I have had a few pairs of these boots and they are very durable. The 11 wide is wide enough to accommodate my size 11EEE feet better then other boot I have tried that are marked extra wide. Only down side is that the foot beds are stiched in, so once they are worn out they start to hurt my collapsed arches, and adding insoles doesnt leave enough room for your feet.

This is my 4th pair of Georgia boots. They are made well and hold up well for what I do. Also this pair is the Steel Toe version of my Soft Toe boots - 10 years a part you wouldn't know the age difference if it weren't for the Steel Toe. I highly recommend the Georgia Giant 6" steel toe or soft toe.

These are great boots. I'm not sure how many pairs of these I've had so far. The leather is great quality, and the style is excellent. The only negative, would be the lugs at the top for the laces. They are not strong enough, and they tend to bend occasionally, trapping the lace. Also, the rivet on the inside of the lug can dig into your ankle on occasion. I haven't had a problem with this since I got used to it.

Ordered these as a Christmas gift for husband, as he said he needed new work boots. Although he has only tried them on/wore for a couple minutes inside house and not yet worked in them, he said he likes them so far.
I ordered on 13-Dec and was hoping to have to give to him on Christmas day. They came the day after. I was kinda disappointed in that but glad that he likes them so far. I hope once he actually wears them for a few hours, he still will.

The size is slightly larger but not very much. Also, I ordered wide and they might have been wide enough without. Overall they are excellent boots and they look great on my feet ... I really do like the style .. I will buy these boots again !!!

I have tried thorogoods, wolverines, and red wings all at 2-3x the price of the boots, and these have consistently lasted longer for a much better price, the soles wear at a much slower rate and the leather doesn't fall apart like others I have used. I do heavy construction and spend all my time in a machine or in the dirt and rocks and have been unable to find a higher quality pair yet.

I've had several pairs of these boots. They last me nearly a year in a tough work environment, and they are very good boots. They main down problem with these boots, are the thin/weak lace hooks at the top. They easily bend in, and have to be bent back out. I've actually had one break after several times of this occurring. Also, the rivets that hold the hooks on, can dig into your ankle, causing some discomfort. After my foot was acclimated to this, it was no longer an issue. No other complaints, as these are great boots. Other than stronger hooks, I hope they don't change the design of these boots. As long as they offer these, I will keep buying them.

First off, in normal tennis/running shoes I am a 13 wide. Order a size down. Customer service was super responsive and helpful in exchanging sizes. The welt on this boot is beautiful, the leather breaks in very well within the first 1-2 days of wearing. I am looking forward to using these for years to come.

I've been wearing this same style of Georgia boots, Georgia Giant for 20 years now. I love the boots. The insole makes it fell like tennis shoes. I hope they keep making them for another 20 years.

The first time I had heard of any "Georgia Boot" product was when I moved to Washington State back in 2006. A style called "Romeo's". Everyone wore them, Men, Women, and even the kids. Not long after, I got my first pair of Romeos. COMFORT and DURABILITY are the main reason I still today buy and wear Georgia Boots.
