Horribly uncomfortable-- my feet hurt from the time I put them on. Overall felt tight, but the size (in length) was accurate. But the shoes hurt my heels, toes, and top of foot. I had to return them.

I wanted to love these shoes but couldn’t. They’re the perfect heel height - not too high and not too short and clunky. They look so professional but I can’t wear them. One shoe pinched my bunion. The other squeezed my neuroma. Back to the drawing board.

These shoes hurt so badly that I had to walk around my daughter's wedding reception with no shoes on!! Even though I had to get the X-wide, they still cut into the top of my foot and squeezed my toes. I was SO disappointed considering I paid so much. I'll never buy these again.

Love Soft Style and the price. Have many pairs of Soft Style.....all 10AA. However, the Angel II was at least a size too short. Sending back today. Will re-order a size longer.

The style was as expected, and the shoes felt very comfortable. They were an immediate return, however, because the soles of the shoes are completely smooth - no traction whatsoever. Search the reviews for this shoe for the word "slippery" and you'll see many, many reviews with the same concern. So my options are to either buy adhesive sole pads which roll up over time, or scuff up the bottoms on concrete or asphalt. Either way, I will never pay for shoes that aren't wearable out of the box.

These are the most horrible shoes I've ever worn. It ruined my daughter's wedding for me. Despite using heel inserts, my shoes still constantly kept coming off my heel. They cut into the top of your foot where it curves across your foot. I had to "shuffle" through the wedding and finally gave up and kicked them off at the reception. I'll never buy another pair of these shoes again! I would NEVER recommend these shoes. Unfortunately, because I wore them once, I can't return them.

I bought a size 6.5 med width in wrought iron and almost fell in love. The shoes were soft, supportive, and fit like a glove. Unfortunately the color had a greenish tint rather than the light grey I expected from the picture. So I ordered 2 more pairs in different colors (black and tan). The next 2 pairs I received had a totally different lining which was uncomfortable, did not provide arch support and had strange bulges. Since the first pair fit so well, I ordered size 6.5 width again but this time the shoes fell off my feet with every step. I don't understand how different colors in the same style shoe could be so different. I am returning all 3 pairs.

Size is fine and I love the style and color. Unfortunately, they are very uncomfortable. They gave me blisters on my heels - I think because the material is plastic and not leather. additionally, they stained very easily. Work in a clean office and don't really do anything dirty, but the shoes look completely dirty after wearing them only 2 times to work. Complete waste of money

If you have actual wide feet, RUN from these shoes. Although marked "wide" (and I got an EE to make sure) these are incredibly narrow. These shoes are an actual inch too narrow on each side of my foot. I don't know in what universe these are considered "wide" but it certainly is not mine.

This is a very beautiful shoe.
Unfortunately it was very type in my toe area and slipped in the heels. I tried on a 10 and an 11 both shipped to me the same time.
Both did not fit right and the heel was almost okay in the 10 but still sliding off one foot.
I'm trying to figure out a pump that would be comfortable like these that would not slip in the heel and would be wide enough in the toe box.

This shoe is very cute, but also very narrow. I ordered the wide and it is still way too narrow for my foot. I can usually get away with regular width shoes but these seemed too narrow even for regular width. It also seemed, too small in the size. Returning them.

I am a 6ft tall girl, looking for a decent and inexpensive shoe....to my disappointment, this one did not fit the bill. Normally I wear anywhere from a size 11-12. I ordered a size 11 in this shoe, and it was WAY to small, & way to narrow! And the bottom has ZERO traction/tred. So slippery. What a shame, because these shoes look awesome.

The size of the shoes were noticeably different, as in one show was a half size bigger (or a half size smaller, depending on how you look at it) than the other even though both shoes had the same size written on them.
The color: 1 was slightly darker (or slightly lighter, again, depending on how you look at it) than the other.
The comfort on the 1 that fit seemed descent and expected for the price.

I wanted to love this show like I did the last pair of Hush Puppies I owned, probably 20 years ago. Sadly, they did not work for my feet. There was no cushioning at all. it's a beautiful shoe; but not at all comfortable. So sorry; I've been looking for a long time for a shoe that looks smart, is not too clunky and that is comfortable. Very disappointed.

I have extra wide feet (and have a very hard time finding women's shoes that are wide enough to be comfortable). I ordered the Angel II pumps in both the 9 and 9.5 Extra Wide (EW), and was very disappointed to find that the EW width is not wide at all. As a matter of fact, the shoe fits my foot much the way a medium width shoe would (i.e., much too tight in the midfoot and toebox areas). I suspect that the Wide width is sized for a medium foot, the Medium width for a narrow foot, and so on. If Hush Puppies wants to offer their shoes in Wide and Extra Wide widths, then they need to size their shoes properly. There is nothing worse than ordering a pair of shoes in a certain width, only to find that the actual width of the shoe is not at all as represented. Also, the size 9.5 is much longer than a standard 9.5 (and the length of the shoe is closer to a size 10). I ended up wearing the size 9 EW for an interview, but had I not needed a pair of black pumps for this purpose, I would have returned both pairs of shoes unworn.
