Customer Reviews Timberland PRO Direct Attach 6" Steel Toe

I returned them once for a bigger size, then I had to wear them cause they were the only boots I had. They were uncomfortable. I was really unhappy with the purchase but couldn't return them cause I used them once. I really thought timberland was a quality store that cared if someone was unhappy with the product but I guess not. So now I have some once used expensive boots sitting in a box in my closet

When the boots arrived, they were scratched and damaged. I emailed customer service with NO response. I called to discuss with customer service and they informed I needed to email pictures. However, this was not very helpful because apparently customer service does not respond to your emails. I will not be making any other purchases from the website

I haven't received my order yet how can I write a review. I can't get a hold of anyone.. I just get put on hold.. U took my money and I have No Boots!! I have never had this problem before..please help!!
