When my Zappos shoebox arrived, I tore open the box and slapped those shoes on my feet. These shoes felt comfortable! I walked around the house and the shoes felt like they were made for me. I would have liked more arch support, but the price told me what I would be getting. They are dress shoes that I can dress up or down. Best of all, they are Hush Puppy shoes! Thanks, Zappos! Great service and great shoes! Why did I shop any where else?

Very pretty, but not quite right for me. Hurt my bunions and felt a little short for its size. Am returning them. So thankful for Zappos great customer service and easy returns!

This is a pretty shoe, and for a business pump, it's pretty comfortable. I bought it for a business conference, I packed it, but I have to admit I never wore it. I wore my Crocs Kadee pumps instead. They were much more comfortable. So if you are looking for an incredibly comfortable business flat, get the Crocs Kadee instead of this one. No one could tell the difference (no one was looking at my feet) but the expression on my face was one of comfort rather than pain from standing around all day in shoes that hurt. These are great compared to most business shoes. They fit right and really look pretty. But I did not end up wearing them because the Crocs Kadee pair was so much more comfortable.

I have a very wide foot (esp. the left) and these shoes in a WW are snug. These pumps are so cute, but looked about a 1/2 size too long and very wide in heel. Slippery sole.

Required to have white pumps for my work uniform and these fit the bill. I only wear them for work. Soft Style shoes are comfortable and long lasting in an office environment. I usually buy a new black pair every other year (after wearing 4 days/week for 2 years). I wish they had white pumps more like their black pumps with a real heel though. I gave them a 4 for this reason.

This is a classic and simple shoe that you can wear everyday or with something nice. I like the small heel that's on the shoe - it gives you a little bit of height but is not too big to impede your everyday activities. I've worn this shoe quite a few times and would have given it a perfect 5 stars, but the very first time I wore it out I got blisters on my two pinky toes...ouch! I did do a lot of walking that day, but still...wasn't happy about that. I stopped wearing the shoe for a while and I've been wearing it again a lot and I haven't had the same problem. Overall, I really like these shoes. They really are comfortable when you wear them and they go with just about anything!

For some reason this shoe did not work for me. It is not as flexible as some and tends to slip rather than connect with my foot. I have terrible feet, so I try not to blame the shoe. It is a great style.

I bought this pair of shoes for going to job interviews. I had to send the first pair back because they were too tight; a half-size bigger worked. They were comfortable when I tried them on, but when I wore them to an interview (with hose), I had blisters on my heels within 30 minutes. I haven't worn them again, but I am going to try breaking them in by wearing them for progressively longer times before my next interview. Also, the soles are very slippery, so I suggest buying some grips for them or roughing them up with sandpaper.

The shoes are marvelous. The only complaint I have is that the bottom has no grip. Now I'm looking for the anti-slip stickers. Manorma.

Shoe is exactly as pictured. Feels a little tight as I break them in, but otherwise am happy with the color and shoe.

Too narrow and pinched. Gave them to my mother who has smaller feet!

These are good, basic shoes for casual abd business. I bought them to use with a specific handbag and they match very well. The shoes fit well, but the heel is somewhat loose when I walk. Other than that, they are comfortable and fit the way they should.

Color was fine - toe is a little cramped and the width even though it says "D" seems more like a "C". Other than that, these are comfortable to wear. Heel height is perfect for work.

Lovely color just what I was looking for, but sad to say not wide enough for my foot because it's not leather. It doesn't give with the foot.

I loved the look of this shoe. Unfortunately, it seemed 1/2 size smaller than the 9-1/2 I normally wear. The front rim also hit my foot in a very painful spot. Maybe I'll try the next size and see if it's any better, because I really like the look - and the inner support of the shoe.

Nothing jazzy about this shoe - just a basic black pump. But that is what I needed, and this shoe is very comfortable and I like to think, flattering.

These shoes are stylish with any outfit - I like low heels, but they are still dressy for work. Since they are leather, they needed to be broken in, which I did by wiggling them back and forth, and stuffing them with socks to loosen them up.

This is a cute low-heeled dressy pump. I like the suede-ish material. I had ordered a Wide & found it fit a bit narrow at the front of the foot. I ordered an Extra-Wide & could tell absolutely no difference in sizing. Still, I am keeping & expect to enjoy the original pair.

Shoe seemed 1/2 size bigger. I need wide width, but the length seemed off. Wore them about six hours and that was enough.

Great shoe for the person with wide feet! Perfect little heel when a flat just won't do. Just a PS. I rated this show a 4 across the board, because 4.5 wasn't a choice, and to get a perfect score it would have had to clean my house as well as be a terrific shoe.

I love these shoes. I wore them with an emerald green dress and they were not only nice looking, but comfortable. I wore them for 5 hours at a family wedding. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly, the only down side is they are a little slippery, so scuff them up before wearing.

Order this Half to a Full Size Bigger - Most people said this shoe was true to size and width, but my past experience with Hush Puppies is that I can usually prefer a more snug fit so I ordered 7S instead of 7N as I do in most shoes. It looked nice when it arrived, but my toe was almost touching the top; it felt snug, but not too tight, just too short.

Nice Pump - Overall nice shoe. A little slippery to walk. I think with a little wear it will rough up the bottom and I think will be okay. Brand new, so a little tight. Needs some wear time to soften up.
