I have ordered these specific shoes (in different colors) twice now from Zappos.com because I could not find them around other places I have looked. This particular shoe is very comfortable and stylish. It would be better if there were a little bit more breathing room in these shoes, but other than that they\'re good. If you wear down your shoes a lot like I do, this should last you a solid year. If you take care of them, they should last you longer than me!

Great shoes - When I first put these shoes on, they were a little stiff and not all that comfortable. However, after wearing them for the past week, they have become very comfortable.

Love my DCs - At first they were not completely comfortable, but they just took a couple days for me to break them in. Now I wear them every day and they feel great.

Great Shoe - This shoe is great. I skateboard about 3 hours every day and this shoe gets the job done. It is really comfortable, looks great, and is just a great shoe. My only problem is that the rubber on the ollie surface wears down too fast, but that is expected in any shoe. I used to just get Adio and Etnies, but I think that I will be getting DC from now on. ZAPPOS IS AMAZING.

Very Pleased - This is my third DC brand shoe and I'm pretty happy with them. The Danny Way signatures were slightly more comfortable in my opinion, but these are great as well. In terms of style the Graffiti has a great look to it. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for comfort and style.

Hot stuff. Comfy and sweet looking. Mega versatile as well. Not necessarily the most unique shoe in the world, but still pretty sharp. Recommend the black on black color.

DC Pure - I only got these because I needed shoes really bad, and any other DC's in my size were out, so I settled. I was thinking, "Oh great, another vulcanized skate shoe, just what if need." For those of you who don’t speak sarcasm, I didn’t like the idea. I am not one for vulcanized shoes. So I started skating them. The truth is, they’re an all around great shoe. They provide great board feel and, even though they don’t look like they would, offer great foot support. I’ve had mine for about a month and a half, and they’re just starting to tear on the regular and switch toe. Normally, a pair of éS Accels would last me about a week, but no more than two. These are still going fine. The only problem I’ve had is when the mid sole wears down. It makes it just a tad bit harder to flick. Otherwise, an awesome shoe. If you’ve never had a pair or your shoes rip really fast, try a pair of these.

Tite kicks - Shoe feels true to size, nice grip. Not much heel huggage though.

I like these shoes, the style and the comfort is all there, BUT the durability is awful. After 6 months of wear, the sole is parting from the rest of the shoe on one shoe, and some stitches are becoming undone on the other. To put this into perspective, my last shoes lasted me over a year and a half without falling apart at all.

Squeaky!! Although these shoes look and feel great they make a lot of noise. Every step they squeak. Hopefully they will break-in and the noise will stop. These shoes make it hard to sneak up on people. LOL. Overall these are great shoes just be aware that you can't be very stealth when wearing these.

Not comfortable - These shoes are really cool looking, so I gave the look 5 stars, but they feel like you have 2 bricks taped to your feet! The bottoms are hard and really uncomfortable. I have worn them for 3 months thinking they would (hopefully) break in, but they never did. Now I have to buy a new pair of shoes, but thanks to Zappos, this won't be a problem.

O.K - I've bought the DC Pures; they’re alright but not my favorite shoe. They do not have very good grip. When you lace them up if you get them too tight you will leave creases in the tongue. And the top of the tongue won't stay down. I would really recommend the ADIO BAM Darklights!!

I’ve had these hoes for a couple months and I had to change the laces a bunch of times. They are horrible for skating. They have horrible grip and tear pretty easy. I just stopped skating in them and I’m gonna get some eS Accel plus.

Uck - From what I’ve read so far, it looks like there are quite a few people on here that don't skate, so if your looking for a real review, read this one. These shoes are horrible. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 1 star is the super suede. It’s the only good thing on the shoe. After doing millions of kick flips, heel flips, and 360 flips, the super suede felt new until it was completely gone. THAT'S THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THEM. The soles are completely flat. If the side of the shoe wasn’t there, I could literally stack 2 of my fingers & have that much distance between my foot & the sole. I had to quit skating in them because my feet constantly became sore. I had the green ones, and they looked awesome, but were so uncomfortable, stiff, and overall not that durable. The toe cap ripped in a week. Stay away from these shoes, trust me.

My son really likes these shoes. I purchased them for school, which means he wore them from September to December before the sole detached from the body of the shoe. He found them comfortable and stylish. The problem is they only lasted two months. Comfort and style are irrelevant when I'm already buying him a new pair. One star overall.

Topmost fabric layer of insole torn within one hour of skating. Insoles replaced with Dr. Scholl's. Foam rubber layer of sole under ball of push foot pitted and uneven within one week. Worst skate shoe I've ever owned in a decade of experience. Comfortable walk/casual shoe. If you skateboard do not buy this shoe.

I bought these because skateboarding shoes are usually very durable and comfortable. However, I have had these only a few months and the right one has fallen apart. The sole separated from the rest of the shoe, and the bottom interior of the shoe has ripped open revealing my foot. I have not skateboarded in these, nor have I done any athletic activity wearing them. I wear these to work which is a comfortable and carpeted environment. I will never purchase this brand again. I am going back to Vans.

Extremely great durable shoe, ive had this shoe for going on three years and it still looks brand new and i wear them almost every day to work and for normal wear.

I love the DC Pure shoes. It’s pretty much the only shoe I wear unless I’m out running. Very comfortable.

this is my first pair of dc. i have been skating half cabs but could not find them in size 16. so i'm now checking out dc and must say i'm impressed. materials are lux. the sole holds up. the suede is wearing quite well. the lime green has a nice 90s feel.
