These are the best shoes I've ever had for being on my feet for hours. I've been having a lot of low back pain, but after a couple of days wearing these shoes, it has eased up. I normally wear an 8 and the 38 was a perfect fit. I will definitely be saving up so that I can get these in more colors.

I had quite a difficult time finding a pair that fit. As I am finding out, Danskos all seem to fit a bit differently, and the various finishes/colors vary in size from color to color. I wear an 8½ to 9 and first tried a pair of black oiled in size 39, at a local store. They fit perfectly! They were loose in the back like I read they are supposed to be. I liked them but decided I wanted black box, so I ordered that color in 39. They fit so differently, it was not even funny. The black box size 39 were extremely tight. I ended up trying on black cabrio and oiled in both 39 and 40 at two different stores. None of the shoes seemed to fit. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a pair of black box size 40 and they seem to fit great (the stores I went to did not carry black box). As for the color, the oiled has no sheen at all and would probably look good with jeans. The black cabrio is very shiny and seems to be too dressy looking for every day use. The black box is the perfect look for every day, in my opinion. I also think they would look good dressed up a little. I will probably wear them for both every day and business casual. I did not buy the shoes for work, but have foot and heel pain and these were recommended to me by a friend who has had her Danskos since 2003 and loves them.

I wanted my 11 year old to have some good, supportive shoes, and she loves her new Dansko clogs!

An awesome clog! Very comfortable, well made (will last forever), and the patent leather goes with dressier pants or jeans!

I love Danskos and have several pairs! I have bone spurs on my feet and work long hours without sitting down hardly at all. They are awesome shoes! I never order my shoes from anywhere other than Zappos! The service is fantastic!

These are so comfortable on my feet that I never feel like taking them off! I can wear them all day.

Gave this as a gift to my husband who loves his cabrio pair, only I got the 44Wide this time. He loves it and wants a black pair too. I'd say it's not the prettiest looking shoe, but in terms of comfort, arch support and durability, this shoe fits the bill.

I bought these as a gift for a friend who is a school teacher. She said she just loves them - she's on her feet most all of the day, and finds these to be really comfortable!

I really enjoy wearing these shoes. They are very comfortable. They look quite dressy for a clog. I have many other pairs of Danskos and they are well made.

Love them, saving my money so I can get a brown pair. My feet are always cold, and these are tough enough to chase some of that away as well as helping my feet stay feeling great all day long at work.

I love these shoes! I had seen everyone wearing them and I was skeptical until I finally ordered a pair on Zappos. I have a narrow feet and Zappos carried the narrow which fits perfectly. Right out of the box, I wore them all day without any discomfort. Even better, I ordered these @9 pm in the evening and they were at my door the next day. What's better than that!

I love these shoes! The fit is superb. They are so comfortable, I plan to wear them for long walking distances, this is my second pair.

I gave these to my husband for a gift. He works in a restaurant where he is on his feet for over 12 hours a day. His back problems have disappeared and they have non-slip bottoms which keep him safe. Great product!

This is a beautiful shoe. Received many compliments. However with Dansko shoes it seems I have a sizing problem. Initially based on the reviews I chose a size 39. I wear an 8 usually - occasionally 8 1/2. The 39 were way too big I had a hard time going up and down stairs. I changed to a 38 I like the fit better. My heel still slips in and out, as it should, and I feel more stable going up and down stairs. However, my big toe does touch the front. It does not bother me unless I have to stand for a few minutes. It is not painful I am just aware that it touches. I cut my toe nails shorter and that helped. I am hoping that they stretch or this is just a break in period. The arch support is great. I was having pain in my right arch and now that is gone. It is a stylish, sturdy shoe. However, if I had to stand for an extended period of time it would be a problem. If it were just slightly bigger in the front, it would be perfect.

I wear a size 11½ - 12 in women's shoes. I need to wear thicker socks on one of my feet and euro size 42 was not large enough, but size 43 was perfect. The arch fits perfectly. These shoes go well with office attire and have been comfortable during 8-10 hour work days.

Second pair of Dansko. I used my first pair through residency/fellowship until I got a hole in the toe (9 years later). My feet are never tired after long days, neither is my back. The color is muted and perfect.

These shoes are the only shoes I will wear. They are comfortable and offer the support I need. The are also very durable and worth the expense.

Love these shoes. Had them a couple of years ago and left them somewhere--the gym, yoga, someone's car? Lost them. Decided I couldn't live without them, so I bought another pair. If you order them, note that they're unisex. If you're a woman who wears a B width, you're going to want the narrow width. The clogs only come in two widths and the other width is wide, specifically for men and women with super-wide feet. Enjoy! You can't go wrong with these shoes or Zappos service. I love Zappos, too!

There are no other shoes I work in except Dansko. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Zappos continues to be my favorite company!

My daughter is a medical professional and specifically asks for these shoes for work. She loves them and they provide comfort and support while she is on her feet all day. Christmas gifts two years in a row in different colors.
