I love these shoes. Danskos are so great for walking. These are my go to shoes for walking from bus to office, in the office. I love the patent!

Luckily I had read in another Zappos customer review that your foot is not supposed to reach the back of this shoe. That is fortunate for me because my foot is small- a size 4. The 35's fit great, my foot not reaching the back of the shoe. These shoes are so comfortable I will eventually be getting them in brown also. And because the back is closed up, they are warmer than clogs.

As a young working professional, these shoes are everything I needed and more. Despite not being too "cute," my pants usually cover most of them, and my feet have never felt better! I work in a hospital and am on my feet most of the day, I do lots of walking, and run half marathons on the side. My feet are always swollen and bruised, but these shoes make them feel like heaven! These shoes run true to size and stretch out a little after a few wears, but nothing very significant.

As a male to female crossdresser I have always admired the Dansko clogs for women. Now I found them in my size EU43 and I am loving them. Very comfy and yet stylish. I own them in tooled black and copper leaves patent and love them. Easy to wear in boy and girl mode.

The first week with these shoes, I was so upset. They totally feel different than any other shoe and I couldn't get over it, but stick it out! They are so comfortable to me now. Here's the thing, I am normally a size 9, which would be a 39, but I had to go up to a size 40. They are hard! Which made me think I had to go up even another size because my toes kept hitting and I was thinking they were too small, but they weren't. The back is not supposed to be snug to your foot. It actually felt too big here at first, but that is how they should fit. These are the most supportive shoes I have ever owned. I got the patterned leather, which are cute for work. I do wish I got the not-so shiny ones, so they would have been more versatile to wear everyday, but I don't even care. I'll save my money for another pair! I have plantar fasciitis and I can stand and walk all day, and my feet feel darn good at the end of the day!

These shoes are amazing. I have a badly injured ankle from an ice slip almost two years, torn ligaments, and a partially torn tendon. These shoes allow me to walk comfortably all day, no foot pain, very supportive. I've worn them continuously since receiving them, and will be ordering another pair soon!

These are the most comfortable shoes ever! The quality of these shoes is second to none! I would recommend the shoes to anyone from the stay at home mom to the nurse at the hospital!

These shoes are everything I was hoping for, however the size was a little off. I would recommend ordering the next size up from what you would normally wear.

I love these shoes! I usualy wear a medium width but found I had to order a narrow in these. And after a few day of breaking them in, they have become the most comfortable pair I own!

My sister-in-law swears by danskos so I had to try them. I have a triple A width and have trouble finding narrow enough shoes. I wear a 7-7.5 shoe and ordered the 38's which were to long. Got the 37's instead and they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable.

I resisted trying these shoes for some time as I was unsure of the fit and look. Now that I have a pair, I wish I had started wearing them many years ago. These have to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can walk for hours with no discomfort at all -- even after a recent foot surgery that still causes some minor swelling. They look great with jeans and really can be worn with dress pants and casual skirts. I wear a 9 Medium, ordered the 40 and they fit perfectly.

After a few tries, I nailed it with this order. These are a simple every day wear that is not too shiny and ever so comfy. Giving 4 stars on comfort for the initial pinch on one of the shoes on the upper foot area that has sort of worked itself out with wear.

I love these shoes. This is my 4th pair. They are comfortable! This purchase I had to exchange and try another pair in the same size, but since there was no shipping charges it was not a problem.

I love this shoe! It fits my foot perfectly providing excellent support. Now I don't want to wear any of my other shoes! I only wish I would not have bought the patent because of the scuff marks, but I could resist this cute and comfy shoe.

Great shoes for people who are on their feet all day. I have wide, flat feet and these shoes fit very well.

I am a nurse in a large pediatric hospital. I own 11 pairs of these Dansko shoes. I wear them even at home. Without these shoes my feet and legs are so painful at the end of my 10 hour shift. They wear very well. I have one pair that is over 8 years old.

I spend a lot of time at work on my feet and these are unbelievably comfortable. They're also cute (in a chunky, casual way), but a little boring. I wish Dansko would make some of their other styles in narrow sizes! (Like the Riki and Ryder, please?)

I've been in the medical industry for 8+ years and everyone has always worn these. Finally, I decided to hop on the wagon. Glad I did. First off, my feet are never tired by the end of the day. Second, they look great and are easy to clean for the "mess" in the ER I come across. Very comfortable. Just be careful not to try and shoot a game of basketball in these. They are quite elevated, and it can be easy to twist an ankle if you're not sure footed or have a proper fitting pair. Overall, best work shoe purchase this year. They slip on design is also super great for taking out the trash, etc. But I wouldn't go wearing these things out in public otherwise (save for the hospital of course).

These shoes are So comfortable (as you would expect of Danskos) and look amazing! I have had several pair of Danskos before but this design is my favorite. They look great with jeans and can go dressy or casual. They are highly recommend!

Shoes are wonderful - I've purchased Dansko clogs from other retailers in the past but love to shop online when I know exactly what I want. Originally the incorrect clog was sent but I spoke to a competent and friendly customer service rep who overnighted the correct item!

I am loving my Danskos. wear a size 9 and in the Danskos I wear a size 40 with a small amount of room behind the heel. That is perfect! I have been having some lower back pain and my legs ache and hurt after sitting for a while but with wearing the Danskos there is no more pain! I cannot recommend these shoes enough!

I missed my old Danskos and ordered the black oiled professional in size 41, which is what I always buy in the Euro sizes. The American sized comparison was larger than what I usually wear, but stuck with my instincts and ordered my Euro size. My shoes came 36 hours later to my surprise, thank you for your prompt shipping during the holidays. The shoes fit perfectly, gave me full support again and stopped the pronating from my high arch. My hips and legs feel so much better after wearing my Danskos for just a day. I recommend these to anyone who is on their feet for a regular busy day.

I love them! I just bought a second pair of Dansko Professionals in order to alternate. My feet and legs are much less tired after work. They are not slippery at all on wet floors. I ove them! I am usually a size 8. I got size 39 (8½ to 9). They fit well.

I finally caved in and bought these shoes and I'm so glad I did. I work as a waitress on concrete floors and even my tennis shoes and hiking shoes weren't cutting it. My back and feet would ache by the end of my shift. Now I don't even think about my feet when working, my back and feet and legs just never feel achey or tired and it just never crosses my mind. It did take me about a week of wearing them to break them in. If they hurt at first, keep wearing them and your feet and legs will get used to it. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and I wear a 41 in these. They were even a bit snug at first and I got blisters on my pinky toes the first couple of times and the tops of my arches felt sore. But after a week of wearing them, they fit great. I personally think they're ugly and unfashionable, but I really don't care since they are so comfortable. If they were any cuter I'd wear them all the time.

I love these shoes. I'm on my feet all day in a hospital and I couldn't get through my day without them! You need to get fitted, or be prepared to ship back and forth a few times with these though. They don't even resemble regular sizes. They're not something I'd want to wear with shorts or a skirt but with my scrubs, and jeans you can make these work. And I never would have made it through my pregnacy workingif I hadn't worn these.
