I bought it for my husband. He's always on his feet all day. He doesn't have wide feet. But I got a wide anyway because he doesn't like his toes feeling all cramped together. He normally wears a 9 1/2. I got him the 9 1/2 wide just to be sure there's extra room. But it's still too small. I feel bad because I don't have the money to buy him another pair of boots. Next time I will get him a 10 wide.

Have had numerous pairs of these boots over the years. Last November tried to order on line. They were out of my size 15. I signed up for an in stock email. 9 months later they are in stock. Wow. Not one word in between. Very disappointing.

Because of my job I do a lot of walking, the last few pairs of these I've bought have either hurt my toes or like this pair one side rubbed my ankle raw, I don't feel anything inside the boot that would cause it to do that but it rubs none the less, quality has definitely taken a downward hit.

Nice looking boot but just feel the comfort wouldn't be there for a 15 hour work day.

Feels cheap for the price. Not having a finger pull straps at the back seems unusual for a high ankle boot. This makes it more cumbersome and the material overall just feels far cheaper and less solid than the pair I bought a decade ago.

Fitted comfortably but only lasted exactly one year the soul split in half on the left shoe, I just wish they were little bit more durable

It was a good boot, had only worn me twice, but needed a size bigger. You dont do "straight exchange" so sent them back for a refund. Which I'm still waiting on and has been 3 weeks.

Having issues with left boot. Top of lower boot collapsing on foot, causing pain when walking. Only on 1 boot. Right boot is fine. Have used this product for long time, never had an issue.

It's a nice boot but I find them very heavy. After a day of wearing them, my legs are tired from lifting them to walk. I think it's the thick, dense rubber sole that makes them so heavy. It would be better if they figured out a way to lighten them up a bit. Maybe decrease the thickness of the sole, as they seem unnecessarily thick. When these wear out, I won't buy them again. There are many lighter, more comfortable alternatives on the market

I ordered them and did not notice that they did not have the speed laces foe ease of putting them on. I will be returning them for a different pair. I have worn Timberland Pro boots for years and have been very happy!

Boots do what they're supposed to do a little bit heavy. Would do better if had more comfortable inserts for added support

I used to get 6 months of wear from these boots.
The last few pair have gotten about 3 months each which is very disappointing.
I need to get over my brand loyalty and find a better boot.

The style is amazing for this boot. While walking around it feels amazing and every step feels powerful. The problem lies in the material choice.
When I ordered by boots, they had chips in the toe area. There is also a lot of wear in the item, and I've only had them for 3 weeks. I work in a wet environment, they haven't proven to be waterproof at all. I've owned 3 other pro series, and they all have worked great. Usually after a year, I get them cleaned up and decommission the boot. Buy a new boot series and so on.
I'm very dissapointed in this pro series for work use. Daily use, the boot works amazing. It feels like I walk on clouds, and I never get tired.
I am a 10 wide, and that is what I ordered. The boots came true to size, but was like an extra wide boot. There was too much flex in this boot, all previous boots were spot on and still are after years of use.

Very good quality's boot, however I bought hem as a gift for my father. He needed them for work, and although they are his size, he needs to size up because of the steel toe. The associates who helped me, did not tell me this. So I'm a little disappointed.

These boots don't last I work in 15 below 0 environment all year long I work in a big Freezer and the problem I see with these shoes is that the sole cracks easy just after 4 months they cracked so I called customer support and they replaced them free of charge I wore that pair for 5 months before I noticed a crack so finally I kept wearing them cracked and all for a year the suede lasts but the problem is the cheap sole and the sticking behind the heel is tearing off at the collar behind the heel time to buy another pair but I am still holding to these til I break in my new pair so I've been with my cracked sole pair for 2 years now going on 3 this year

I am a Landscape Contractor and loyal customer. I have been wearing Timberland PRO boots for the last 30+ years. They are extremely comfortable wear, right out of the box. I would rather wear my timberlands than anything else. I only have (1) complaint. Unfortunately I have noticed a change in the quality of the outer sole. My last (3) pairs have come apart, or separated from the upper part of the sole. I do not mind spending the money for a quality boot, you tend to get what you pay for. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the soles and my need to look for a new brand of boot. I hope they change how the soles are made.

I mainly use the boots when I ride my motorcycle, keeping my toes dry, warm and protected.
However as the steel head is a bit to short, the shifter ends up grinding on the part where the steel head ends causing the leather to wear out fast and resulting in a hole on top of the boot at the edge of the steel head.
