. Carpet? No problem. Concrete? Probably no problem. But while I was trying to walk around my house to test if they are comfortable, I almost slipped when stepping on the metal transition strip between the wood floor and the tiled floor. This could be potentially a very dangerous situation for an elderly person.

I typically wear a size 8-8.5, and ordered a size 9 per the recommendation from Zappos...but I should have ordered a 10! In another pair of Onex shoes I'm a 9, but those have very little heel, so I think with the Puffy, you have to size up even more because gravity pulls your foot forward and you're more likely to end up with your toe hanging over the edge. Can't decide whether or not to re-order in a larger size. These were very comfortable, but they seem a little overpriced for what they are - the straps are not leather, and the base is some kind of cheap material that doesn't look very high-quality in my opinion. Tough choice, since comfort is really my #1 factor.

I have several shoes by Onex and they do run small. However, I take a size 6 and cannot order 1/2 size up because they do not come in half sizes. A size 7 is too long. So, I urge company to start making shoes in half sizes. Otherwise, I love the shoes.

Comfortable and cute. More casual than they look in the picture because the leather is actually a soft, dull red. The platform is also plastic-y. Cute, but glad I didn't pay any more for them. I was glad I took the advice of other Zappos reviewers and bought a full size larger than my size.

This is my 3rd pair of Onex Puffy. I like them because of the cushioned sole which is a great help when standing on cement or tile floors. I originally bought a half size larger than my true size because they do not make half sizes. This time I bought a half size smaller because the upper soft leather stretches so much. It's a wonderfully comfortable shoe, but in time it will precede you down the stairs. Therefore, I recommend buying them a little snug.

The only thing wrong with the shoe is it was too big. They're going back.

These shoes are OK. They are comfortable enough and didn't require breaking in. I can see how others complained of them stretching out - the leather gave pretty quick but I do have a wide foot and don't mind. I needed a navy sandal with brown optional to go with a new work ensemble and these were the cutest that would match. They aren't cute enough. If I see cuter comfy navy sandals out there, I'll buy them and consign these. I feel like they are for ladies older than 36.

The Onex Puffy is good for matching with my white pants especially in the summer (when I love to wear my white pants). The only thing is that they are not as comfortable as the other Onex sandals that I have like the Jennelle which I have used for long hours of walking and still felt comfy. Nonetheless, I still am an Onex person.

I have to disagree with the high star rating. This shoe did not live up to even a 3 star. The bottom of the shoe was too slick and the fit didn't compare to my Born at all. That's okay, Zappos is so great about returns, that I'll always keep coming back!

I think these are probably great shoes. I have something similar (almost identical) by another manufacturer and I love them. I purchased these because I was looking for a replacement. I would suggest purchasing one size larger. I wear a size 8 regardless of the manufacturer and when I received these shoes they looked more like a 6 1/2 or 7. I couldn't even get my foot into it!

I have about 6 pairs of Onex sandals and they are stylish and comfortable (sometimes a tough combo to find). I have always ordered a size up to 11 from my normal size 10 as recommended and have not had problems with fit in the past. This is my third, and probably last, recent return of Onex due to fit. I sized up a size to 11 and my foot is still hanging off the back of the shoe. If Onex either decides to offer size 12 or size their shoes to the rest of the industry, then I’ll be back. In the meantime, I’ll have to be content to enjoy the Onex sandals I already have.

I ordered the bronze color and the color on the internet wasn't close to the color of the shoe.

Bronze is definitely bronze - I didn't think the Bronze was quite so metallic. They're incredibly comfortable and wish they were more like a tan. Sending them back but thinking about getting them in white.

White Onex Puffy - I bought this pair to replace my old pair of white Onex sandals that I LOVED. Unfortunately, they discontinued the design, probably b/c the construction ultimately comes apart, which is why I had to retire mine. The Onex Puffy is a much better construction. I took the advice of another Zappos user and bought one size up, which is absolutely correct. I've worn the shoe for 3 weeks now. Although comfortable on the sole and great support, one of the leather bands rubs against the top of my left foot and leaves a sore. I would not buy this shoe again, but it might just be my foot shape (?). I haven't read this particular negative from any other buyer.

Not satisfied. I ordered them after seeing all the raving reviews but decided to return them. Let me start by saying that they look amazing on the foot; very flattering and the way the leather on top is designed is really nice. The leather is super soft. My issues are: - The base is wooden (or feels like it) so the foot bed is not soft. Although because of the relative height of the platform and the height when you put them on they feel comfortable, when walking I felt like I was walking on stilts. Also because of the "wooden" noise when walking, you feel the heels rather than forget you are wearing them. - Size. I am a 8.5 (rarely go up to a 9). This shoe does not come in half sizes so I got a 9 and thought to give it a try. Well, it's too short! So I think it feels like a full size smaller. I am not going to order a 10 though. Just keep this in mind, everybody else is right. - The leather on top is incredibly soft (which is good) but after seeing it I believe the other reviewers who said that it will stretch too much and too soon. Hope this helps.

I was always a fan of Onex shoes. I've had about 6 pairs over the years. What a disappointment. The quality has gone down because the look cheaper and the insole is very irritating. My poor toes were red.

Like one of the previous reviews, these shoes did stain my feet. It was very obvious. I went to a friend's place where she asked us to take off our shoes (new light color carpet). I had to rush to their bathroom to wipe my feet clean. So I give these shoes four for design, three for comfort (too loose after a while), one for quality because they dye your feet.

Love Onex shoes, and these are especially soft and cozy, but this style runs so wide (in the regular width) that they slip right off my feet so I had to return them.

Super cute and comfy but very wide, too wide for me and I am usually med.

I have been wearing Onex shoes for many years and they were very comfortable. This pair were so narrow I couldn’t put them on Very disappointed. Also ordered three other styles and had to return them for being too narrow

Loved these shoes...until the leather started to stretch after about 5 wears. I'm always on the hunt for fashion conscious shoes that will befriend my bunions, and am willing to pay for high-quality. Sadly, these let me down.

I love these shoes - they are super comfortable, stylish and go with everything from blue jeans to dresses. I purchased these in black and gold. I don't find that they stretch as much as one reviewer said, although, I did get caught in a rainstorm one day wearing the black ones, and then continued to wear them throughout the day while they were wet, and they did stretch out. So much that they are not too comfortable to wear anymore. The gold ones I do not have an issue with but made sure not to wear them if I knew it was going to rain. I loved the black ones so much I purchased a new pair and will make sure to wear on sunny days. I recommend this style, but as I said, do not wear them in wet weather. Nor do I wear them every day - I switch off with other shoes so they do not get worn out as quickly.

I've been a fan of ONEX for several yrs. but alas what's happened to fit and comfort? Gone is cushioned footbed, straps so loose after one wear I'm not sure it's safe to wear. So disappointed. Wish I could return?
