Great Boot! With foot issues (one bunion surgery and hoping to keep the other foot from the same fate) trying to find something stylish and comfortable is often impossible. Anything high or pointed is out, which so many of the boots are these days. After no luck at any of the local department stores I came to Zappos. These boots are nice looking and versatile enough for tailored work slacks or a pair of jeans. The heel height and toe box are such that I can wear them all day and even fit in a slender pair of orthotics. My feet are somewhat narrow so those with wider feet might want to order the wide size. Another plus is that Naturalizer included rubber heel caps. So many times you have to replace those hard slippery ones, even on expensive shoes!

What a surprise! I ordered approx. 7 pairs of boots, all different brand names and this is the only boot that I felt had it all. It was hard to believe, but it's the most comfortable, very neat & stylish (soft leather) and the price is great. I ordered very expensive as well as lower priced and this lower priced boot for some reason fit the bill. Thanks again Zappos. Ellen

My Naturalizer boots - We do get snow on Cape Cod, and I wanted a low boot, but one that covers my ankles. These do the trick, fit perfectly--as do all naturalizers--and I love the look. With ZAPPOS and my new computer, I am all set for shoes--forever--hurray!!!

Nice, but... Boots are tricky. Sometimes I need a 7, other times a 7.5. I gambled and got these in a 7. At first try (a five minute try-on), they were ok. Not great, but ok. On the second five minute try-on, they were much stiffer than I thought, and I was worried that because they were a tad too small I'd be left with painful feet at the end of the day. I didn't chance it, and returned them. I think they'd be better with a more substantial sock and in a half size larger for me. That said, the style is great, very classic. The ankle part was a bit looser than I was expecting, but I don't think that would have made much a difference, but it's worth noting. Nice shoes, just not for me, at least, not in this size.

Right size wrong person. I bought these boots for my sis per her size specs. They were a bit too big for her but I ended up keeping them for me. A tad snug for wide width but cute and comfy walking all day in them. Are stretching out so should be fine.

My Booties - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I own. I don't care for the leather too much. It doesn't appear to be real. I prefer real leather boots. Overall, I decided to keep the boot because they're worn under pants.

Nice shoe, comfortable too! I bought a 5.5; usually I’m a size 6. I find that this brand always fits too big. It's very comfortable. Since I bought a half size smaller, it's a bit difficult to put my foot in. The ankle part is very tight but just a little push and your foot is in. Overall everything fits fine.

Very comfortable, not super stylish - These are very comfortable boots that I purchased during the slick winter days. I needed something to wear to work that had more traction and stability than pretty heels. Naturalizer has never been known for being super stylish, but these boots work just fine under black slacks for cold, gray winter days.

Decent boot - Width is great for this boot as I have odd feet. The wide is pretty much right on, but slight discomfort by big toe. Best boot I have tried on though. Bad arch support though. I have to buy inserts.

Nice Looking, but cut small - These are a really nice looking shoe. However, I have a wide foot. I wear an 8 wide in Clarks, but the 8 1/2 wide in this boot was too tight. LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

Oops! I thought they were leather - I didn't even realize these weren't leather when I ordered them but I should have known because of the price! But I really like them -- they look great, esp. for fake leather! They are a little narrow in the toe but other than that the feel totally fine. No regrets with this purchase.

Naturalizer Depot - Good fit and very comfortable.

Love this boot! In all my adult years, I'd never "splurged" on a classy looking (i.e., not outdoorsy and bulky) pair of boots, and I'm happier with this purchase than with any other wise ones I've made. The only problem I have with the boot is zipping up the sides at times, and that's because I have bad arthritis in my fingers. Otherwise, no complaints--great value!

Great office work boot - This boot is perfect with skirts, just what I was looking for.

Little narrow - had to return personally - I have tried the Depot boot in both black and brown. I wear an 11 W - which is the size I ordered both times. However, due to snugness across the ball of my feet, I had to return both pairs. The boots seemed as though they would be quite comfortable if I had just had more room in the forefoot. I do wear orthodics, but I found the problem without my inserts. It's possible they would stretch, but I didn't want to take the chance. I did also find the synthetic uppers a little annoying. The inside seemed to catch my socks when I tested them out. But I may have just gotten used to leather. Overall, I would say give them a try - others seemed to have lucked out and enjoyed them!

Great Shoe! I bought this for the low heel and the comfort-yet-still-professional look, and have been very happy with it. I am used to flat shoes, and have no problem walking to work in these. Very happy I bought them, and impressed with Zappos offer to print off a pre-paid label if you still want to return them. It is a large around the heel for me, but the toes are comfy and the heel can deal with a pair of thicker socks ;)

Non-leather - These boots are very sharp-looking. They go great with pants and run true to size. The only reason I did not give them a 5 for overall is because they were not leather and almost return them for that. But since comfort is important in these boots, I decided to keep them.

Great boot - These are a great boot. Stylish, comfortable and they fit well. My only complaint is that the soles don't have as much traction so I won't be able to wear them much in the winter.

Great boot for the money- I am very pleased with the boot. Looks better in person than in the picture. Very comfortable. With a very narrow foot, I was very weary that the narrow wasn't going to be truly Narrow, but it is! Very pleasantly surprised. Also service from Zappos was excellent. Very speedy delivery.

Good boot - last year's model better - This is Naturalizer's 2005 version of the "Devon" boot that they made last fall. I had found a pair of "Devon"s in my size at a shoe sale, LOVED the boot, and looked ALL over to find it elsewhere. Much to my dismay it was sold out - even on Zappo's. This boot though, is nearly exactly the same, but it feels like they changed the last (the form on which a shoe is made) since last year, and it fits slightly differently. It is still comfy, though, and I'm glad I was able to get it in the brown (I had black). Thanks, Zappos! (P.S. Zappo's is fantastic!)

Naturalizer boots- These boots are great because they are stylish looking but have a manageable heel height. Here in New England we have a lot of ice and although I want my boots to look good, I don't want to fall! I gave the shoe comfort 4 stars, not 5, because I have a bad foot that is never really comfortable anyway.

Construction - I purchased these boots in a 7N and loved them. I wore them mostly on the weekends. I am not hard on shoes at all because most of my footwear lasts me for years. I had to return these because the sole was completely coming apart from the toe box on both the left and the right boot. I purchase a lot of Naturalizers since they carry narrows and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. I even tried gluing them back together but it didn't work. Zappos was wonderful about the return.

Looks too masculine - I was looking for a nice feminine boot with a low heel, which was comfortable. While this boot was extremely comfortable, it looked like a pair of men's shoes, especially when I wore them with jeans. It was very disappointing.

It's synthetic! I received the shoes within 24 hours which is very impressive. However, I found out it's synthetic after I received it. I guess I overlooked the phrase "man-made upper." I return it simply for that reason because I believe in leather shoes which breathe better.

Cute boots, tight in the toes though! I wear a size 8 wide and have very small ankles. The boots feel pretty tight around your foot as you put them on and the toe area is not as wide as you would expect. The top of the boot in the toe area is very flat so they mash your toes down a bit. They do stretch a little as you walk in them, but I would not say they are particularly comfortable. They have NO arch support whatsoever. They do, however, look darn good! I have not decided whether or not I am going to keep these. This will be a fashion vs. fit choice in the end because they are not terribly comfortable but they do look great with jeans or dress pants. I would recommend trying a half size larger, especially if you have thick toes or thick ankles...and if you have both, don't bother! Your feet will explode! Like I said, I have thin ankle bones and they fit me fine in that area but my toes are screaming! Fit or fashion...fit or fashion...still trying to decide. They are just so darn cute! I may take my own advice and order them a half size larger. Perhaps with an arch support insert they might be more comfortable.
