I ordered a wide shoe but it fit like a regular width and I was quite disappointed. Now its too late to be returned. Hopefully I can have it stretched.

I wanted to like this shoe based on other reviews of comfort. However, the fit was not good for me. It might have been comfortable if it fit well. It was too narrow at the ball of the foot. Also, could tell it was going to start to gap at mid foot over time, near the arch on either side. Also, it has cushioning material on the inside that shows when looking at the shoe from the top. Since it is light in color, it made the shoe less attractive.

These are pretty shoes, however the arch support was in the wrong place - right in the middle of the foot, not where the arch is. So it was an uncomfortable fit. I am sending them back.

I ordered my usual width (EE), but it was very narrow, making it too uncomfortable to wear. The color, Navy Lizard, was beautiful and I wish I could have kept them.

The sizing felt okay on this shoe, but the bottom was extremely slippery. I have both tile and carpet, and my feet were slipping out from under me on the carpet. The style was very nice and I was happy with the heel length, perfect for a day at work. If only they weren't an accident waiting to happen with the extremely slippery sole.

After reading numerous reviews and watching the video on Zappos, I purchased them in the black color. They had the perfect heel height and I could not wait to wear them for my special event. They look beautiful! Unfortunately, I must have received a lemon. These shoes were a lot narrower in the toe than I thought they would be. Also, the sole of these shoes was so slippery on my hard wood floors that it was dangerous to wear them. I thought I was going to slip and fall. These shoes might perform better on concrete or carpet, but I definitely could not wear these on hard wood floors. Too bad that I had to return the pair.

Eh... this shoe is so-so. I wear a size 9-9.5 AA. This color (bone) is surprisingly difficult to find in this style, in my size. I love the simple, classic styling and the low heel. But this shoe definitely runs small in the sizing. I ordered a 9.5, and the sizing was so tight that I thought the shoes would split open. I exchanged them for a 10 AA. My left foot, which is slightly bigger than my right, fits beautifully in the length. The right shoe is actually a tad too big for me, but some moleskin in the heel fixes that. The width in the heel is perfect, but the width in the toe box is rather tight. And make sure you purchase some sole treads for these shoes: they have NO traction on them and I find myself slipping around on my hardwood floors. Not the best shoe.

These are definitely not wide width shoes. They were way too tight and not considered wide width shoes. If you wear orthodics, including the super thin ones, these shoes are not for you.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I need shoes that will pass for dressy yet be comfortable for me to dance in at weddings. These shoes were just plain uncomfortable from the time I first put them on. They were less comfortable than pointy higher heeled shoes. They went back. Thanks, Zappos.

Ordered these for work, where I stand most of the time. I have honestly never had a shoe so badly sized. I normally wear a 12M, which I first ordered. They were way too narrow. I ordered a 12W. They were too long and the heel slipped really badly, causing severe sores on my heel. Since I had already worn them and couldn't send them back to get the 11 1/2W. So, I give up. They're sitting in my closet, and will likely never be worn again.

Needed comfortable working shoes and thought this would work out. First impression, the shoes look great. However, they felt hard and stiff but gave them a try. So after 1 hour, I got a blister on my right heel because of rubbing. Went to the store to buy a shoe liner which helped slightly. At the end, my feet hurt all day and couldn't wait to get them off. Really disappointed and surprised by the good reviews. Totally DO NOT recommend these shoes if you want comfort. A contradict to the name Soft Style Angel.

These shoes look beautiful but really too close at the front. I got them stretched but still very close. They burn your toes and if I get them any larger they will be too big in the back. This is the first time I am not very happy with a purchase from Zappos. Not a good buy.

This is not a comfortable shoe. It has stiff leather, and is a bit narrower in the toes than other narrow shoes.

Too slippery of a sole - Wow, the bottoms of these shoes are so slick; I nearly fell over on the carpet in my house. Maybe they're good for dancing, but my plans to wear these to a job interview were nixed pretty quickly. I would have slipped on any surface outside the house so I didn't even go there. Back to Zappos they go (Maybe if you wanted to add a no-slip sticky thing on the bottom these would be okay, but I like to buy shoes as I'm going to wear them, so I'm continuing on my quest for decent professional looking shoes).

Great online site, lame shoe - This was my first order with Zappos, and I was happy with the service. I will be returning these shoes though. They were not as sylish as a thought they'd be. The material is very cheap looking, and the heel is not as defined as it looks in the picture. In fact, it was more like a little wedge heel. The toes crowd at the top of the shoe too. Not what I wanted at all. I will browse for another pair.

Are my dogs barking!! I was very disappointed in the Hush Puppies - Angel II shoes that I purchased. I did read the reviews here and looked forward to receiving and wearing this item. I ordered my usual size in several colors. I found the shoe to be narrower than a medium width and shorter than usual in length. Needless to say I did give the pair a try and was glad to be home and shoeless in less than three hours wear. Taking into consideration that the shoe was a Hush Puppy item, I felt that the material would be leather, or leather like, pliable. This was not the case. I even went into a shoe repair thinking that I could have them stretched. They are comprised of man made materials, except for the leather inside around the heel area.

I liked the look of the shoe but not the feel. The shoe was not true to size. It was narrower than expected. Plus, the shoes squeak if you rub them together, like when you are crossing your legs at the ankles.

Horrible. I was in pain for days because of the poor fit
