Beautiful shoe, but the sizing is fake. Manufacturers do this. It says 9.5 EW, but it is a 10W. They don't really make shoes wide enough. They just mislabel a larger size shoe.

Nice multi-purpose pump with comfortable heel height. However, the fit is narrow in the ankle area and so they abraded the ankle when I tried them on, so will return.

These shoes are fabulous! Timeless style, low heel, non-leather materials they're exactly what I've been looking for in a classic, all-purpose pump. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get them to work for me. I usually wear a true 7.5M, but in these shoes that size was too tight in the toe box. I'm accustomed to wearing Birkenstocks and other non-foot-constricting shoes all the time, so at first I thought maybe I just wasn't used to "dressy" shoes. But these hurt as soon as I put them on, not after hours of wear, so I knew the 7.5M wouldn't cut it. I really really really wanted to figure out a way to add this style to my wardrobe, though, so I tried other sizes. (Thank you, Zappos, for quick, free, and hassle-free shipping and returns!) I tried size 8 (way too long), 7.5W (fit in the toe box but was, interestingly, longer than 7.5M and therefore was too big), and 7W (fine in the toe box but too short overall). Because these are synthetic, I can't depend on them to stretch and mold themselves to my feet as leather would. So I'm sorry to say that all four pairs of these shoes I tried are going back. If only they existed in size 7.75M that would be PERFECT for me!

I liked the style for business wear, but found it to be too tight in the toe box and the arch did not hit me in the correct spot. It had good cushioning and came in the ever-so-hard-to-find good navy color. Sorry I had to return it.

Pretty, classy shoe. Only difficulty was the sizing - my preteen daughter is consistently wearing a size 7 in most brands; this shoe in a size 7 was incredibly tight and we had go up to a size 8 to get a comfortable fit.

I have very narrow feet. Some brands I have tried to work with ran huge, so started with an 8 1/2 (usually a 9). Way too small. Ordered a 9N, still way too small. Ordered a 9 1/2N, the width is great but big toe squeeze down stinks. They are super cute and my feet are hard to fit so cannot blame the shoe. Going to take them in to a shoe repair shop to see if they can stretch the pain points. They were super comfy as far as the heel height, and are super cute.

These shoes rate an A plus for comfort, not so much for style. They are a bit old-ladyish, but if the spotted-toe, kitten heel does not work, this will do. I would like a buckle or bow to give it a little more style.

Definitely run narrow. So I had to return them - but they're very cute. It does still amaze me that plastic shoes cost nearly $50 - but that's everywhere, and real "leather" shoes from China, well, let's not go there.

These shoes are so cute and very comfortable. Unfortunately they are much too narrow for me, I consistently wear a 9.5 normal width, so I might recommend you order a width size up on these. They also felt a touch short, though it's hard to tell how comfortable they would be if they were the right width.

This shoe fit my very wide foot and I am very pleased to find dress shoes I can wear. I bought the Propet pump instead of this one because it is leather. I am enjoying the two pair of Soft Style sandals I bought this year! I am very thankful to find wide shoe options on Zappos.

Nice looking shoe. Perfect for a dressy occasion. Foot issues made it so I had to order a different size but that's just my foot.

I needed white shoes for a church event and it served its' purpose. I have issues with my left foot which needs to be corrected. I cannot blame the shoe for the discomfort that I felt, but the shoe could use more cushion at the ball of the foot.

I don't wear heels but needed something business-like for a conference. I wore these shoes barefoot (yeah, I'm one of those people) and had no blisters! I bought 4 pairs in different colors and some were a little big (resolved with heel pads) and the arch support is none existent for my foot. The toe box is okay (I got the wide size) and there was no toe cleavage. I'm used to shoes with a thicker sole so I was surprised after a day of walking around on concrete and thin carpeting that the balls of my feet were not sore. I've worn these shoes several times for work and pleasure and, for the price, you can't go wrong.

This is a very comfortable nice looking shoes. They fit perfectly and don't have any pinchy spots. I hardly ever wear pumps but if I have to I wear these because they don't really feel like heels.

Nearly a year later and I have worn them 100's of days for work and they don't look a day older. Amazingly durable. Great buy for the price.

While the length and toe width seem fine, I found that the heel is very wide. It slips off my heel and there is a lot of gaping on the both sides of the shoe. The style is fine for a very basic low heel pump.

Merchandise was exactly as ordered and was at a reasonable price. Shipment was made quickly as promised. Very easy company to deal with.
