Love these sandals. Wore them 10 hours the first day with no problems. the foot bed has really formed to my foot making them even better over time. I have problems with plantar faciitis and have not problems with these. And the shoes can be casual or dressy

These shoes keep my bunion and metatarsal pain under control. They have been as good as any other measure I've taken to correct my feet problems. I love them. I have wide feet but they fit fine.

Love these. This is my third pair. Comfortable. Stylish. Wear-all-day for walking. They work with skirts, pants, shorts. They work with orthotics.

These are great shoes. I love them. I wish there was a taupe or mushroom color available. It is a great fit and true to size. I am 8½ to a 9, and the 39 is perfect. It supports the bunion area on each side of the foot without cutting in anywhere. The straps are well placed. They are not as clunky as the picture appears. I think these are good shoes for all but the very narrow footed. I have received compliments on the neutral purple color. It goes with anything but the very dressy outfits.

These are beautifully made, comfortable, and if you size up one size as suggested, they will fit generously and perfectly. They are very comfortable, need no break in period and look great on! Definitely worth the investment. I ordered them in the black and the coppery color and wish they came in a beige or lighter color as well. I wear a size 7 and the 38 fit perfectly, by the way. Do note that the sizing is a bit different than usual and go up a size.

These are great, just what I was looking for in a cute, comfortable traveling shoe! Really "cradles" your foot and molds to its shape. The metallic color looks good with both black and earth tones, so I can pack light, with less pairs of shoes! The arch support is good, but not overbearing, which can sometimes be uncomfortable for me.

Finally! As I sadly moved away from MBTs because of the decrease in quality, I have gone for months trying out different brands (and sizes!) to find a comparable comfort with style -- not that the pre-2008 MBTs were stylish but they were so "out there" that that was the style. Naot sandals are very attractive and comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 shoe and the best size for me in Naot is 7/38 not 8/39. I can slip my portable orthotic into the bed of the sandal to avoid pronation. As a former dance/gymnastics person, you would think I wouldn't need that support but I do because I want perfect knee ankle alignment for the rest of my working out life. I also have the Naot Chi boot and so far wearing these shoes does not tire out my lower back (also damaged from gymnastics but pain free from the right exercise and shoes). So far, after trying a few other brands, Naot is the one. I would like to have a slightly higher heel in a wedge (at 2" max) to give a long-legged look and there may be a few but I won't know how all of this pans out until I have worn this shoe for long walks, which I relish. Pre-2008 MBTs made that possible. We'll see. I may have to change my shoes according to activity. I was spoiled with the MBTs for many years.

This is my first pair of Naots. I was hesitant because of the price, but I am glad that I bought them and I plan to buy a pair of the Matai style. I bought the Paris style in the black patent leather to wear in the evenings, as well as for some day walking, for a June Europe trip. I have only worn them around my house so far to break them in, but they appear to be very comfortable; a bit of rubbing where the straps hit my ankles but I hope this stops when the leather softens. The footbed is fantastic. It is super soft and supportive, and they are really pretty shoes. I wear a US size 6½ and went with the 36; the 37 was a bit loose and long.

I could not be happier with these Naot sandals. I have so many problems with my feet, including plantar fasciitis, bunions and fallen arches. These sandals are wonderful. Not only do they flatter my problem feet but they are so comfortable I can wear them all day. Naot is a pricey shoe but well worth the cost. At the same time they don't look like old lady orthopedic shoes, which I feared I was going to have to wear.

Love these! I got the metal leather for something different (I'm black and brown shoes only usually!) I have a wide foot with a high instep and I do find them to be narrow across my toes and a wee bit tight across the top of my foot. Like my pinkie toe is completely squished. But since I just took them out of the box, I'm hoping they stretch just a little which is all I need. Zappos is the only company to buy shoes from! Love their speedy service and excellent customer service. I always feel so guilty if I have to send a pair back! Hoping to keep these.

Many Naots are too narrow for me. This one fits perfectly. I wear size 8, and the 38 is perfect. Love the silver gray color, and the velcro close is very adjustable, not like some.

Extremely comfortable and good looking sandal. I have plantar fasciitis and need good arch support, which this shoe really provides. Love the metal color; it goes with everything.

This is my first pair of Naots, but it won't be my last! I love these shoes. I purchased them for an upcoming trip to Europe and have been wearing them every day for about a month to be sure that they will be comfortable for my trip. The first week I needed a small piece of moleskin for a spot where the strap rubbed the top of one foot, but now that they are well broken in I no longer need the moleskin. The footbed was comfortable from day one.

Bunches of colors + styles + great comfort + amazing customer service = Naot + Zappos! WOW! I bought the black Paris because I needed a black sandal. But, the metallic finishes Naot makes are beautiful and versatile! I also own a Kayla style in the "metallic" and love the color. Naot shoes are always so distinctive and comfortable which helps outweigh the extra cost. Paris does seem to run a little narrower than some of the other Naot styles I have tried. I am a 6.5 with a narrow heel, and I bought a 37, which seems to work well. The little heel is nice, and along with the platform style is very comfortable even though I don't regularly wear heels. I own several pairs of Naots and often get asked, "Where did you find those shoes!!?" I say, "Check out Zappos on line. They have an amazing selection and the hands down best customer service anywhere!"

This is a beautiful and attractive shoe and very comfortable save for one thing -- if you have a bunion on your big toe as I do the straps chafe and end up hurting the bunion. A shame but I had to return.

I got this set for my mother's birthday. She had an old pair just like it that needed to be replaced. She loves how comfortable they are that she might pick up another pair.

My second pair! Wore the first pair for 2 years & happy to find they still make it so ordered a different color!

These shoes are beautiful, but seemed a little narrow. My little toes were too crammed for comfort. I have to send them back. Thank you Zappos for such easy returns.

I wear orthotics with most shoes because of feet problems. This shoe is so comfortable without having to wear my orthotics. I just bought my 3rd pair and I love them. Can be worn with dresses or shorts and work.

These are very comfortable; they have a terrific footbed that cradles your foot. However, they don't have that Birkenstock look (fortunately). I tried them on with some dresses, and they would work. Partly that's because the heel dresses them up a bit. I wore these around the house to try them on and forgot I was wearing shoes! Their width works for me, while other Naot shoes can be a bit narrow.

This shoe is a real class act; it's stylish, very comfortable and has a higher heel than is usually comfortable for me. Rest assured that I will do more browsing (and buying) in this brand!

Love these shoes! I have owned 6 different styles of Naot sandals. These are both stylish and comfortable and are a bit dressy due to the slight heel. I am noticing though that the end of the velcro strap is curling up a little where it extends past the bottom velcro piece. I also was able to wear these comfortably for two weeks straight but then went to an area where the temperature was hot and humid and I developed two blisters where the strap rubbed near my big toe ! Very strange. But these have healed, I can wear them again and hopefully the next very hot and humid weather will not cause this again. Thank you Zappos for having these!

Very comfortable & even slightly stylish. Because straps are adjustable, these fit my somewhat narrow feet securely.

These shoes are great. Very comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot, so I need a comfortable shoe. It also looks nice.

This is one of the best shoes I have ever purchased. I have very tender feet, high arches and a neuroma. These shoes have a great amount of cushioning, arch support and a little metatarsal support as well. I get lots of compliments and I really appreciate the soft suede against my foot which helps keep me from getting blisters when I walk a lot. The straps are in just the right place across the front and do not dig in when I walk down steep hills (I live in a very hilly area.) I usually have to wear orthotics but these have enough support for me to wear them as-is.
